Cheri is so helpful and does not make you feel like a nuisance at all! Our initial consultation was very relaxed and she answered all of our questions on the spot. I then had a follow-up visit to bring our parents out to see the place and she was accommodating and welcoming and, again, answered all of their questions. I think her presence in our wedding planning is going to be great and help make our reception everything we want it to be!

Jennifer was easy to work with and always answers the phone. It's a very DYI venue, so you'll have to set up and tear down, but with her flexibility we were able to have everything finalized the day before. I'm still getting texts and comments about how gorgeous everything was (3 weeks later!) In terms of value, there are different options available for the level of involvement you want (All quoted on 9/17/2016 and subject to change for future customers) but for me it was a $1000 baseline cleaning fee + hourly maintenance fees (mine totaled $870 for 4 PM to Midnight) + optional overnight stay ($900 for all rooms - sleeps 19) = $2,770 + 5.5% Tax = $2,922.35. We were able to bring in our own caterer and beverages (which definitely helped with the costs). The venue also has 6 qty of 6 foot tables available and approx. 50 chairs. You wouldn't need to rent anything if you have a small gathering!

My husband and I were SO fortunate to be the first wedding at this stunning venue. When I say stunning, I am talking about picture-perfect views in every direction. The love and elbow grease that went into this place are on display in literally every corner from the reclaimed barn wood tables to the outstanding dance floor above to the prairie flowers out back. For all the breathtaking views you'll get during the day, once the sun goes down the stars light up the sky. No other words can describe it better than pure magic. For as downright gorgeous as the venue is, the owners (Cari and Owen) only magnify the experience with their professionalism, flexibility, and joyful spirits. When we were in the early parts of our planning - where I'd bet some of you are right now - we never thought we'd be able to pull off the day we envisioned. Cari and Owen made our dream a reality. I'll never forget sitting on the barn steps after dancing our butts off, sipping some whiskey with my new husband and close friends while gazing up at the Milky Way shining down on us. Your day can be equally as magical - don't pass this venue up!!!
