User2890407 Sent on 12/04/2016In my opinion Tino was very unprofessional which was not expected after visiting his studio. He has a nice layout showcasing his best work, However that is not a reflection of how his work currently is. During our wedding photographs it seemed to be all about him when it came to the locations we wanted to shoot at he was worried about parking for himself and photos had to be taken in a certain order so that he didn't get mixed up and the list can go on. That was the small stuff though the worst was once we received the photos the Editing was AWFUL. When trying to do a blur effect we would have blurred hair or the top of our heads would be distorted and then the building in the back ground would have a random splotch of clarity. When we brought up this issue to Tino he was extremely defensive and wanted to have a conference call with my husband and I. During this call Tino was speaking directly to My husband trying to put me down saying I was critical and so on... keep in mind I am listening to this... anyways I was shocked to say the least and it continued for our thank you cardS. he didn't send me a prove and made his own selections for colours then told me that I approved it. when I requested he forward me this email he apparently didn't know how. And he also had a spelling mistake that he made and had to fix and I requested he changes the colour and he said he couldn't. once he said that I was extremely angry and he said he would have to talk to the "lab" ( which by the way is himself) and once we got of the phone I received an email with the new prove ( ps it was 10pm) ... anyways what I would suggest is to not go with KCS photography we were introduced to him through his wife who works at a bridal shop in Vaughan she is a little pushy and we felt a little pressured since I bought my dress from her anyways proceed with caution
