Jim Appleyard took the pictures at our wedding and we could not be happier with the results. His prices were very fair & reasonable, given the true professionalism of his work. Our guest and members of the wedding party commented how easy he was to work with, keeping his subjects focused with his easy going manner. The picture quality, color and texture is wonderful. Jim also took a few black and white photos, which add to the 'old time' feel, and which turned out to be my favorite. I start everyday looking at a 'timeless' picture of my new bride. Jim was very responsive with having reprints made, most in a short time. We have several pictures throughout the house, and are still commenting on the quality of the photos. He did take several hundred photos, and looking through them is fun, but difficult to select the ones you want to reprint, because there are so many to choose from! The candid pictures of the wedding are great, and our guests commented how well Jim stayed in the background, and didn't interrupt the party! I truly feel that Jim did a great job taking the photos that will provide me a lifetime of memories. A small price to pay for perfection and professionalism. This part of your wedding is not the place to try and save a buck. Jim was reasonable, and worth every penny. I have reccomended him to other friends and family. Stew Leonard, So. Glens Falls, NY

Jim is professional, responsive and was a calm, pleasant presence for this stressed-out bride! From the very beginning, Jim was responsive after we reached out with our inquiry, helpful in discussing the unique logistics of our 7-person (COVID-friendly) wedding and very open to our ideas, providing great feedback/suggestions. He even went to our wedding location a few weeks prior to scout out some great spots for photos and get an idea of when the lighting would be best, which was incredibly helpful as we were traveling from out of town (and the importance of lighting was one of the last things on our mind!). Jim seamlessly incorporated himself into our wedding day events. He was very flexible with our time schedule as we scrambled to organize ourselves, lent a hand (and an experienced eye) as we prepared the ceremony space, and was courteous of social distancing / COVID guidelines. He perfectly captured all of the shots we had requested, along with hundreds more, ensuring every moment of our wedding was captured from formal family photos to candid ceremony shots, all the while fostering an atmosphere that had all of us relaxed & laughing. Jim really paid attention to a few compositions we knew we wanted, making certain they were perfect and that we could leave knowing they would come out great. His creative eye captured exceptional photos in each area of the property which resulted in an array of different yet equally spectacular shots. Jim turned around our photos in record time for us to review. He was very accommodating as we requested different edits (such as filtering and removing clutter from the background) and went above and beyond for those photos we knew we’d be looking at decades later. You will truly be missing out if Jim is not a part of your wedding day!

I couldn't help but cry the happiest of tears upon getting to see our previews. I really cannot wait to get the rest. She was very gracious to adjust the pricing so that I can make my own wedding book. Also her discount through the AAWA was very helpful on our budget. Even the 2nd photographer she had was wonderful. I wish we could have a million pictures by her. In fact even my husband said that we have to have her do pictures for us in the future despite us living five hours away. We could not recommend her more!

Let me start by saying that I cannot say enough to express my gratitude toward AjVideo. Your wedding photographer enables you to relive the memories of that beautiful joyous day that goes by so quickly. Adri is passioniate, talented and creative, and his work shows it. He is not your boring photographer that copies poses out of internet albums. The minute that he starts working the camera, you are in for a breathtaking result; be it the lighting, angle, background and/or other elements, you will see uniqueness being the common denominator in all of your photos. Adri is unconventional, which enables him to capture those special moments ... that you no longer recall... I would like to note that he is extremely patient; this came in very handy with my anti-photography husband and picky me. His relentless pursuit for perfection got us fabulous wedding pics. I highly recommend Adri as your wedding photographer. You will be happy :)
