I was trying to avoid hiring a day-of-coordinator because I thought I couldn’t afford it. My only regret is that I didn’t hire Mandy sooner as a full on planner because she was INCREDIBLE. The price I paid for everything she did-I would have paid double, honestly. I was like 4 weeks out and getting overwhelmed with all the loose ends that needed tied, she responded to my inquiry very quickly, and I was at ease after our first phone call. By the time I got everything over to her we had like 3 weeks left, and she pulled EVERYTHING together in less than 3 weeks. She even sent me stuff to help me change my name. She was available anytime I had a question via text or phone call. Day of- she showed up even before the venue coordinator and went right to work. The venue I got married in scheduled a dance competition in their other ballroom and dancers were camping ALL OVER my wedding venue the day of my wedding. She handled it so well, there was not one dancer visible in my venue from start to finish. I was about to pay hundreds for a seating chart to be made-she saved the day with this too, and a million other things. Every candle was perfectly in place, napkins beautifully folded, chairs perfectly positioned, I could go on and on. The point is, hire this woman. I was a bride who was EXHAUSTED working full time, trying to stay in shape, plan a big wedding, and manage family/social life. Hire this company, I promise you will be so happy you did!

Sonya was the absolute BEST at helping us navigate all of the details of my daughter's wedding planning. I'm still in awe of how far she went to make sure every little detail was taken care of, not only this but whenever something went wrong the day of with the venue or the weather or to help with a guest's comfort...whatever it was...Sonya to the steps to make things perfect. Honestly, there are too many words to even write to say how amazing Sonya's services were. We are so grateful to her and highly recommend her to anyone getting married!

Working with Kirkbrides was the best decision we could have made when beginning our wedding planning journey. As soon as we got engaged, my mother-in-law said, “We need to call Vicki.” And I truly cannot imagine what our experience would have been like had we not had Vicki Hlousek as our planner. Vicki was our champion, confidante, friend and guide throughout the entire process, and she worked diligently to create an absolutely beautiful wedding weekend that was perfect for us. Not only beautiful in the design and details, but also in the sense that we were able to be present and soak in all of the sentimental moments of our wedding, knowing that Vicki and the Kirkbrides team were on the ball. The prospect of planning a wedding is intimating, but Vicki had an incredibly organized approach, walking us through each step and ensuring we were always on schedule. From logistics and coordinating with vendors to recommending stunning design ideas, Vicki always had a way of fighting for our vision and offering wonderful suggestions whenever we needed to switch gears. The wedding planning process was enjoyable and less stressful simply because we had Vicki by our side. And when we actually got to our wedding day - WOW! Seeing our reception venue come to life was such a special moment of the day. It was everything we pictured and so much more. This woman makes dreams happen! Vicki and the entire Kirkbrides team were thorough, thoughtful, incredibly professional and adaptable to any and all minor mishaps that a wedding day brings! From running back to our ceremony venue to pick up bedazzled shoes that were left behind for the reception, to fixing a button on the groom’s jacket minutes before the ceremony. My husband and I and both of our families felt so taken care of by Vicki and the entire team. We are still getting raving reviews from our guests about how heartfelt and fairytale-esque our wedding was, and that is such a testament to all of the hard work behind the scenes of the Kirkbrides team! We genuinely miss our daily calls with Vicki, but we are so excited for future couples to get to work with her and experience the magic of Kirkbrides.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jason to plan our wedding. He worked hard to make sure that it was everything that we wanted it to be. He had lots of good ideas and more importantly, he supported our ideas so that we had a unique event that was truly ours. He was respectful of our budget and our decisions. Jason supported us through the big decisions, such as choosing a venue and hiring a DJ, down to the smallest detail. He took care of so many of the day-of logistics so we could focus on enjoying the day with each other and with our friends and family who were there to celebrate with us. Planning a wedding or big event can feel overwhelming, but Jason's experience and expertise made it feel so much more manageable. It was a special day that we'll never forget.

Planned Elegance made our wedding day run so smoothly from start to finish. Their team was organized, professional, and truly cared about every detail. We felt so supported throughout the process and were able to actually enjoy our day knowing everything was handled. We are so grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

Sydney was an absolute pleasure to work with as she always seemed to have answers to every question we had and even the ones we didn’t. We were extremely stressed about making everything perfect and as soon as Sydney hopped on board if felt like a huge weight was taken off our back. With all that being said I can’t recommend thank Sydney or Everlasting Bond enough for making our wedding day and the time leading up to it more perfect!

Lorin was wonderful as our day of coordinator! She was constantly communicating with me and helped ease my nerves way before the day of our wedding! She is super helpful with ALL THINGS weddings! She provided me with timelines, vendor recommendations, and more. I don’t know if our day would have happened without her! It was perfect!! We cannot thank Lorin enough for all of her hard work, attentiveness, and flexibility! If you’re in need of a wedding planner look not further that Events by Lu!!!!

Emily was a dream come true for our wedding. She flawlessly handled everything that was thrown her way and made sure that we had the most stress and beautiful experience. She helped us create a day of timeline that was perfectly executed and our day went off without a hitch. I loved every minute of working with Emily and I highly recommend!

Nicole Lewis was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding process. We hired Nicole to be our day of coordinator only, but she was more than willing to provide advice throughout the entire planning process. She made sure to check in with us when it got closer to our wedding date to ensure that we had everything prepared and that she was up to speed on the plans. Nicole ran out rehearsal the day before our wedding and took control right away to make sure everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. On the wedding day she arrived to our venue early and set up all our decorations along with organizing the wedding party flawlessly. We had zero hiccups the entire day and Nicole was a major part in that. We would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who wants a fantastic stress free wedding day!
