  We just got married here this August and are so happy that we chose this location for our special day. The venue itself is so beautiful, we are still receiving compliments from our guest about how wonderful the grounds were. We had a big wedding (over 300 guests), but Swan-E-Set incorporated our guests and arranged the tables, buffet and bar so that everyone had a wonderful time. We also chose the buffet option with a smores station for dessert, which was really popular. For the bar, we chose a soft bar option (beer, wine and soft drinks were on the house) and our final bill resulted in a $4,000 refund so we were really happy with the overall cost.
  
  Our wedding coordinator was Tegan and she was so professional and gave us helpful advice every step of the way. She was also there on our wedding day making sure that everything was on-time and going as planned.
  
  I would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married in the tri cities/Maple Ridge area. It is definitely a memorable venue that will give you beautiful pictures and lasting memories for your big day.

  Deanne was an amazing on-site coordinator! She took care of everything and more! The venue was beautiful and the food was amazing. Definitely glad I chose this venue for my special day :)

  Swan-e-Set is the most beautiful venue there is in the Lower Mainland. Their ballroom is just spectacular. Their staff, especially Holly and Tegan, are very accommodating. The food, oh my, their food is just mind-blowing! Spend the extra $ and go for their more expensive buffets - you will not regret it. We couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else but Swan-e. Thank u for providing us with the wedding of our dreams.

  Swan-E-Set is such a beautiful venue, we fell in love with it. It was so romantic and grand, we had so much fun in our dream wedding. It's so easy to decorate - actually, the place itself does not need a lot of decorating - it is already so beautiful as it is. We love the huge tall windows in the hall and the high ceilings with the lovely lights.
  
  We are very pleased with our coordinator, Deanne Fair Schell. She was very professional, helpful, approachable and calm. As we all know, wedding days can be very hectic and busy. But Deanne handled the whole event very well. We knew she was obviously busy, but she remained very composed, calm and professional. She made sure the day went smoothly - and it did! (Or maybe we don't know? She absolutely took care of everything!)
  
  We are also thankful for Holly Armstrong for accommodating us and for all her help. The whole team was just pleasant to work with.
  
  The food is also very good. All our guests were impressed and satisfied with the quality and choices of food. The service is very prompt and satisfying as well.
  
  The Swan-E-Set grounds were also amazing. We got really beautiful photos from different locations in the golf course.
  
  We are greatly blessed to have found such an amazing venue for our wedding in such a short notice! Thank you to Swan-E-Set and the whole team who made our day such a memorable one.

  We just had our wedding at Swan-e-set this August. The venue was incredible, and perfect! It completely made the day. It set the mood, and was so elegant and gorgeous. We had perfect weather, and heard many comments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was.
  
  Leading up to the day, the staff were great. They were on top of all of the details and were fairly responsive. We dealt with Jennifer, for our day-of coordinator and she was incredibly kind, organized and professional. She was awesome actually.
  
  We did experience some hesitation on behalf of the venue with regards to flexibility. They have done so many weddings, and have a system that works! However, we had a few things that we wanted to do differently, and although unsure at first, they did come through in the end. There was also a lot of back and forth on the specific details. Although no stone was left un-turned, we did end up communicating the same information a few times. Somewhat frustrating, but it all came through.
  
  Execution was great! The day of service was INCREDIBLE, and made everything a complete breeze! It all worked out better than anyone could have imagined, so we were quite the happy couple!!!
  
  We loved this venue, and would certainly recommend it to others as a magical and spectacular place to get married.
