  Found my dream dress at TBH!

  While my mom and grandma were in town, I wanted to take them to see my wedding venue and then go dress shopping. I came across Bridal House of Charleston based on convenience to my venue with little research before stepping through the doors and it was the BEST thing that could have happened. I came here for my first time trying on dresses and had no idea what to expect. Anne was my consultant and immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. As the appointment went on, Anne paid close attention to what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses and adjusted her recommendations perfectly to fit my style. I left my first appointment with a "top 3" and felt confident I would be back to the shop.
  I shopped around at a couple of other bridal shops in Charleston, but those experiences did not compare to The Bridal House. The customer service and attention to detail at TBH is unmatched! I went back 2 months later for my "I do" appointment and again Anne was SO helpful and found the PERFECT dress for me! I ended up going with a totally different dress and style than I had originally thought and I could not have found it without Anne. She truly is a professional and extremely good at what she does. With her knowledge of their inventory + the thought, care, and effort put in for each of her brides, I cannot recommend TBH and Anne enough!! Truly a great experience and I am so happy I found my dream dress with their help!

  Found my dream wedding dress!

  I visited 6 different bridal shops in Charleston in search of the perfect wedding gown, and The Bridal House easily had the best selection of them all. Their dresses are so elegant and romantic, and the quality is top notch. The shop itself looks like it came straight from a magazine, and everyone who works there is so incredibly kind and helpful. They really do want you to find the perfect dress, and are not pushy in any way. Anne helped me find my dress, and she even helped me to imagine what it could look like with some alterations, as the front and back needed some slight changes to make it exactly what I was envisioning. If it weren't for her vision, I'm not sure that I would have been able to picture it on my own. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for, and I could not have been happier! Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality that you get. I 100% recommend BHC for any future bride looking for her gown!!

  Amazing experience!

  As a wedding planner I visit a TON of bridal shops with my brides and I have to tell you this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a bridal shop. Ann and Mary Mason helped me choose the most perfect, beautiful dress. Before I even arrived they texted with me so I could send them all of my inspiration dresses, and had already prepared dresses for me when I arrived. The space is beautiful and I did the VIP experience which let me tell you is V I P! Ann was so thoughtful and seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted, and the story behind me and my fiance. Mary Mason was sooo cute and funny and my whole group adored her! The dress I ended up choosing was the FIRST dress Ann suggested and even though I told her I didn't think it was for me and didn't try it on until the very last dress, she was 100% on the money. We laughed, we cried (and cried some more) and they made sure me and my entire group had the best time!! I truly felt like they wanted to be a part of the experience and not just sell me a dress. I'm so thankful I ended up booking this place! Thank you so much Ann and Mary Mason for making this experience a dream!

  More than Amazing!

  From our first visit to the last, BHC made me feel so special. The time and attention to detail in helping me pick the perfect dress was more than amazing. As wedding have mishaps, mind was no exception. With each pending hurdle, I held on to my beautiful beginning which started with BHC. The kindness, the reassurance at visits, the checking on you text, the don't forget text, the fun, the stories, and the welcoming smiles. Made them feel like girlfriends who's opinions that I valued preparing for on of the biggest days of life. I so appreciate the ladies of BHC and hands down they are one of the best (in my book the BEST on THE PLANET). I would recommend them to any Bride! The know their stuff and are absolutely amazing at specializing in Brides.

  We had an amazing experience at Bridal House of Charleston! Brittani went above and beyond to take her time with me, give us the best service, and made me (the bride) feel incredibly comfortable with the whole process. Even though we came in with a tight deadline Brittani was unfazed and ready to do anything it took to get the dress on time! I ended up not finding my dream dress here but I would highly highly recommend Bridal House of Charleston to every bride!

  Look no further for a gown!!!

  This was the first (and only place) I looked for my wedding dress! The staff made me feel so comfortable and had such an awesome variety of styles and designers. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Tierney, Brittany and Anna for helping make my wedding day-dreams come true. You guys are seriously the BEST!!!

  The perfect dress and experience

  I cannot thank Brittani and Tierney enough for helping me find my perfect wedding dress. Bridal House of Charleston was the first boutique I visited and my wedding dress ended up being the very first wedding dress I tried on. I really didn't know what I wanted and was a little intimidated by wedding dress shopping, but all of my nerves fell away as soon as I stepped into the shop. Britanni and Tierney are two of the kindest and most genuine people I met throughout my wedding planning process. I chose my dress because I loved it but also because of the trust I had in the Bridal House of Charleston team. They had a fantastic selection of dresses and were so knowledgeable and patient. They even helped me find a seamstress to do my alterations since I am from out of state. Not to mention, the quality of their dresses for the price is unbeatable. If you are in the Charleston area, you have to book an appointment with them, you won't regret it. Thank you a million times over Brittani and Tierney!

  Wedding Dress

  I just found my wedding dress this past weekend and it was an amazing experience. Bridal House was very communicative from my initial call to schedule an appointment. Both girls I spoke to on the phone were professional, pleasant, and stated they were excited to work with me. I brought both my sisters and my parents to the consultation. We worked with Sarah and she was an absolute gem. She pulled dresses that I had looked at online, in addition to mixing in some of her own picks based on my preferences and vision. I ultimately went with a gown that was her pick! She was open from the beginning, as my date is ~7 months away, about the process and inspired confidence in the ability to have my dress ready in time. I cannot wait to go back for fittings and I highly recommend this salon as a first choice for any new bride!

  Tierney is the absolute best!

