I worked with Rich to design my wife's engagement ring. I went in knowing essentially nothing about rings but Rich took the time to walk me through everything. Together we designed what would become a beautiful engagement ring. Going into this experience, I was nervous that at some point, I would be upsold, pressured, or taken advantage of but that never occurred. He had established my budget early on and stuck to it the whole time.
The process was smooth and the quality was great so we returned to Rich for our wedding bands.
Really like the fact that we get a lifetime of free cleanings there too.

My mom always said to me when I was growing up "you get what you pay for." If you hunt for a cheap deal, you probably won't get a great product. When it comes to wedding rings, you want them to look spectacular. While Dominion may be more expensive than the nationally known places, you're going to get high quality, sparkling rings and it's better to support a family run business, in my opinion. I receive weekly compliments on my engagement ring for how unique yet classic it looks and how much is shines. We had a great experience getting my engagement ring designed here. My fiance said he was never forced to spend more or go bigger and that the consultant was frank with him about what matters and what looks good. We returned to get our wedding bands here and they gave us a deal. I highly recommend. We'll go back when I get diamond ear rings in a few years. -

Custom Wedding Band
We worked with Dominion Jewelers to design a custom band for my custom engagement ring. My main stone is a blue topaz and when I chipped it, they were very helpful in replacing it. My wedding band fits perfect with my infinity band and we are so glad we chose to work with Dominion Jewelers. -

Emily Sent on 04/15/2016My fiance got my engagement ring at Dominion Jewelers and had an excellent experience. I have gone back twice for a resizing (which they did in less than 20 minutes) and a cleaning. -
User1997013 Sent on 01/05/2015Dominion Jewelers was where my fiance got my engagement ring and we have already decided we are most definitely getting our wedding bands there. I obviously did not know where he got it until after we were engaged but he said it was so easy for him to go in there and be helped! Jodi was very helpful and made sure she went through every step with him from what kind of band would look nice to the clarity and color of the diamond. My fiance said Jodi made the process fun for him and he knew that's where he was going to buy it.
My fiance also said before dominion he went to other well known places like Kay and Helzburg and the service there wasn't nearly as good.
I went to get my ring sized and met with Jodi and she was amazing! She remembered who my fiance was and must have talked to him a little while and really got to know us as a couple. It felt like I knew her already! So she sized my finger and it only took an hour to get my ring sized. They do it right there! So no waiting for 2 weeks like a lot of other places.
If you are looking for a unique ring, experience and the best bang for your buck Dominion is where to go. Tell your men ladies! -

He had such a great experience with creating the ring within his budget, that we decided to go back for our wedding rings. We worked with the manager (whose name I cannot recall) and he was very attentive and easy to work with. We each got exactly what we were looking for, including personalized engravings, and at a reasonable price. Even more important was that our rings were ready within a few weeks!

Jody was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during the entire process. She made what could have been a very stressful experience into an easy and straightforward one. We will definitely be back for anniversaries and other special occasions. -

We even showed up without an appointment one day to fix the sizing on my ring and they helped us immediately. Great customer service and value! -
