We cannot say enough wonderful things about Onteora Mountain House and the incredible team behind it, especially Jeremy and Dylan. Our wedding weekend was nothing short of magical, and a significant part of that is due to the venue's stunning beauty and the exceptional service we received. The pictures simply don't do this place justice. The venue is breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of luxury and rustic charm. The outdoor spaces are simply stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Jeremy was incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout the entire planning process. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing weekend. The vendors were also very happy to work with the venue team, as they were so attentive and helpful. Dylan and the rest of the team at Onteora Mountain House were attentive and professional throughout the entire weekend. They anticipated our needs and went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. We felt truly pampered and taken care of. If you're looking for a luxury event space with a beautiful, rustic outdoor setting and amazingly attentive staff, we highly recommend Onteora Mountain House. We wouldn't change a thing about our experience there.

Located on the Hudson River, Hutton Brickyards is an amazing place to host a wedding. Originally a historic Brickyard that provided bricks for the Empire State Building and lots of other buildings in Manhattan, the Resort offers multiple locations for your Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Party and Reception. Your guests can stay overnight in the Victorian on the hill or inside cozy cabins along the riverfront. The staff were very accommodating and flexible. Our guests commented that the wedding was the best they had ever attended. I highly recommend this venue for a truly memorable wedding weekend!

Choosing the Beekman Arms as our wedding venue for our September 9, 2023 celebration was one of the best decisions we ever made. From the moment we stepped into this historic gem, we were transported to a world of charm and elegance that perfectly complemented our special day. The venue's rich and varied history, including its ties to George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, added an extra layer of significance to our wedding. It was an honor to join the ranks of those who have celebrated life's moments within these walls. Stephanie, the Beekman Arms' wedding coordinator, deserves a standing ovation. Her dedication and expertise made the entire journey a seamless and joyful experience. Prior to choosing the Beekman Arms as our venue, we met with and corresponded with Stephanie for five months, her patience and professionalism is unparalleled. Over an additional five months leading up to our wedding, Stephanie went above and beyond to guide us through every aspect of planning. Her recommendations for our photographer/videographer, pastry vendor, and Pastor were spot-on, making our day truly exceptional. Stephanie's meticulous attention to detail ensured that no stone was left unturned. Stephanie, despite being so busy, is very generous with her time - always accommodating a call, in-person meeting, or Zoom catch-up. She sent me helpful reminders on tasks to complete, placed orders I missed, verified the orders I placed (some needed correcting like the wedding cake!), suggested a timeline well in advance of our wedding day and kept us on time the day of! She effortlessly handled last-minute challenges, from boutonnières to floral arrangements, and even a missing Photo Booth camera charger! Stephanie is a treasure, and her years of experience in the industry shine through in her competence and grace. We cannot over emphasize how wonderful Stephanie is, she is such an amazing person and an absolute pleasure to work with. The outdoor ceremony in the charming courtyard, framed by the wisteria-covered trellis, was nothing short of enchanting. The cocktail hour in the atrium set the tone for a night of celebration, and the reception in the main hall was beautifully executed. The intimate setting was perfect for our 60 guests, and the Beekman Arms staff truly went above and beyond to make our day special. And let's not forget the food! The chef at the Beekman Arms is nothing short of phenomenal. From mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres to the delectable main entrees and the unforgettable crème brûlée, our guests raved about the culinary delights. In sum, our wedding at the Beekman Arms was a dream come true. It was a day filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories, all thanks to the Beekman Arms' historic charm, exceptional staff, and the fabulous Stephanie. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue or coordinator. Thank you for making our day absolutely magical!

We are so happy we found and chose The Roundhouse for our wedding. The venue was perfect and the staff really knows how to run a wedding flawlessly. We were able to have our Friday night welcome drinks, Saturday reception, and Sunday brunch all on premises in different spaces, which our guests appreciated and made planning much easier. Amber, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She went above and beyond to help us whenever needed. She really understood us and how to make our vision possible. Danielle and Gina were amazing and so attentive during the reception. They and the rest of the staff made sure the night was everything we hoped for. We could not recommend The Roundhouse enough as a wedding venue.

Once I pulled up to the Barn at Villa Venezia, I knew it HAD to be our wedding venue. First impression is the venue is stunning. The main ballroom that could fit up to 300 guests with the high ceilings is just so beautiful and where we had our ceremony and reception. The staff were top-notch, seamlessly transitioning the room in between events. The guests RAVED about the food. Many said they've never left a wedding with their stomachs so full. Coordination with Denise leading up to the wedding was incredibly easy, especially because I live out of state so I was not local for most of leading up to the wedding. She was very responsive via email and organized all the details leading up to it. Kayla, our day-of coordinator, was so flexible and did all the behind-the-scenes the day of to make sure everything went perfect. Everyone was so accommodating, even with my particular requests. Thank you so much Barn! We had a blast and it was beautiful!

