Facilities and Capacity

Set upon 100 acres of breathtaking riverfront property, Hutton Brickyards provides an idyllic environment for you and your guests. There is an array of both indoor and outdoor space that make for a beautiful backdrop for your big day. Butler Pavilion, Hutton's largest covered outdoor event space, can accommodate up to 4,000 guests standing, 3,500 in theater seating, and 600 for banquet seating. Lidgerwood Pavilion can accommodate 1600 standing and 400 for banquet seating. The site also includes Hutton Hall, with a capacity of 350 standing, 150 seated, and 110 seated if a dance floor is to be set up.

Hutton Brickyards is also home to 43 well-appointed guest rooms - including 30 modern cabins offering forest or river views, 12 luxe suites located in the historic Edgewood Mansion, and a private two-bedroom cottage for added comfort and convenience. September 2022 brought the opening of Edgewood Mansion, a stately hall built in 1873 for brick manufacturer John H. Cordts on a prominent stretch of Hudson River frontage at Hutton Brickyards. Its Second Empire-style exterior remains mostly unchanged, yet inside, Edgewood has been tastefully redesigned to celebrate both past and present. Featuring 12 luxurious guest suites rendered in a palette of warm whites and French grays, with original 19th-century details.
