Kaley told our story in a way that is equal parts truthful and artistic. Her photographic skills and knowledge are unmatched. She truly learns her couples and then creatively preserves their love in the realest way. The pictures she made of our day evoke all the emotion that was present in those moments. Beyond that, her expertise turns those milliseconds of memories into something visually exquisite. Kaley brought organization and direction to the planning and execution of our event while also delivering much needed peace and calm. As both a human and a photographer, she made a profound impact on the before, during, and now after of our wedding; we will cherish our photos forevermore. -

Kaley was the second person I told after my husband and I got engaged. I knew that I would do whatever possible to have her photograph our elopement. We even changed our wedding date to make sure she would be there. We only had 13 days to plan and she was totally amazing every step of the way! I knew I was in good hands the entire process.
Kaley sent us sneak photos only 2 hours after our elopement while we were still with all of our guests!! She also helped us decide on a location for our ceremony and had a family photo list and timeline that I had sent her only a couple days prior. She was also totally comfortable with us adding on more than a few guests before our day!
When we got our photos, we looked through them together and loved every moment she captured for us. It was so cold at our elopement and you couldn't even tell we were freezing in any of the photos! Kaley has a gift of making you so comfortable in front of the camera!
Thank you so much, Kaley! From one photographer to another, I am so so happy I asked you to be apart of our day!!! -

Look no further!
If you are researching and deciding between photographers - LOOK NO FURTHER. Kaley is everything you could want in a photographer and more! I am the type of person who NEVER leaves reviews but Kaley makes me want to shout from the rooftops how incredible she is. I hired Kaley for a boudoir shoot, an engagement shoot, and for our wedding pictures. I was hesitant about doing a boudoir but knew my husband would love it and I’m so glad I did! Kaley makes you feel SO comfortable. She directs you and knows the angles where you will look your best. She made our engagement shoot effortless and she really captures your love. I don’t like being in front of the camera but Kaley has a way about her that makes you feel like the camera is not even there. And our wedding photos - OH. MY. GOD. I have gotten SO many compliments on them and everyone says it looks our wedding photos are straight out of a magazine, and I agree! I truly could not be happier with them! Aside from Kaley’s talented photography skills, she is just an amazing person all around. She genuinely wants to get to know you and help in any way she can, she accommodates with timelines and planning, she regularly checks in with you and responds promptly, and she actually texts (if that’s your method of choice)! For me, this really made our relationship feel more personal and less business-like. One other thing I really loved about Kaley’s process was the in depth questionnaires she has her clients fill out. In these, you answer what you want most out of your boudoir/engagement/wedding photography and how she can best assist you. It’s the little details like these that make Kaley stand out from the rest. She always puts her clients first and goes above and beyond in every way possible. I can’t thank her enough for all of my experiences with her and highly recommend EVERYONE to use her! -

THE most incredible photographer EVER
Simply stated, Kaley is the most talented artist EVER. She was incredible to work with, and we feel so grateful we were able to snag her for our wedding. Everything about our experience working with her was just perfect. She made our engagement session so much fun, and she made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Our photos turned out AMAZING. She even made our crazy pup look incredibly photogenic, even though he was excited and couldn't sit still! We had to make quite a few changes to our wedding due to COVID, and Kaley was flexible, patient, and supportive through it all. She went out of her way to make sure that she helped make our day everything we wanted it to be. She gave great advice and assistance with the details, and she helped us with choosing an AMAZING location for our photos. When we received our photos, we were seriously IN AWE. We want to print every single one. They are so incredibly beautiful, and made our day look like a freakin' fairytale. We immediately decided we needed to order an album through her. The way she was able to capture our genuine raw emotions blew us away. She made us look good!!! She treated us like family, and we felt so blessed to have her be part of our day. She also got our photos to us so quickly, and made it incredibly easy to order high quality prints through her. Her work is true art, and it is incredible. Booking with Kaley was BY FAR the best decision we made - it is a MUST for every couple looking!!!!! -

The best photographer ever!
There are not enough words of PRAISE that we can leave for Kaley!! Kaley Rae Photography was the single best decision we made for our wedding day and entire wedding planning process! We utilized Kaley Rae Photography for engagement photos, boudoir photos, and wedding day photos! Kaley agreed to travel to Seattle Washington to accommodate our wedding plans!!!
Kaley has an incredible talent for making everyone feel comfortable behind her lens. She allows for a lot of natural movement which captures candid photos SO well! She also does an excellent job of offering cues and prompts while photographing either in an intimate session or a large group! One of my favorite things about Kaley’s work style is that she’s very aware of the fact that the bride, groom, and wedding party really want to spend the day celebrating. She is INCREDIBLY efficient at getting the group photo portion of the day done, and done VERY WELL! We put our full trust into Kaley to help us plan out the sequence of our day so that photos were a priority, but also allowed for us to spend time at our cocktail hour and as much time celebrating with our guests as possible!!
Kaley puts her heart into her work and it shines so so brightly!!! We are beyond grateful for all that she has gifted us through her art and the incredible friendship that we have built!!! Her photos are absolutely breath-taking and capture the essence of your love!!!!
If you do anything today, RUN, don’t walk, and book Kaley right now for your wedding day!!! I promise, it’ll be the best decision you make for you day!!! -

