I can not recommend Butterscotch Rose Photography more. They have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole wedding process. We started by doing an engagement session with them first, Stephanie was beyond amazing by making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We knew that they would be the perfect fit for our wedding. They were able to work with us to create a perfect day of package for our wedding day providing both photography and videography for our day.
We met with Alyssa and Stephanie to talk about our vision for the day. They both came prepared with vision books and showed that they genuinely care about us and our wedding day.
We had to postpone our wedding due to all things COVID and they were so understanding. These ladies have the biggest hearts and genuinely care about their clients. If you want to feel special and cared for on your special day. BOOK THEM.

I found Alyssa after the initial photographer I had booked for my wedding completely stopped responding to all communication from us, and a second photographer we attempted to hire wanted us to change our entire wedding day timeline ( and then also stopped responding to us when we wanted to keep our timeline the same!) with just about 4 months to go til the wedding day. I would go through all of that stress again if it meant I would still end up with Alyssa!

From our first conversation with her, my husband and I felt like we were in great hands, and all of the stress we had been experiencing around photography went away. Alyssa is the perfect balance of laid back with a master plan in her head of what needs to get done and made sure it all happened without it feeling like any part of the day was being rushed. It was a serious pleasure to work with her, and I would recommend her to anyone I know!

These two sisters were so easy to work with for both our engagement and wedding photography! We know nothing about photography and they were able to take charge for us, giving us queues on poses and knowing where the best shot was. During our engagement photo session, Stephanie gave us a little extra time because the lighting got even better over time, creating some incredible shots for our Save the Date. We were lucky to have both Stephanie and Alyssa at our wedding, and they were so patient dealing with our family and large wedding party. We received our sneak peek photos within 2 weeks and our full collection within 8 weeks. They came out so beautiful and are so grateful to have pictures that captured the day so perfectly!! We have great shots of us as a couple and at the alter, but we also have some of the in between moments, and even the pictures of people crying help us re-live those sentimental moments. We are also glad we went with a vendor that gives us the photos directly!

We have worked with Alyssa for a few sessions now and are looking forward to having them photograph our wedding again next summer. The photos from our surreal elopement turned out breathtaking as well.
They are both just so nice and accommodating, especially with the current pandemic.

I planned my April 2019 wedding in Denver and am so grateful that I found Butterscotch Rose Photography to capture our magical day. As soon as I looked at their work and spoke with Stephanie, I knew they were the perfect choice for us. I thought that living out of state would make this more difficult and less personal as we didn’t ‘meet’ until the actual wedding day, but I was so wrong. Stephanie was always available for questions before and even after the wedding and she made my husband and I who are VERY camera shy, feel completely comfortable. Stephanie and Emily went out of their way to make sure all the photos were perfect. They really captured everything so beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found Butterscotch Rose Photography and we still love looking at the phots from our wedding.

Looking back on it, I can’t imagine our day without them. Alyssa and Steph are the kindest, sweetest and most attentive photographers I’ve ever worked with. They took the time to get to know us and knew when my husband was “done” taking pictures.
