Working with Erin & her team from beginning to end was truly a blessing. She and her team are so knowledgeable, and were extremely helpful throughout our entire process of the wedding planning. RGNY was the first and only venue we viewed at in person and immediately we knew it was the one for us. The venue was spectacular. Our October wedding had absolutely perfect weather—blue skies, stunning fall foliage, and the vineyards at their peak. The outdoor ceremony on the vines was breathtaking, and from there, cocktail hour in the tent and the reception in the barn flowed beautifully. We appreciated that they provided nearly all the essentials, including the tent, which some other venues don't offer. The getting ready suites were also excellent, and the space comfortably accommodated our 170 guests with plenty of room for a lively dance floor. The horse stables added a fantastic and unique touch that our guests loved. RGNY is truly a special place with spectacular people helping you every step of the way. And the wine is wonderful too! I wouldn't recommend them more!

As a Long Island Event Designer and Planner, we were thrilled to design and plan a wedding at Hallockville Museum Farm in September, 2014. The space is simple and rustic yet breathtaking. Because the space is completely raw there was a lot to be done but the Barn's Assistant Director, Beth was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the planning process. We were able to secure wonderful local vendors who knew the space well which made the planning less stressful. The turnout was dreamy! Cristen Dattoli, director of catering, was the absolute BEST! I catered weddings for four years prior to my current job so I have always been nervous to let someone else take that role when it came time for my day to come. Cristen was a sweetheart from the very beginning and was extremely accommodating. I had a million questions and concerns and Cristen made sure that everything ran smoothly. Not once throughout the wedding did I have to worry or think about anything other than enjoying myself! She made sure that all of our belongings were placed into storage after the wedding and organized everything back into the original boxes to make it easier the next morning. I highly recommend a wedding at hotel indigo. The cocktail hour service was absolutely beautiful on the outside patio and everyone was ravinggg about the cocktail hour food!! The only con that I have about the entire wedding was there was a HUGE issue with the way the steaks were cooked. (Heard this from almost every one of our guests that ordered it for dinner) Regardless of what “doneness” they requested, it arrived at the table rare beyond rare. Overall I would still recommend indigo for your special day!

I cannot put into words how amazing everything turned out for our wedding day. Kristen and her team are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Kristen is such a sweet heart, honest, and professional. Her goal is to make you have the best time of your life and have your vision come alive which her and her team did just that. The Suffolk team are easy to communicate with and always get back to you quickly. To this day, our family and friends still talk about our wedding and say it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to; between the attentive staff service, the scenic theatre and the close proximity to attractions and lodging, it was a perfect venue for a weekend for our friends and family. I HIGHLY recommend the Suffolk Theater and down the road L, I would love to have an out her party there.

I can not say enough about our experience at the Elegance Ballroom! We had the most perfect day! Everyone was so helpful from planning to details to suggestions and making sure everything was perfect the day of. The ballroom was beautiful, the cocktail hour was wonderful, the food was amazing. I still have people telling me what a beautiful wedding it was and how delicious the food was. I was able to stay at the hotel the night before and got ready in the Diamond Suite which is absolutely beautiful. Also my husband and the guys got ready in the Den Suite which was perfect. The location is great, there are so many beautiful places near by to take pictures. So many great things about this venue, you wont be disappointed! Make sure you also check out the photographer who is partnered with the venue.... Fade To Black New York Inc... they were amazing!

The first and best decision we made in planning our wedding was booking The Barn at Spirit's Promise Equine Rescue. I wanted a charming, rustic, farm-like space that allowed us to customize our wedding(food, décor, etc.) and Spirits Promise delivered on so many levels. Perfect for a smaller-mid size wedding that won't break the bank compared to a lot of the other venues in the area. This property holds a special place in my heart because not only is it a sanctuary for rescue horses but also a portion of the site fee goes directly to their amazing cause!