  BHC was great to work with. I had been to 5 stores before theirs and felt as though the sales people in the stores were trying to get me to like more trendy dresses that I wasn't into. From the moment I walked in to BHC for my appointment, they were attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted. They pulled out a large selection of dresses that fit my description and were so patient as I tried on many, many dresses. They did not get frustrated and they didn't let me get frustrated! Tierney was so, so great and even helped me facetime my mother AND my sister separately when I felt I had found my dress. To be very honest, I was feeling very defeated when I entered that store and felt like I would never find "the one". But Tierney knew exactly what I was looking for because she listened to what I was saying and pictured what I was picturing for myself. Thank you so much, Tierney, for all of your help. I absolutely loved my dress so much; it was exactly what I was searching for!

  ❤️❤️❤️ love this place!

  I love the Bridal House so much! I had this almost exact vision of what I wanted my wedding dress to look like, and I had been online and looked at a few boutiques, but everything was WAY out of my price range. I was almost ready to spend an outrageous amount of money when I decided to look here. And oh my goodness, I found my perfect dress for almost a third of all the other prices. WHAT?!?! And the service there is amazing. Tierney is the kindest person and she was so wonderful to work with. She even recommended the perfect person to me for alterations. So thankful I went to the Brudal House that day!

  Everything I wanted!

  My experience at Bridal House of Charleston was amazing. They had a great selection of gowns and plenty of styles to choose from. The service is amazing and made my experience memorable as my mother and sister were able to experience me finding my dress with me. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful team of people!

  The service that I received at the Bridal House of Charleston was beyond excellent. My bridal consultant, Anne, tended to my every need to make sure I felt comfortable and that I find my dream dress which I did. I can't speak highly enough of my experience shopping here.

  I stopped into a couple shops before making any appointments and I loooved so many in the Bridal House so I made an appointment and brought my crew. I found my dress and I absolutely LOVE it!! And Tierney (the owner) was so patient and helpful!! Thank you Tierney!!

  Tierney and Anne made looking for my wedding dress the absolute BEST experience! It was better than I could have ever imagined! They were both so welcoming and accommodating as we just happened to walk in the week after getting engaged "just to look". With all the decisions that come with planning a wedding, this was the EASIEST one! I cannot recommend them enough! For all your dress needs bridal, bridesmaids, accessories- they were AMAZING! My twin sister is also getting married and only made one appointment to try on dresses- and that was at The Bridal House of Charleston!

In high school and college, formal gown shopping was always a nightmare and involved tears. Anne and Tierney at the Bridal House of Charleston made the appointment, light and fun. Pulled dresses I wanted to see as well as made suggestions they thought I may like.   I can't say enough how impressed I was with The Bridal House of Charleston. I worked exclusively with Tierney, and she was nothing but accommodating for my bridesmaids and I. My plan was to dress shop near my family's home in Charleston, but my wedding was being held in Virginia, and all of my bridesmaids were lived in different states. Bridal House not only helped me find my PERFECT wedding dress, but also coordinated sizing and shipping of bridesmaids dresses to all of the girls in different states! Nadya (the best seamstress ever) made my dress fit like a glove and both her and Tierney found a way to coordinate fittings with each of my visits home to SC. Thank you both for everything <3 I highly recommend The Bridal House of Charleston for any bride-to-be!!

  The Bridal House of Charleston is amazing! I tried on dresses at multiple different stores in both Charleston and out of state, and The Bridal House of Charleston was easily the best of the best. The dresses are beautiful, the store is set up well and the staff, especially the owner, are fabulous. During my entire appointment, Yvonne was helpful, but not pushy, and made the appointment entirely focused around me finding the perfect dress. She answered questions and provided great advice for being an out of town bride. I would highly recommend the Bridal House of Charleston to any bride looking for the perfect dress experience!

  They are wonderful! I got married in June of 2016 and this was my second stop for dresses. They picked out one for me that I probably would not have chosen and it ended up being the dress I picked. They have great vision and know what they are doing. Highly professional and fun to work with. Go see them!!!!

  I found my hair bling here, and while I did not go through the gown shopping experience at this boutique, I have to rave about the new owner of this little gem! She was so helpful in allowing me to try on the small collection of pieces she had, and ultimately I scored a great deal on one. She was very friendly and was happy to have me take time in her shop even as a bride-to-be with a dress already purchased elsewhere.

  I went to two different places to try on wedding dresses. The first was The Bridal House of Charleston and the second, Gown Boutique of Charleston.
  
  I found the perfect dress at my first stop (Bridal House) and because I had an appt scheduled at the Gown Boutique I went there next just to be 100% sure I had found the right one.
  
  My experiences at both places were completely different. Yvonne at the Bridal House was extremely friendly, helpful and so sweet. The Gown Boutique was so bad my mom and grandma left after they heard for the 16th time "well you don't like any of the dresses I've picked for you based on the pictures you had sent me but I guess I can try to find some completely different ones but I dont think you'll be able to find what you're explaining to me" - well I had never tried on a wedding dress in my life so I would think it's understandable the vision I had in my head didn't end up looking as good as I had thought.
  
  After the visit I immediately went back to the Bridal House of CHS and purchased my dress. It felt great to be able to give my business to a place that deserved it and the options they had along with the service made it such a great experience.

  Yvonne and her team are very friendly and professional. They were always courteous when I called or just dropped in to ask questions. They kept me in the loop during the entire process during my dress purchase and my bridesmaids. They are great communicators. They made this part of my life easy.

  I had such a wonderful experience at The Bridal House of Charleston! They were so helpful but not pushy at all! I tried on maybe 6 or 7 dresses and purchased the first dress I tried on! We then toasted with complimentary champagne! So very sweet! I have nothing bad to say about them but the only thing I did not care for was the alterations lady, Nadya, that they referred me to. She messed up on my alterations way too many times and put me off until the week before my wedding. I paid for alterations that were her mistakes. On that note, BUY YOUR DRESS HERE, but don't use their alteration reference.
