Historic Wedding Venues in Bonham

This B & B was such a blessing! We had plans to get married in another state but plans fell through 10 days before the wedding. I called the owner of The Carleton House and told her what had happened. She immediately gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) and told me she would take care of everything. On the day of the wedding, we drove in from Fort Worth. Upon arrival, I was led to the bridal suite where I was able to get ready in peace and quiet. Everything was already set up for the wedding downstairs when we arrived. Guests were led inside where they were greeted with soft music and kept the children entertained while everyone waited for the wedding to begin. After the wedding, we were seated to a fabulous meal. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the dinner ambiance was very romantic. When it was time to serve the cake, it looked beautiful and tasted wonderful! The next morning, breakfast was served in front of a warm fire. Once again, the food was amazing!!! After breakfast, we went out for a bit and came back to our room being cleaned and inviting once again. Everything was very tastefully done. We are so grateful to the owners for their hospitality and help. They helped to make our wedding an unforgettable experience!