There are incredible photographers, and then there's Kaley. She's one of a kind. Kaley's images are a work of art. The lighting, intricacy, colors, and more, are stunning. She's an amazing artist. What makes Kaley different from everyone else, though, is her heart. Kaley makes it a priority to tell your story through your photos. She is genuine, honest, and immediately makes you feel like you've known her for years. We had Kaley take our engagement, beauty (boudoir), and wedding photos. To say we were blown away is an understatement. Kaley started as our photographer and ended as our friend. We love you, Kaley, and if you are fortunate enough to have her as your photographer, you will love her, too! -

Kaley photographed my intimate wedding in late September. From our first contact, she was incredibly responsive, friendly, and supportive. I was very picky about vendors given the tiny wedding size but she fit in so perfectly and did an incredible job capturing our day. Despite my partner and I never having photos taken of us ever, she made us feel incredibly comfortable on camera. We got our sneak peek photos the OUR WEDDING NIGHT, and then a few weeks after the wedding, so many (like so. many.) incredible photos. She captured great portraits but also candids, us acting goofy, incredible shots of the venue, all the tiny details...I could not be more thrilled with the result. Our friends and family can't stop talking about how great they are, and to be honest, neither can I! Truly an incredible experience all around and Kaley will have my business for any photography needs moving forward. -

Kaley was incredible and easily our favorite person we worked with for our wedding!! We had the absolute best experience with her from the very beginning, before we even hired her! She was so personable and friendly, and her portfolio speaks for itself. We knew we wanted her as our photographer as soon as we saw her photos, and then after speaking with her, it was an easy decision. She was great at communicating with us prior to meeting in person, and she made two people who are very awkward in front of a camera extremely comfortable and brought the best out of us in her shots. I was amazed by how easily she got natural emotions and reactions from us and her directing made it really easy for us to not overthink it. She hyped us up and made us feel photogenic even when we thought we wouldn't be!
Even with COVID happening prior to our wedding, she made sure the photography wasn't one of our worries and she did a great job putting us at ease. She even texted us a few times to check in and see how we were doing, which was so sweet and thoughtful of her! She really treats you like family. We even had asked her about some other wedding things and she came through with lots of tips and helpful info for us, which we highly appreciated and was totally above and beyond!
On the wedding day, she was fun and organized and knocked out all the shots we wanted with our wedding party and families as well as all the romantic couple shots pretty quickly so we could rejoin the party back at the venue and not miss anything. She picked out beautiful locations for shots and really showed all of our personalities in the photos. We were blown away by all the gorgeous photos she got on the wedding day and she made the day look just as magical as we remembered it. We had such a difficult time picking which ones to frame! She also sent us a few teaser photos the day of our wedding so we had beautiful photos to post right away the next morning! After seeing the preview photos, all of our friends wanted to see the full galleries as soon as we received them and when they did, they all gushed over all of them!
Tasha and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kaley and we absolutely LOVED having her as our photographer for both our engagement photos and wedding photos! We'd recommend her to literally anyone looking for an amazing wedding or engagement photographer. We both feel so lucky that we were able to have her photograph our special day and giving her 5 stars doesn't feel like enough! -

Where do I begin, Kaley is amazing!
When I first started planning our wedding, a photographer was one of the top three vendors I wanted to invest in. Kaley isn't just a photographer, but all around a beautiful human being. She doesn't just see your wedding as just another job, but as a opportunity to create endless memories for her clients. Her work speaks for it self and I can't express how happy we are with our photos. To say I was stressed out on the wedding day would be an understatement, but Kaley was right by my side to make sure everything went smoothly. She is extremely professional, but also someone you can lean on. You aren't just another client with Kaley, but becomes a friend. She will forever be my photographer for all of life's precious moments. Kaley, thank you for all of your hard work. We truly appreciate everything you do! -

