We had our wedding here in September 2024, and we could not have been happier with this venue and the service that came along with it. With some help from a variety of people and vendors, we were able to transform the atrium into the beautiful, modern, and elegant wedding of our dreams. Alissa D and her team at this university went above and beyond for us to make our day special. Alissa was wonderful to work with and will bend over backwards if needed to make your day beyond what you could have expected. Things will always go wrong on a wedding day, but choosing this venue will forever be a decision we feel good about.

Liberty Hall is truly a hidden gem in Northern NJ. We searched through a ton of places and were really struggling to find something that was right for us and fit within our budget. We got married in September and the grounds were absolutely beautiful – they made the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos. The tent was great for the ceremony, we fit 140 comfortably and had plenty of room for dancing. Though it’s on Kean’s campus, it’s totally secluded and was quiet without a lot of street or traffic noise. And it has the benefit of being near the airport and lots of hotel options which was really convenient for people traveling. We were also so lucky to get to work with Mei, the event coordinator. She does an excellent job and is so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Her and her team made sure everything was set up perfectly and that all went according to plan. If you’re looking for a simple but beautiful outdoor venue, I can’t recommend Liberty Hall enough!

I hosted my baby shower here last November, and the venue was absolutely beautiful! The space is classy and elegant, perfect for a special event. I will say I wish the price had been a little lower since I only used the location itself and didn’t need their equipment (tables, chairs, etc.). Jay, who oversees the property, was amazing—very respectful, gave us our space, and didn’t hover at all. A huge plus was being allowed to set up as early as 6 a.m., which made everything so much easier for my planner and me. Parking was a bit tricky once the back lot filled up, but my guests were able to find street parking nearby. They also offer the option to hire a valet service, which is a great backup. Overall, I would definitely book this venue again. I just hope they consider offering better pricing for events where you’re only using the space.

Amazing amazing 👏❤ Wonderful service on the day, easy transition for a hurricane that came on the day of our wedding and the ceremony was supposed to be outside. They assisted my decorator in making changes the best they could. Even with many other events happening we didn't lack anything. Very impressed. We had guests saying they want to throw an event there. The food was amazing soooo much food. The open bar had my guests loving the drinks. We also had the bridal suite which was a great space to get prepared. One side for the groomsmen and one side for the bridesmaids. Great experience no regrets.
