  Rachel was great to work with! She always communicated with me. She was easy to work with, made us feel comfortable and had beautiful pictures! We would definitely use her again in the future! We loved working with her!

  We chose Rachel with RPM after many weeks of research as well as learning and talking to two other couples we knew that had used their services as well (who both had rave reviews as well). We met with her MANY months before our big day and as soon as we sat down to meet with her we knew she was the perfect person to photograph our wedding because she fit right in with our family's style and what my husband and I were looking for. Her pictures were gorgeous, her website was informational, and honestly we went in with a few questions but did get any big surprises which was so nice! She was so wonderful to work with for over a year - she never made me feel like I was bothering her with questions, or I'd send over an idea or a detail we'd decided on that she may or may not have needed to know but she always made me feel like she did need it. Our engagement pictures were wonderful, she took the time to take us around to spots that fit our personality! Our second photographer was also wonderful - we'd warned Rachel that the guys can be a bit silly, but the photographer just captured that in our pictures which I love so much because it really shows the fun relationships my husband has with his friends. We also went the Kansas City Museum of History and Science for some of our wedding photographers and she was all about that! The pictures from this location are breathtaking! A few of our pictures I remember looking at thinking I love this picture because it says xyz about that person and is spot on, but they were pictures that most people probably didn't even see the moment. Even with wedding season being in full swing, the summer months of pure business surrounding us, we still had our pictures back within a reasonable amount of time and we loved them so much! If you're looking for a photographer who is down to earth, listens to what you really want, and takes the time to invest in your wedding so that you feel like a million and one bucks - RPM is your crew!

  As soon as we met with Rachel, we knew she would be our photographer. Throughout the whole process, Rachel was very professional and quick to get back to us. I loved the fact that our package included our engagement pictures, unlimited time, 2 photographers and all rights to the pictures. This was everything I was looking for and it was at such a reasonable price. On the day of, Rachel arrived as scheduled and was very professional, fun and helpful throughout the day. She went above and beyond and we are so grateful we chose her for our wedding photographer... she even whipped out some safety pins to help fix my dress when my bustle broke at the reception :) We have so many amazing pictures that we will treasure forever and could not have asked for a better experience!

She struck the perfect balance between giving us her professional guidance and opinions, but also letting us dictate what we wanted from our wedding day and what our style was.

  Rachel was an amazing photographer at our wedding. She was everywhere at once. She took amazing pics (at least from what I could see on the slideshow they showed during the reception and on the blog). I can't wait to see the rest of the photos. I got compliments on my choice of photographer from all the guests who saw the photos on the slideshow. And one of them intends to use her for her daughter's senior photo pics! Rachel was absolutely awesome. Unobtrusive. Artistic. Enthusiastic. Everything I could have hoped for in a photographer for my big day! Thanks, Rachel!

  David was wonderful to work with and worked so well with our photographer. I loved his style and approach on our wedding day...he was very unobtrusive and easy to work with. I can't wait to see the finished product as I trust that it will be spectacular.

  I choose RPM Photography after looking at a few vendors during an open house at my wedding venue. My overall experience with them was just okay. While the pictures turned out well, I feel that they really need to improve on their customer service as it was very poor. Once they earned me as a customer after the contract was signed, their were all of a sudden not very responsive to inquiries. They also up charged me for a few extras things that they had said were included in the package. David was my photographer for the day as Rachel was doing another wedding on that day. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone due to their very poor and rude customer service. The pictures were also not delivered within the time frame that they had promised.

  I'm sorry your experience is not what you hoped for with our company! We strive to provide excellent customer service and after reading your review I was curious as to what you had been uncharged for. Also, without knowing your name, I'm having a hard time placing which couple you may be. The couple David worked with on 9/6/14 was not met at a bridal open house, I wonder if the date listed is wrong? Please provide more info so we can clearly understand and respond accordingly.