Can I give more than five stars??? Okay...what is more important than looking back to remember how amazing your wedding day was through photos and/or video? And how amazing would it be to find a photographer that also makes you feel so special and comfortable in front of a lens to create those memories? Finding a photographer was our first priority and immediately we fell in love with Kaley's work. She captures all her clients so seamlessly and makes you feel so so comfortable while she does it. // Kaley responded to our inquiry immediately last spring and was the first vendor we booked; it was the best decision we could have ever made!!! We were out of state as we planned our whole wedding and I had so many questions which Kaley helped me with every step of the way. She recommended vendors (who were also amazing), she helped us lay out our wedding day-of timeline, and was so willing to give us input whenever we wanted it. We also asked her to jump out to NYC for our engagement shoot which she was 100% willing to do which was AMAZING. It's obvious that Kaley is fully committed to making her clients (who become friends along the way!) feel comfortable and happy, especially while navigating the sometimes overwhelming world of weddings. I can't wait to work with Kaley again in the future for literally anything and everything photo related. Love you lady, I'm so glad we stumbled into your life. -

They say your wedding day flashes by, that it did. I have all these little memories; of my husband and I having our first look, dancing with all our guests cheering around us, kissing my husband outside in the cold, hugging and crying with my bridesmaids, each of these moments I have these quick little memories of Kaley literally running around us to get THE perfect shot. She was so on it!! She is confident and determined and I am forever grateful we had the opportunity of having Kaley capture our wedding day. Kaley is woman who knows what she's doing and for that I will recommend to anyone looking for a photographer, hands down Kaley is THE best!! Not only did I have the privilege of having Kaley shoot our wedding, but she also shot my Boudoir Session. For anyone on the fence of doing this or are nervous about ummm getting naked in front of someone with a camera. I will tell you right now, hire Kaley!! This girl made me feel so comfortable, she even turned on some girl jams and gassed me up while I stood there in my lingerie. I could tell that Kaley is super comfortable and familiar with taking boudoir shoots, which is why I trust her so much. She is all about body positivity and helping make a sister feel good and look good. I mean who doesn't want this type of energy from your photographer! I absolutely LOVE the shots she got of me. I can honestly say after seeing the pictures she took of me, I felt more proud and confident in myself! I printed my favorites in a book and gifted it to my husband on our wedding day. -

AMAZING experience!!
There are too many great things I could say about Kaley that it would take pages and pages to write. Kaley has been taking photos for me since back in my modeling days and has been with me through milestone after milestone. This past weekend she shot my wedding and it was absolutely wonderful, she's so kind and easy going, she lets me get creative with my ideas and lets me play around with what I want to do also. She has turned into a great friend that I feel so comfortable around. My photos captured mine and my husbands personality so perfectly that I truly have enjoyed reliving our day. I do not like the standard poses of wedding photography and so seeing our genuine candid moments and our laughter and smiles in every photo has been so unreal. I can not wait for her to keep capturing my life and every milestone that comes along with it. Kaley will always be my first choice in a photographer and I will recommend her to anyone looking for amazing photos and genuine memories. -

Kaley is the greatest! I loved the emotion and light in her photography from the first time that I saw it. We were so nervous to get our engagement pictures taken, but she made us super comfortable and has a million silly tricks to keep you laughing. Every time we've worked with Kaley has been so enjoyable. I felt like I could text her with anything prior to my wedding and she answered promptly. She saved our wedding
I reached out to Kaley about 3 months before our wedding - in a panic because we had gone through 2 photographers who had bailed out on us. Kaley texted me back within minutes and gave me a call to let me know how sorry she was that we were going through the stress of losing our photographers (not just once but TWICE), without any hesitation she jumped in to help us. From that moment, I knew we would be ok. I COULD BREATH AGAIN. Kaley made us feel so comfortable and confident - from start to finish. She checked in with us throughout the process, making sure all our questions were answered, setting us up for a stress free day. The week of the wedding she sent me a surprise gift to help me get through the insanely busy week. Kaley showed up with a smile on her face on the hottest day of the year and put all of our needs first. She is one of those people that makes you feel like family. And trust me- that peace of mind is priceless. This girl has a special place in our heart and we get to experience the most beautiful day all over again just by looking back at her photos. 💛 -

Kaley was THE BEST decision we made for our wedding! From the moment she took the time to meet with me in person at a coffeeshop, her genuine, perceptive, and prompt attention to the experience and vision I had was the most important and valued thing to her. She was always a text away with engagement session outfit ideas, vendor tips, timeline ideas, and reassurance. She went above and beyond, allowing me to change outfits quickly at her apartment in the middle of photos, capturing the attention of our two pups, keeping things timely with family photos at the wedding so we had time to enjoy ourselves, and above all, having a keen sense of reading the room and minimizing stress. She was more than a wedding photographer. Kaley took on a leadership role to ensure the day went smoothly including day-of-coordinating, family wrangling, time awareness, support of our nerves, smiles and positive vibes, and I genuinely felt she was a special guest at our wedding over a hired vendor. I guarantee hiring Kaley will be the best decision. You will not look back on your wedding day and wished for anything different but her and her talents. I cannot wait for her to capture other important life events in our future. -

lways giving me wedding advice. She was super easy to contact and very proactive with her communications. When it came to day of Kaley and her assistance were AMAZING!!! Creative, had a game plan, helped me stay on schedule and so fun! Kaley has such an artistic eye and is looking for beauty in the day to day normal. Kaley gave easy clear directions when it came to helping us pose. My husband is not comfortable in front of the camera, and having Kaley give him directions made him SO COMFORTABLE. I think he had more fun posing for pictures than maybe I had, and I love being photographed. 13 out of 10 recommend you hire her for your wedding. -

