VIP was the best place to be. From finding the venue, fine tuning the contract, finding vendors, setting up for the day and finally executing the masterpiece, we found help throughout the process. Tiffany Hogan was the first person we talked to, she got the ball rolling for us and helped connect us to the rest of the team. General Manager Thomas Esposito became instrumental in helping us coordinate for the day, asking all the right questions and making sure that everything would go as intended. Assistant General Manager (and our Maître D for the event) Vinston Joy had been in contact with us almost all the way from the beginning. His attention to detail and overall friendly personality fit the vibe we were looking for. Especially on the day of. His level of professionalism and candor is a fantastic asset to have, alongside our bridal attendant Lindsey. She was so helpful in providing assistance and helping us get to where we needed to be, amidst the chaos. With all of this help in consideration our event was beautiful. Miraculously, earlier storms cleared up and allowed ourselves and our guests to enjoy the views outside and inside of the venue. Every little detail was accounted for from the set up of the tables and center pieces in our reception to the organization and flowers throughout the venue and at our ceremony. Perfect cant exist, but this got pretty damn close.

When originally looking for a venue we scoped out around 10 to choose from. VIP was the first we visited and we knew immediately we did not need to visit the other 9. Everything from the value, service, and quality was met that day and moving forward.

This venue is extremely worth what you pay for. The service, the amount of options, the quality of those options, and the flexibility are all top notch. WE could not be more grateful for how the day went and that's in no small part to VIP and their team. Special shoutout to Vinson, the maitre d', and Daniella, the bridal attendant, for their professionalism and attention to detail. Our friends and family are still talking about this wedding, and that's in no small part to VIP.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at VIP Country Club in September 2025. To be very honest, we initially (prior to touring) didn't have any particular expectation or intention to book the venue (we didn't personally know anyone who had gotten married at VIPCC and neither of us had attended weddings at VIPCC since we're both from Long Island and we simply just wanted to tour all of the wedding venues on that Davenport Avenue strip during one New Rochelle visit). To our surprise, we felt immediately comfortable with the ambiance and energy by our banquet manager (Tiffany Hogan) from our very first visit to tour the venue. It didn't feel like a sales pitch - She just made sure that she presented all the venue information clearly so that we could determine whether or not VIP would be a good fit for our needs. The abundance of space as well as the overall elegant aesthetic was definitely a key factor in our decision to host our wedding there, in addition to the great variety and volume of food being offered for our guests. We also loved the fact that VIPCC had the 600 Lounge (cocktail hour area) that could be reserved for after-party, meaning guests would just need to walk down the stairs/take the elevator down to continue the celebration. Communication during the entire planning process was excellent with our team, including Tom Esposito and Vinston (Vin) Joy. Our special day was made unforgettable due to the dedication and commendable service of our day of team (special shoutout to Vin and Daniela, who worked closely with our wedding planners so that there was nothing we needed to worry about as the newlyweds). We are also so beyond grateful to Tom (GM of VIP), who met with us personally a few weeks before the wedding to iron out every detail to the T to ensure that our day was as perfect as could be. To our pleasant surprise, he was familiar with Indian-Christian traditions that we were planning to have before we even communicated it to him (e.g. milk ceremony, lamp lighting, etc.). Our guests continue to reach out to us weeks after the wedding stating that it was one of the beautiful, enjoyable weddings they recently attended: excellent and plentiful food/drink, beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the water, convenience of an after party being right on-site and excellent service from all of the staff who helped support our event that night. Highly recommend this stunning wedding venue for all couples who plan to get married in the greater NYC/LI/Westchester/NJ regions.

I just recently had my wedding at VIP Country Club and I cannot express enough how wonderful everything was. From the beginning we were so grateful to be working with Jennifer Jolly who went above and beyond for us. She is truly amazing at what she does and made the process so easy for us. Vinston, Tom and the entire staff were so great and provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was incredible, the room was set up beautifully and I am so happy we chose VIP Country Club for our wedding!! Thank you guys so much for making our special day one we will never forget!

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at VIP Country Club! They answered all of our questions and addressed any of our concerns leading up to the wedding. Then on the day of everything ran incredibly smoothly and seamlessly. Vinny was exceptional to work with, him and his staff handled all the details and any time we needed anything he got it done immediately. The bride and groom often don't get to eat on their wedding day but they made sure that wasn't the case for us and that we got to try the delicious food. All of our guests have continued to tell us how great the food and space was as well. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have an awesome wedding - it's the best!

Absolutley beautiful setting, but right next to a beach club. While the music wasn't distracting during the ceremony, it was noticable later and wasn't exactly the most serene. They also had another wedding in the adjacent ballroom (they have two) concurrent to our wedding, which was only noticable for us during the speeches. The food was plentiful and the alcohol was flowing all night. Didn't make our speciality cocktails to spec, but no one noticed except for me, and no one cared. The service was absolutley impecible from Thomas the GM, our Maitre D Vinston (Vinny), and our Attendant, Daniela. All of the servers and bar staff were at the top of their game (save for one bartender with an attitude problem and didn't know how to tend bar - they asked what kind of Vodka a guest wanted in a Manhattan, ha). All food and beverage (including the wedding cake) came from the venue, and having a seamless experience made our lives so easy. Despite the double wedding (which we did know about in advance) and the noise from the adjacent club, we had an excellent night and would definitely recommend the venue to anyone else looking for great service and an overall excellent experience.

Thomas, Vinston, and their entire team made our wedding day so truly special. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding—but our experience far exceeded even our highest expectations. Every detail—from the setup to the flow of the event—was handled with such care and professionalism. The team was not only incredibly organized but also kind, accommodating, and attentive throughout the entire process. Catalina, our bridal attendant, was absolutely amazing! It gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to be fully present on one of the most important days of our lives. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful space and the smooth coordination. The food and drinks were abundant and delicious!

My daughter got married there a few weeks ago and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the VIP. Vinston was amazing making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. And Tom made sure we were all happy with our detail. Our guests are still raving. What a wonderful time they had from the pre-party to the after party. The food and service were perfect. We hosted our wedding at VIP Country Club on May 25, 2025. We fell inlove with the venue from the moment we took the tour. We toured 3 other venues the same day and everything was compared back to VIP which was the complete package of what we were looking for. Leading up the wedding, I was getting stressed (as many brides do) and Vinston and Tom were always reachable to answer any last minute questions I had and to calm my nerves. I put my full trust in them and they delivered. Vinston and Cat were extremely attentive, professional and made my vision come to life. We received multiple compliments from our guests after the wedding that the entire wait staff was attentive, polite and quick from cocktail hour to reception to the after party. The food is also incredible - not only were we extremely happy with it, but guests raved about it after to us as well. I could not be happier with our decision to trust VIP to host our special day and I hope to return in the future as a guest.