Nikki Glekas Events is a phenomenal caterer and event planner – hands down the best in the tri-state area. Nikki, Charlotte, and their team flawlessly planned and executed our 100+ person wedding in Connecticut and transformed our backyard and home into a beautiful, professional venue. During the planning process, our coordinators maintained transparent communication with us and were extremely responsive to our ongoing questions, concerns, and changes. They helped organize with our other vendors (DJ, photographer, etc.), and provided meaningful advice and guidelines every step of the way – from selecting our menu to choosing venue décor and even providing advice as to how to word our invitations. On the day of our wedding, those same coordinators ensured that the event proceeded smoothly, monitoring the timeline, flow, and jumping in where needed. For example: when we arrived home from the ceremony, we were immediately met by Nikki’s staff who had specifically prepared appetizers and drinks for the wedding party to enjoy (and to replenish!) before making our big introduction to the rest of the wedding guests. Many of our guests raved about the food being among the best they have had at a wedding. This is by far where Nikki Glekas Events stands head and shoulders above other event planners / caterers – her food is simply excellent. To successfully plate 100+ meals outside in Connecticut during October, to keep them HOT, and to maintain quality is no small feat. Nikki’s team executed this with ease. We were so thrilled with the process and outcome for our wedding that we hired Nikki’s team for our baby shower – which once again was an absolute home run. To Nikki, Charlotte, and the entire staff at NGE, thank you so very much for your tireless work and your impeccable attention to detail. We look forward to working with you again for our future celebrations.

As wedding photographers ourselves, we knew we wanted to hold our own wedding in an alternative and creative venue that we hadn’t worked at before, which was hard to find! One of our own couples told us about Garner Historic District and we immediately drove up from NJ for a visit (an easy 40 min ride from the North Jersey area). Even in the middle of January in snow, Miles gave us a tour and we were instantly in love and had a gut reaction immediately. The interior of the reception space of the Dye Works building at Garner Historic District has wooden beams and exposed, weathered brick with string lighting. A river runs through the entire place. We love the mix of nature and "industrial" at the Garner Arts Center complex. If you’re unfamiliar, Garner Historic District is an old textile mill located in Rockland County, New York. It used to be a Civil War/World War II uniform factory. There’s so much history and character to the architecture. On site, you’ll now find other various businesses including our fantastic caterers Hudson’s Mill NY and Round Table Brewery (formerly Industrial Arts Brewing, where we sourced our beer kegs for reception!) Additionally, the fact there are artists’ lofts and the Frank Welles Gallery space meant so much to us and our mutual love of art. Miles was always super accommodating and communicative (especially when we postponed our big day due to covid). It was awesome to have the entire place to use for the weekend to aid in the set-up and break-down. We hardly felt stressed because we had so much time to do everything! We utilized Hudson's Mill NY (located in the complex) as our caterers, they went above and beyond and blew us away! We also sourced our beer kegs for reception from Industrial Arts Brewery, (Now Round Table Brewery) also on site! Holding a wedding here actually made things super convenient. Lots of hotels and Airbnbs are located in the area for guests and there are lots of other things to check out in nearby Stony Point, along with some nice hiking trails! We prepped in the Frank Welles space, which has BEAUTIFUL lighting and you're surrounded by impressive paintings as your backdrop as you get ready. We did our first look in the Brick Alley. It was private, secluded and having the string lights on made it extra special. Our ceremony was against the brick wall overlooking the creekside trail. Guests moved to the Brick Alley for Cocktail Hour and everyone told us how impressed they were! Then we heard lots of "oohs and ahhs" as guests entered the reception and were blown away by the Dye Works space! The room is incredibly spacious. We only had about 125 guests, and with covid still on everyone's minds it felt like a very safe environment. The tables were able to be spread out, we opened the windows and doorways and the ceiling fans were running for plenty of ventilation. Everything went smoothly and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves! We had such a vision for our wedding day and Garner Historic District helped us bring it all to life! This will always be a special place in our hearts and we plan to come back frequently for dinner at Hudson's Mill or a drink at Round Table Brewery and we'll always reminisce about how special our day was here!

The venue is gorgeous! A great place to get married. We had our wedding in the Fall and it was beautiful with the foliage. Food was top notch, and the favors were so cute; the homemade maple syrup was such a nice touch. Definitely a special place. Plenty of DIY opportunities! Highly recommend having a coordinator during the process and day off.
