When I saw the venue for the first time, I knew I need to work with the brains behind the setup. It was beautiful. She told me to keep it simple and the let the venue work for you. I am so glad I did that. I don't think anyone noticed how simply it was. I fell in love with the chiavari chairs. They just made everything come together. I noticed after dinner not many people were sitting in them, but I didn't care. I also rented the gold tree. Originally, I wanted a tree on every table. I brought it down to one tree. My photographer took a picture of my rings on the tree - it just melts my heart. I can't think this crew for making my day look amazing.

Gabby was the reason our wedding day went perfectly! We were so nervous planning our wedding from afar that we would miss something and have something go wrong the day of. She thought of every detail, gave the best advice and put mine and my family’s mind at ease. I strongly recommend working with Gabby because her and her husband truly know this industry like the back of their hand. Even throughout the reception they made sure we were happy and did everything in their power to make the day beautiful.

When I think about my wedding day, a lot of great memories will come to mind, but nothing will standout as much as how GLAD my husband and I are that we hired Shannon from Pear Planning to be our Day of Coordinator. From the first e-mail and phone call that Shannon and I exchanged to our last text message the day after my wedding, she was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. She knew every detail of our entire wedding weekend, she flawlessly executed by ceremony and venue decor set-ups in concert with our venue's banquet coordinator and she kept our entire bridal party on schedule the entire day. When I would think of something, I would turn to Shannon to say it, but she had already handled it. She had a smile on her face the entire day, and made us feel loved and provided for, as if we were her own family members getting married. But most of all? She took care of OUR MOMs so that they never had to stress or worry about any moment of the big day. I hope someday I have some reason to hire Shannon again. If you are looking for a wedding planner or Day of Coordinator in the Buffalo/Niagara region, you must hire Shannon. You will not be disappointed.

I could not tell you enough good things about Betsy and the girls she works with! She really helped my wedding turn into the perfect atmosphere! I would recommend her to anyone because she does it all. Creative beginnings did my chair covers, flowers and centerpieces. They are wonderful!

The girls were great to work with, so friendly and easy to deal with. We rented the s'more bar for our Halloween party, and it was a hit. They made it fit into our Halloween theme, and it was very affordable. I am looking forward to having another party, so I can use them again!

Lauren helped make our wedding day a dream!! She was incredibly organized and was prepared for everything that came up! From planning, to the rehearsal, to the big day she was on top of the ball! I HIGHLY recommend Lauren of all of your planning needs! Our day would not have nearly been as successful without her :)

Gwen was wonderful to work with for my retirement Party. She took care of every detail and was very patient when changes were given.

My husband and I hired Emily to be my day of coordinator for my wedding in July 2021 and she was AMAZING! Our venue was a "DIY venue", and Emily played a critical role in setting everything up and running the show once the ceremony and reception began. She was very professional and friendly; I could tell from our initial phone call that I was going to be in great hands from the get-go, and I absolutely was! She was very helpful leading up to my wedding, answering any questions I had and offering great advice. Emily truly brought my vision to life and made my venue look incredible. I was very impressed with how well she set everything up; it was exactly how I pictured it in my head! Not only was she great at setting things up and decorating my venue, but she was fantastic at coordinating the entire wedding; from the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception. She kept things running on time and made the whole day stress-free for me. My mom and my wedding party repeatedly told me what a great job she was doing and how impressed they were with her. When I sit back and think about all of the decisions I made while planning my wedding, I think booking Emily was one of the best choices I made. She truly was the key to making my wedding day such a fun, beautiful, memorable day and I am so grateful for all of her hard work. I would absolutely recommend booking Emily as your wedding coordinator, I can't imagine how my wedding could have been possible without her help! If I am ever hosting a large event in the future I will absolutely work with her again.

Taylor did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding and execute our dream on our wedding day. She is highly knowledgeable and organized in her work. She also put an emphasis on having us take small moments during our wedding to reflect on the day and make us feel special. We could not recommend her enough!

Gianna truly made wedding planning an enjoyable and, more importantly, completely stress-free experience; my family was genuinely surprised by how calm I was throughout the entire year leading up to the big day! She took my very loose vision and somehow brought it fully to life, executing every detail perfectly. The wedding day itself went off without a single hitch, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with her services. Gianna is organized, thoughtful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone even considering a wedding planner to hire her; you will be so glad you did.
