Absolutely delicious food. The chicken was barbecued to perfection — tender, flavorful, and incredibly tasty. The tri-tip was an absolute favorite, and the fresh salad and vegetables were the perfect compliment to an outstanding meal served flawlessly for nearly 200 guests at my son’s engagement party. People were talking about the food for days afterward. A huge thank you to Brandon and Ali for their thoughtful menu suggestions, seamless setup, and exceptional execution from start to finish. And I can’t forget the appetizers — they were just as amazing. Definitely five stars, over and over again!

Their creativity and ability to work within our budget was always a compliment to their professionalism and the services that they provided to us and the accommodating ability to change menu last min was an asset to the year that they brought the catered lunches that the staff. We absolutely appreciated everything they did for us. We miss Ali & Ben.

The food was amazing. The appetizers were delicious and everyone couldn't get enough of them. We ran behind schedule so the food was a bit cold but still so delicious. The chef and his staff were amazing to work with. They communicayed with us all the details until the day of. Price wise they were great. We spent about 70 per person for 3 different meats, vegetables, appetizers and a delicious beautiful cake.

Working with Swoon was so easy and absolutely wonderful! Their prices are great compared to some of the other places in the area, and we fit comfortably with the 33 people we had. My husband and I never actually got to eat there before we had our rehearsal dinner there so we were of course nervous about it. The space was beautiful, and secluded (you do need to take the stairs up so keep that in mind), and we had our own bar and a little seating area too. The food was WONDERFUL! The staff were so attentive, and they were so kind and helpful. They walked around and poured wine, the bar was nice, and again the food was delicious! I am still dreaming about the dessert we had. All the meal options were great- the vegetarian option was very popular and everyone is still messaging me about the food. It truly was a wonderful experience and one of the top highlights of my wedding weekend and one of the best vendors I used for the entire weekend. It is a MUST for sure!

American Glory catered both our rehearsal dinner and reception dinner. Joe Fiero and all of the American Glory BBQ family were INCREDIBLE! From Robby the GM and all of the wait staff, everyone provided us with the best experience we could have asked for. Our guests are still raving about the food! I have never been to a wedding were people were wiping their plates clean. Joe was fantastic! Anytime we had any questions or concerns he always took time away from his busy schedule to respond to us and call us personally. He was extremely flexible and amenable to our every need! If you are getting married in the Hudson or Hunter, NY area and are looking for something different and amazing for your wedding you HAVE to book with American Glory!
