  Truly the BEST photographer I've ever worked with. She was fun, energetic and made the whole experience so much fun! She found ways to make you laugh throughout the entire shoot. Great communication and responsiveness. 10/10 would recommend!

  Best photographer ever

  My fiancé and I absolutely loved working with with Tessa! I was nervous about being in front of a camera but she made everything so easy! She is a true professional and I felt very comfortable working with her.
  
  Tessa was very organized and knew exactly what shots to take. She was a joy to work with and was able to work with us to find the best options for our budget.
  She went above and beyond to get the photographs to us and overall gave us a magical experience!

  recommend for proposals!

  Tessa helped capture my beach-side proposal! She was very helpful and thorough in the planning phase, and came through with beautiful pictures in the end. During the shoot, she was very good at finding great spots and capturing the moment. Highly recommend for proposals!

  Tessa Rocks!

  I was blown away day of and how the photos turned out! Tessa created beautiful moments and captured them! I worked long distance with Tessa since my I was having a destination wedding and she was so easy to communcate with the whole time. The photos were amazing, I could not be hapier with them!

  SUCH a pleasure

  Tessa was our photographer for our elopement ceremony earlier this month. My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with her! She was so helpful in guiding us through the day and the wedding process overall. Her communication with us was amazing, and most importantly, our wedding photos are GORGEOUS. I am SO happy she was the photographer we chose to document the best day of our lives.

  Great work!

  We can not thank Tessa enough! She was able to capture our day in the most perfect way! We appreciate her attention to details and creative attitude. When we got our photos we were brought to tears as we were able to relive our wedding day- this is exactly what we were looking for when we searched for a photographer.
  Before the wedding Tessa sat down with us and took the time to get to know us. This allowed her to capture our personality as a couple during the wedding. Taking time to get to know Tessa allowed us to be comfortable with her, I think that’s one of the reasons she got such great photos of us.

  We can not thank Tessa enough! She was able to capture our day in the most perfect way! We appreciate her attention to details and creative attitude. When we got our photos we were brought to tears as we were able to relive our wedding day- this is exactly what we were looking for when we searched for a photographer.

  We loved working with Tessa

  Tessa, you went above and beyond at our wedding. It wasn’t an easy job. We went from planning an all outdoor natural light photo shoot to an indoor living room and even managed to take great shots outside in the rain while holding an umbrella in one hand and your camera in another. Your critical thinking skills, decisions and direction were impressive. You have made everything work for us including making sure we got all important and requested shots. We love the sneak peeks you sent us and can’t wait to see the rest.

  Perfection

  Tessa was just absolutely amazing! She made us feel super comfortable when taking the pictures, she answer all my questions regarding the shoot and was super fast to respond to my emails. She made sure we had the best light in the location we choose and she was super interested in learning about us as a couple. I would recommend her 1000%. Her assistant and second shooter were a joy to work with and made the day go smooth. Being a wedding planner I know the important role a photographer has at a wedding, with that said, I highly recommend Tessa for your next wedding or event.

  We are so happy we choose Tessa as our wedding photographer; she was by far my favorite vendor. She is incredibly sweet and genuine. She makes you feel comfortable, even if being photographed really isn't your thing. She is also organized and on top of things (which is helpful for an overly organized bride!). And not to mention her photographs are gorgeous. Our two dogs were in our engagement photos and our wedding and Tessa did such a great job photographing them (she loves dogs too). I cannot say enough good things about Tessa and would highly recommend her.

Throughout our year of working together, she made my groom and I totally comfortable. She’s always responsive and willing to be a “gut check” for random wedding questions I had related to day-of logistics, which I greatly appreciated. Tessa has a lot of experience from capturing weddings, and also being a bride herself, so I appreciated that she could take the lead and set expectations with other vendors. Thanks for making our big day seamless!

  Aside from her beautiful work which you can clearly see in her photos, Tessa is also the sweetest, most wonderful photographer to work with. She does a fantastic job of planning with you for your big day and catching the details that are most important to you.   Tessa is an amazing photography and has a passion for this field of work that is easy to see when you work with her. She not only took amazing pictures during our photo shoot but when above and beyond to coordinate w my (now) fiancé the picture perfect surprise engagement. She has such an artistic eye which makes her photos even more beautiful. It was so relaxing knowing that my photographer understood my vision and even helped shape it into something better! I didn't expect her to continue taking pictures throughout the reception, but she took many candid shots of our guests on the dance floor and I am so glad she did because those pictures captured how much fun everyone was having. We will truly treasure these pictures forever. Tessa is genuine and kind and has an intense passion for wedding photography.   My daughter and her fiancee’ were married this past October and had chosen Tessa Maxine as their photographer. Tessa had taken their engagement photos and she had done such a beautiful job with those that we knew that the wedding photos would be even more amazing. We weren’t disappointed.
  Tessa arrived at the hotel where everyone was getting ready the morning of the wedding to take the “ Pre-Ceremony” pictures. She was prompt, friendly, kind, helpful and unobtrusive. We all immediately felt comfortable and at ease with her.
  
  The wedding was outdoors in a park on a beautiful, but COLD, fall day. I was disappointed with the cold temperature and especially with the mostly cloudy skies because so many of the photos would be taken outside, but Tessa insisted that the pictures would come out much better in the cloudy, more natural lighting. She was right. She has an eye for beauty and detail and she artistically composed some absolutely gorgeous photos.
  
  The day seemed to fly by, but thankfully we were relaxed knowing Tessa was in control. She took a great mix of formal, family, artistic, and candid shots. We have pictures of all of our guests and the candid pictures of the crowd dancing at the reception are hilarious! There are so many great pictures, it will take volumes to hold them all. Thanks to Tessa, we have beautiful photos that reflect the joy, the laughter, and the love - the true essence - of the day.

  Tessa is an incredible photographer! She puts 110% into her photography and you can see it in her pictures. She is not only creative but also kind and professional. She tells a story through her photography and it's beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Tessa! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!!

  I worked with Tessa for a stylized shoot this fall. Not only is she highly personable, she knows what she is doing. She knew what poses she wanted to do and also went with the flow when things didn't go as planned (such as a cat playing with the veil). Tessa is so sweet and a fabulous photographer. I can't wait to use her for the real thing one day.

  My husband and I had a great experience during our wedding with Tessa and her team. We received the picture gallery on time. however; Tessa has gone MIA and has not provided us with out WEDDING VIDEO. I have called, emailed and contacted her through all the social media platforms and I have not heard from her. This is totally unprofessional. If I do not receive my video I will get an attorney and also so not a complaint to the business bureau. Please be aware of this.
