We hosted our wedding at the Greentree Country Club in New Rochelle, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the elegant ballroom to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. A BIG thank you to Kristina for assisting in all of our planning needs! From our very first meeting, she went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring, and she handled every aspect of the planning with grace and precision. On the day of the event, everything went smoothly! Thanks to all of the supporting staff for making sure everything flowed seamlessly, we were able to fully enjoy the day without a single worry. All of our guests raved about the venue, from the food to the decor (also completed by Greentree recommended vendors) to the service, it was everything we could have imagined! I could not recommend Greentree Country Club enough! Thank you Greentree team!!

We got married at VIP Country Club on August 23, 2026, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the very first time we met Tiffany, we knew we were in great hands. The entire selection process was incredibly smooth. Tiffany immediately put together a proposal for us, emailed us all the details, and stayed in constant contact without ever making us feel pressured. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. When she went on vacation, she made sure we were taken care of and connected us with Jennifer, who gave us a second tour with our family. Jennifer was just as responsive and accommodating. Once we booked, we had the opportunity to work with Tom, the General Manager, and he was absolutely incredible. He was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed and genuinely cared about every detail of our wedding. At our final meeting, he gave us recommendations on food, advised us on the pros and cons of using a seating chart versus individual table cards, and explained how other brides typically handle it so we could choose the option that worked best for us. He went over so many little details that we never would have thought about ourselves. He even made sure our cake was exactly what my bride had envisioned and was accommodating to every request we had. One thing that really stood out throughout the entire planning process was how flexible VIP was. They were willing to accommodate whatever we wanted, whether it was things on the TV screens, signature drinks, memorial sashes, special requests, or anything else we brought up. Children were also included at no additional cost, which was another huge plus. The payment schedule was incredibly flexible and there was never any pressure. They worked with us on payments and gave us options that made the entire process much easier. Even before the wedding, we were impressed. We had a complimentary tasting and were fortunate enough to have Leo there with us. They made sure we were able to try everything, including desserts, and were happy to accommodate any requests we had. We actually hoped Leo would be there for our wedding after meeting him at the tasting, and we were thrilled when we found out he would be our maître d'. Then came the wedding day, and VIP absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food was unbelievable. We had so many different options, and the variety was honestly one of the highlights of the wedding. From the moment our guests arrived, through cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert, people could not stop talking about the food. The salmon, chicken marsala, crepes, and so many other dishes were huge hits. We are still hearing about the food days later. We actually have some serious FOMO because we spent so much time talking to our guests that we didn't get to eat as much as we wanted, but we have been living vicariously through our guests because everyone keeps telling us how incredible the food was. We cannot thank Leo, our maître d', and Cheyene, our bridal attendant, enough. Leo was truly the star of the show. Nearly every guest has mentioned how phenomenal he was. His attention to detail started before the event even began. He was helping us with things as simple as putting on our boutonnieres, and he stayed involved throughout the entire day. He gave our photographer suggestions on shots to make sure we captured important moments, patiently walked us through best practices for walking down the aisle, and was still helping us with those details right up until we were lining up for the ceremony. He was also incredibly personable. He even translated for my father-in-law in Spanish and made a point to speak with and look after our guests, not just the bride and groom. He somehow managed to make everyone feel like they were his priority. There was even an unfortunate moment when my grandfather became sick during the wedding and vomited. Leo immediately jumped into action. He had everything cleaned up, called for a wheelchair, got whatever was needed, and then came right back to continue giving us and our guests his full attention. That level of care meant so much to us during what could have been a very stressful moment. Cheyene was equally amazing. She spent the entire day looking after not only the bride but the groom as well. She went to the groom's suite to get all of my belongings, made sure we had everything we needed, and brought an assortment of food to us in our respective suites. We really wanted to try as many of the dinner dishes as possible, and she and the team made it happen. After the event, they even packed food for us to take home. We also heard so many compliments about the rest of the staff. Our guests loved Raph, the bartender, and Leroy received countless compliments for being an amazing waiter. Leroy even ended up sharing his story with one of our close friends, who was also our officiant. Multiple guests told us that they had never experienced that level of service at a wedding before. One guest actually said the service was better than restaurants they had been to, which says a lot. VIP also went above and beyond for our guests. One family with a child needed to leave early, and the staff made sure they were able to take some food with them. It was those little things that really showed us how much the staff cared about the overall experience, not just getting through the event. The setup was also absolutely perfect. Everything was coordinated so seamlessly that we never once saw the behind-the-scenes work of setting everything up or taking it all down. Everything was done so precisely and professionally that we honestly had no idea how they managed to make it all happen without us seeing any of it. One of our guests even specifically pointed out how perfectly everything was done, right down to the earpieces the staff were using to coordinate everything. Our cake was another highlight. It was an absolute masterpiece and came out perfectly, both in appearance and taste. It looked exactly the way my bride wanted, and our guests loved it. The overall value of what we received from VIP was incredible. We were actually joking after the wedding that we should see if they offer memberships because we enjoyed the venue and experience so much. Our groomsmen were even joking about what it would take to have an annual party there because of how amazing the wedding was. And somehow, even after the wedding, the service didn't stop. We went back the next day to pick up our belongings, and Leo was there again. He was just as helpful with everything as he had been the day before. We truly have no complaints. The entire event went perfectly, and we received everything we asked for and so much more. The amount of care, attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine effort from the entire VIP Country Club team was beyond what we could have expected. We keep getting compliments from our guests about how amazing the party was, how beautiful everything looked, how incredible the food was, and how exceptional the service was. VIP Country Club was such a huge part of making that happen. If you're considering VIP Country Club for your wedding, we would recommend them a million times over. One of the biggest advantages is that you genuinely don't feel like you need to hire a wedding planner, day-of coordinator, or even worry about figuring out a rehearsal on your own. They walk you through everything, every step of the way, and make sure the details are handled. We are incredibly grateful to Tiffany, Jennifer, Tom, Leo, Cheyene, Raph, Leroy, and the entire VIP Country Club team for making August 23, 2026 a day we will never forget. We could not have asked for a better wedding or a better team to make it happen.

10/10 recommend having your wedding here! Rocco was incredible to work with - so professional, responsive, attentive, and did not make us feel like we were just another client hosting an event here. We had both our ceremony and reception here. Once we were a week out from the wedding, no other event was booked on our night so our cocktail hour was automatically upgraded to the bigger space, no charge. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the service was unmatched. My guests could not stop telling me about how incredible the service was. The tasting experience was so personal and fun! Glen Island knows exactly what they are doing and you will not be disappointed! Rocco is amazing! Cannot recommend enough!
