When I think about my wedding day, a lot of great memories will come to mind, but nothing will standout as much as how GLAD my husband and I are that we hired Shannon from Pear Planning to be our Day of Coordinator. From the first e-mail and phone call that Shannon and I exchanged to our last text message the day after my wedding, she was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. She knew every detail of our entire wedding weekend, she flawlessly executed by ceremony and venue decor set-ups in concert with our venue's banquet coordinator and she kept our entire bridal party on schedule the entire day. When I would think of something, I would turn to Shannon to say it, but she had already handled it. She had a smile on her face the entire day, and made us feel loved and provided for, as if we were her own family members getting married. But most of all? She took care of OUR MOMs so that they never had to stress or worry about any moment of the big day. I hope someday I have some reason to hire Shannon again. If you are looking for a wedding planner or Day of Coordinator in the Buffalo/Niagara region, you must hire Shannon. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my husband worked with Shannon as our Day-Of Coordinator. She was fantastic! She knew all the details of the wedding and took charge the entire day, from 9 am -after midnight. She helped set up some decor, made sure all the vendors arrived and set up, ensured guests were comfortable and managed taking down all the decor on her own. Quite frankly, hiring her was one of the best decisions we made! Plus she is the most enthusiastic person I have ever met, which made me even more excited about that day!

Overall, Shannon is professional and extremely well organized and I fully recommend her services!

Shannon and her team were such a dream to work with for our day-of coordination. When I had questions throughout the process, Shannon was willing to help and offer opinions on certain things. We gave them the pieces and they captured our vision so well in setting up our space at Pearl Street. We were given great advice off the bat and didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding! The PEAR team helped with everything from general encouragement and positivity to getting us food & drinks to coordinating with our DJ to stay an extra hour. My husband was skeptical from the start, but I know that he was sold by end the of the night!

One of the things that I will never forget about my wedding day was the way the PEAR team went above and beyond and created a perfectly romantic setting for us in our hotel room with candles and pieces from the reception. I would have never asked them to do that for us (as I never would have thought of it), but I was truly blown away when I opened that door after an exhausting and amazing day. I will never forget that feeling and for that, I have only PEAR to thank!

Shannon at Pear Planning truly went above and beyond for our day-of planning for our wedding. She offered fantastic ideas as well as incorporated ideas I had. Our outdoor ceremony turned out more beautiful that imagined and I didn't have to worry as I knew Shannon would take care of everything. She even had umbrellas in case which worked out perfectly when there was a quick shower after the ceremony! I highly recommend Pear!

We hired PEAR to decorate prior to our wedding and tear down when it was done. Lindsay was great - she met with me ahead of time to transfer the decorations and discuss exactly where everything should go. On the day of, she made my venue beautiful and allowed me to focus on coordinating the rest of the vendors and getting myself ready. She was always very responsive, professional, and a calming force the morning of the wedding. I absolutely could not have done it without her. I would recommend PEAR a hundred times over.
