Wedding details
Brian and Jessica met on a Saturday in September 2003 at Kutztown University. Jess was a freshman and Brian was a sophomore. That day, Jess wasn't feeling well so she didn't want to hang out with her friends upstairs in Beck Hall- so her friend, Lauren, said that she met some of the guys down on the 2nd floor and she wanted to go down to introduce Jess to some of them. Since Kutztown was a "suitcase" campus, no one stayed for the weekend...except Brian. He was watching a football game in 228 Beck Hall. When Jess and Lauren walked in, Brian stopped watching football (and for those of you that know Brian, this is impressive) We sat and talked and we found out that we had a lot in common. We instantly became best friends and were constantly together. Except for the fact that Jess didn't want to date him and he was adamantly trying to date her. Jess finally made the best decision of her life and "quit playing games with his heart" on December 3, 2003 and our lives have never been the same. After all, how could she resist the "RAPTOR" Brian and Jessica dated throughout their years at Kutztown. 6 months after graduating from college, Brian went to Georgia to train to be a Capitol Police officer while Jess finished her senior year in college. Brian made a permanent move to Alexandria, VA and soon after graduation, Jess followed. We currently live in Lorton, VA with our beautiful baby girl, Hailey. She completed our lives on June 30, 2010. We love the life we have together, and are so thrilled for the lifetime we have ahead of us with so much more to look forward to!
