About
This 400 acre estate on the Hudson River, with its gently rolling hills, expansive view of the Catskills, and spectacular sunsets, is only 90 minutes north of New York City. Rokeby is a designated Historic Landmark, still privately owned by the descendants of Alida Livington, for whom the house was built in 1815.
Couples may choose Rokeby for their ceremony site, reception site, or both.

First Look Package: $500
Our fee for the Basic Package is $4,500, and includes the use of the grounds to the South and the West of the main house. We can accommodate outdoor weddings only, with a ceremony in our gardens overlooking the rolling landscape, and reception for up to 200 guests under a tent. The romantic wrap-around porch offers a spectacular space for additional entertaining.
The Bridal Suite package is an additional $300 (one room)/$500 (two rooms), and includes access to one or both of the upstairs bedrooms, each with private bath. These rooms can be used the day of the wedding for the bridal party to get ready for the ceremony, and to change into evening-wear for the reception. Some first look photos can be taken in the bedrooms, the main hallway with this package.
The First Look package is an additional $500 fee, and includes access to the main entrance to the house including the wrap-around staircase, the music room, the drawing room designed by Stanford White, and the library for first look and family photographs.
