There were occasional gaps in communication during the planning but, overall, we eventually got everything into place. Suggestions made by Fox were very helpful and fit well with my daughter's concept of the evening.

So I was really excited about seeing this venue expecting it to be really grand. I know not to get my hopes up, but I did. Driving almost 3 hours to get to the venue from home was hard enough, but to get there and learn my appointment was forgotten about stung a little. Not to mention they NEVER came out to meet with us. Horrible professionalism. We ended up leaving after touring the venue ourselves. The venue itself is nothing like the pictures. It would take a lot of of work to customize it, but I could see it becoming something great if you have the time, money, and creativity. Don't be deceived by the old photos. It's also really really cold in the theater and a lot dusty. It wasn't our venue, but I'm really disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism from anyone at all in the theater.
