  Charity and her photography team did such a phenomenal job at our wedding. You can tell Charity takes pride in what she does as she works with her team to create the most stunning wedding images. Altogether, Charity's photography is timeless, and you really cannot go wrong by choosing her to capture your special day.

  It will take you all of 5 seconds browsing through Charity's portfolio to realize that her photography is basically a work of incredibly fine art. Shooting in traditional film as a medium gives such a timeless and stunning look that I think no one else out there is able to capture like Charity does. Showing friends and family our photos often times leaves them speechless and it's so easy to see why.
  
  But what I have learned though throughout the wedding process is that your wedding photographer can be so much more than someone who just shoots your big day. They help organize, plan, and are one of the few people who really share in the personal and intimate moments of the entire process. It is so easy to get caught up in the busyness of the moment and hectic nature of your wedding and that is where Charity really shines! She is such a gentle and accessible person that is dedicated completely toward your wishes and needs, while also being calm and constant to help you navigate those chaotic moments.
  
  We are so blessed to have worked with Charity throughout this entire process. Meet her over some coffee and you will completely see why! She will always be first in mind in our future for our own family photos and wedding photography recommendations.

  I am so grateful that we had Charity as our engagement and wedding photographer! Photography was really important to me, and I wanted the best. I was instantly attracted to Charity's work on her blog. Her style was exactly what I wanted: light, soft, romantic, and real. I reached out to her by email, and she was very prompt with her response. I live out-of-state, so we set up a phone date. Hearing her describe her vision and philosophy made me excited to work with her. She is a true professional. Her eye, her use of light, and her attention to detail is incredible.
  
  I love that Charity shot our engagement session too, so we were comfortable with each other by the time wedding day rolled around. For our engagement session, she suggested a beautiful spot in Flagstaff, AZ that has the same vibe as Idaho, where we currently live. She went above and beyond. She took her time with each shot, offering suggestions on how to pose, and making sure everything was just right. I can be a perfectionist myself, so I really appreciate her dedication to her art. And trust me, her photographs truly are art!
  
  Shooting with Charity on wedding day was a dream. Again, she's the consummate professional, but she's also got the sweetest, gentlest soul. She's someone you WANT to have around on your big day, and that's hugely important -- you spend a lot of time with your photographer! Charity so beautifully captured our wedding day, from the big moments down to the small ones, I'm so glad that we got to work with her and her sweet assistant, and I would recommend her to anyone!

  Charity is an artist with her camera. I could not have asked for better wedding photos to enjoy for a lifetime!! She is also extremely sweet and easy to work with.

  Charity Maurer was truly a gift to my entire wedding experience. Charity is kind, genuine, warm, smart, and gentle. To demonstrate, allow me to tell you my story. I found Charity via Facebook; a friend had used her for her wedding and engagement photos. I called her and we chatted about my vision and what I wanted (elegant and romantic). Fast forward a few months (after engagement photos and wedding date set), we learned that a family member had a serious illness and we needed to move the wedding up...we had three weeks to prepare. Not only was Charity understanding, but she made sure we had all of our details in order. I was so thankful. Day of wedding: my family is... picture my Big Fat Greek Wedding, but Jews. It was chaos. But, Charity handled everything in style. As my uncle said, "Charity handled some large egos with a gentle touch."
  
  And, a few weeks later, we received our photos. I'm telling you- they could have been on the cover of Vogue. Bravo, Charity. Don't hesitate, book Charity.

  Charity is an incredible photographer, I could write a novel on here but I don't think there's enough space in this little box to explain to you how wonderful she is to work with, both as a professional and as a person. We had a tight budgeted wedding, there were a lot of things I wanted for my day that I couldn't have, like a flower crown or a veil that matched the lace on my dress, but one thing I wasn't willing to give on cost-wise no matter how tight it made the rest of the wedding, was photography. I loved Charity's style the minute I looked at her blog the first time, light, bright, and almost magical. When we met the first time I was hesitant about price, I knew what I wanted but all I could think about was where I'd have to cut corners in other places, and Charity could see this and she worked with us, she even brought us a little gift to help with wedding planning. Our engagement photos turned out phenomenal and she kept in touch with us up until the wedding day. On our wedding day I was worried about a lot of things, details that went wrong, family setting things up in the wrong places, but Charity was a rock the entire day, I never had to worry about the pictures getting captured beautifully, or her catching the moments I wanted, she knew exactly what to do and that was such a comfort.