Choosing the right photographer was very important to me. From our engagement session, all the help she provided before our wedding day, and to our actual wedding, Kaley played a key role in making sure everything went as smoothly as it did. She is kind, receptive, SO easy to communicate with, and just an all around wonderful person. She'll make sure that you and everyone in your wedding party is at ease throughout the entire evening (and who doesn't want that?!). She pours her heart and soul into each photo, and it shows. I knew long before I got engaged that I wanted Kaley to be my photographer. I mean, come on, have you seen her photos?! We booked her right away and I cannot express how AMAZING she was! Right from the start she was so easy to work with. She was able to help us troubleshoot locations for engagement photos when all of our sessions kept getting rained out. She was always willing to offer suggestions for clothing options and was able to help us feel relaxed when posing for photos was not our forte.
At the wedding she was a dream. She helped us capture all of the important things, and also ensured we got all of our family portraits done in a timely fashion- even with an incredibly large family!
All of the photos we got back are simply beautiful, and we are still getting compliments on them and on her!
I cannot recommend her enough! -

Captures the love
Choosing a wedding photographer was extremely important to me. I had obviously seen Kaley’s online portfolio and what she could do, but I was even more impressed actually working with her. My fiancée and I aren’t the best at taking pictures, but what she was able to capture was incredible. She isn’t afraid to go on an adventure either - my first request was to take our engagement photos on the ice covered lake. She found multiple places that could work and sent me pictures prior to our session so I could choose where we could go. It was a rainy day so she kept us informed and adjusted the time to ensure we weren’t rained out. It was our first time meeting her and she made us feel completely comfortable - our photos turned out natural and totally us. She also captured our dog that day; she even held his slobber filled ball so he would smile! Prior to the wedding, she works with you on your schedule, making recommendations, portrait lists and understanding what’s important to you on that day. On the day of our wedding, we had some chaos with the venue which was stressing me out, but Kaley was a calming force. She kept us moving, kept us laughing and took soooo many gorgeous photos. Another thing to call out - our engagement photo day was a cloudy and gloomy day while our wedding day was fall sunshine (cold November day!) - she can take any weather and make it work for your photos! She makes you feel like you are special and a rockstar on your day. She is also the only one who thought of hand warmers and shared! We received our wedding portraits last night and they are more gorgeous than we could have ever imagined. They took us right back to the feelings and the love we felt that day - and thankfully we get to enjoy them forever. As long as Kaley is a photographer, we will continue to use her for the life ahead of us. Choose her as your photographer and I know you will feel all the happiness and love we are feeling right now! And to Kaley, thank you for your talent, your joy and for being you. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer and friend.

Kaley is truly a talented photographer. She can take any scene and make it look extraordinary. Every picture she takes tells a story that only talented photographers can reflect.
Working with Kaley was probably one of my favorite parts of planning my wedding. She is extremely responsive, respectful, and always tries to make your wishes come true. One of the things that I really liked was that she encourages you and your significant other to be yourselves during a photo shoot, resulting in a gallery that truly reflects your personalities. I believe Kaley is one of a kind and you will not regret having her capture special moments in your life. I know Kaley will always be a part of mine! -

Best. Decision. Ever.
Kaley was absolutely amazing!!! I don't have enough good things to say about her and loved absolutely everything about her and working with her. From the beginning, I was so encouraged by Kaley's demeanor, positive attitude, and passion for her work and love for the couples that she works with. After talking to her on the phone and looking through some of her past albums, I knew she was the perfect fit for Kevin and me. We planned our wedding from Arizona, but I felt so comfortable with Kaley (even though we had just talked on the phone leading up to the day). I am so, so, so glad that we hired Kaley because our pictures could not have been more beautiful. There were SO many pictures to go through and each and every single one was edited to perfection. She was efficient in taking photos (especially outside when it was pretty chilly for our Wisconsin December wedding and with our large wedding party and family). My family and friends also loved working with her as well and said she was the best photographer they had ever worked with. She captured the day perfectly, from the ceremony to the reception, and the raw emotion of our day is so clear in all of the photos. We also LOVE our detail photos so we could look back and remember even the smallest of details. I could go on and on and on about how absolutely perfect working with her was, but take it from us, do not hesitate to hire her. We love you, Kaley, and are so thankful for you capturing our beautiful day! -
