  Beyond Amazing!

  Amazing does not BEGIN to describe the experience my now husband and I had! Not only are the photos BEYOND gorgeous and stunning, the entire experience was incredible!
  They went above and beyond not only with taking photos/video/photobooth, but with making us feel comfortable and at home!
  We had a mini winter wonderland for our outdoor wedding, which was gorgeous, but also freezing! They were so professional and complete champs for dealing with the snow/cold/ice!
  She also was amazing for taking care of me after our outdoor photos. I was a bit frozen and drenched in snow and water. She did everything she could to help warm me, even took off my soaked shoes and rubbed hand warmers on my feet.
  I never expected to have this amazing and caring of an experience.
  I’ll never be able to thank them enough for all that they did 💗

  Best photography/videography team ever

  There are not enough good things I could say about this team. For starters, I have had the pleasure of working with Christina and Matthew prior to our wedding for our engagement session. The two of them made us feel so comfortable, and they were such kind, caring people. For our wedding, we had Matthew working with us for our videography. He was AMAZING! He personally sent a text message the morning of asking if we needed anything. He spent the entire day asking if we needed anything, making sure we were ok, keeping us laughing, and filming all of the moments we will love looking back on. He has such a positive energy. As the bride, I spent a large majority of the day with Nicole as our photographer. Nicole was so sweet and so thoughtful! She saved me from multiple crying sessions, constantly reassuring me everything was ok. She even helped button my dress, put my shoes on, and put my earrings in. She definitely exceeded the expectations! I am so thankful to have had her there. The second photographer we had for the guys was amazing as well!!! She kept everyone engaged and made it such a positive experience. The entire team completely CRUSHED IT and went SO above and beyond for us. We are so incredibly thankful we were able to spend our day with such an amazing, supportive, and kind group of people. Trust me when I say, you WILL NOT regret booking any event, photo shoot, etc. with this team

  Christina is the BEST!!!! I absolutely loved her. She was amazing & helped out so much. Her pictures are absolutely gorgeous. She did an amazing job & i will be using her in the future whenever i can!

  Best wedding vendor ever!

  They’re easily the best wedding vendor we met in our 2 years of wedding planning. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina, Matt, and their team at Rising Ashes Designs & Photography. They aren’t just photographers and visionaries; They’re a family of amazing people that we are so thankful we got to work with.
  Booking with them would be the best wedding planning decision you could make. We bought the Platinum Princess package (wedding day photo & video, engagement, boudoir, photobooth) during one of their annual sales. You can’t beat their prices for the quality of services they provide! The price is what drew us to them, but once we met with Christina, we knew we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. She made every step of our wedding planning, photo journey, and wedding day so effortless and fun for us! She kept our wedding day on track & solved every problem that arose for us, including dress & make up issues. Bless her and her tool belt of wedding day essentials lol.
  Their photographers also know how to get all of the coolest shots! Their creative minds helped us get so many amazing photos. Christina has great knowledge & advice on anything to do with weddings! We took her input into the highest consideration when we picked out our vendors. With her help, we were able to throw what SO MANY of our guests called “the best wedding ever”! Their photo booth was a total hit with everyone. The keepsake album they made for us from the extra photo strips is something we’ll look back on and cherish forever! I could go on forever about how incredible our experience with everyone at Rising Ashes Designs has been, but hopefully this is enough to help you make an informed decision to go ahead and book with them! I know that they’ll certainly be our family photographer for anything we ever need shot in the future.

  High Recommend!

  If you are in need of a wedding photographer, look no further! Matthew and Erik with Rising Ashes made me feel so comfortable on my wedding day. They were at the venue early to get all the photos of the girl’s dresses and photos of us girls getting ready. Then once the men arrived, they captured all of their photos before the ceremony. I was not worried one bit because I knew we had the same vision and Matthew made sure to capture all of the photos I had in mind. Matthew and Erik were incredible to work with and I highly recommend them for all your photography needs. I know I will be going back for any future photo shoots I need!

  More than just photography

  Rising Ashes Design and Photography is an amazing group to work with from engagement pictures to the big day! Not only are their pictures and videos great, but they make sure that you have everything you need and there are no issues on the day of your wedding. They made sure I ate something while getting ready and was staying hydrated and they continued to check up on me throughout the reception too. I was running late for my ceremony due to some bridesmaids being late to my house and everyone was busy trying to rush and get ready. My photographer helped my bridesmaids get my headpiece on me and the videographer was right there with Bobbi pins in his pocket to help. Due to us running late, it ran into the time I had scheduled for pictures after the ceremony. The photography team worked together and made sure I got some great pictures within a limited time. Overall, my experience with this company has been very positive and I will definitely work with them in the future again.

  Best Photographer

  Our photographer went above and beyond for us on our day of! She made sure I ate before the ceremony, she helped my mom with her hair and even worked with our videographer throughout the whole day. Our photos are beautiful!

  I just love them! I was planning on not having a photographer for my wedding until I found Rising Ashes! Her pictures are amazing! She is so funny and sweet... it made the whole process so much fun( which I was very nervous about). I am going with all of her services and I couldn't be happier! I would of regretted not having a photographer for the rest of my life!

  Christina and her team did a phenomenal job capturing the most precious moments at my wedding! They went above and beyond to help make our day go as smoothly as possible!   Great Experience Until Recently

  Amber and Erik were great at my wedding, even helped out when my coordinator was completely slacking. For that, I'm thankful. But my experience with RAD after the fact has not been great. My gallery was sent out weeks ago missing a handful of pictures - including ZERO of my husband with his groomsmen or my bridesmaids, amongst others missing. Are those not standard wedding pictures? I got pictures of most things missing (upon repeatedly asking after finding more and more missing as I kept looking through our gallery), except still no pictures of my husband with the bridal party. Weeks I've been waiting and just continuously told to "be patient" and "they're working on it" with excuses but according to their Facebook, they finished editing all the wedding photography as of days ago. All but mine apparently that I've patiently waited over 9 weeks for. So for now my husband has zero pictures with his best friends on his wedding day, which is absolutely ridiculous. I'll update my review if we ever even get these. My faith in that is dwindling by the week.

  First we would like to apologize for your frustration. We had our biggest year as a company and digging out of fall has been tough.
  I spoke with you via facebook on Monday 11/21 informing you we located the handful of missing photos but they required extensive photoshopping to make them perfect, which would take time.
  We posted wednesday 11/25 that we would be taking Thanksgiving and Friday off to be with our families.
  You messages at 714p on Friday (yesterday) While I was taking a very rare day off that we did not see until this morning. This morning I wake up to this review that had been adjust from 5 stars. We are talking a matter of 3 days not weeks as your portfolio was returned weeks ago (minus the handful of missing images) . You did not notify me of the missing images of the groom until 11/19. We are sorry that you are frustrated and please feel free to reach out with additional concerns we love our RAD FAM and we are never done working until things are perfect.
