Restaurant Wedding Venues in New Jersey

Cross and Orange helped us put together such an amazing wedding! We never wanted the traditional type of setting (printed carpets, wall paper that doesn't match, white table cloths, etc.). Cross and Orange was able to do a fully cocktail-style wedding, food constantly moving, drinks flowing, music playing, and guests chatting and having a good time - which is exactly what we wanted! The space needed little to no decor as it is perfect in an industrial/rustic kind of way. The food was an 11/10 and the service was a 12/10. I couldn't thank Ashely and Kathy enough for the day they put together for us.

618 really knows how to throw a party! Once I visited 618, I knew it was the place to have a wedding! Everything was absolutely beautiful! The room where we had the ceremony was GORGEOUS and fit all my guests (~130). Then, the ceremony and cocktail were in the same room. This was the biggest complaint I had when booking but everything else made up for it! The food was unreal, staff was so amazing, and the entire night was flawless. However, the team was extremely unresponsive the weeks following up to my wedding and that was extremely frustrating. I was worried based on their unresponsiveness that there would be a lot of issues the day of, but it went beyond well! The venue is so beautiful and the food is UNREAL.

Daymark was exactly the vibe my husband and I were going for! It fit into our budget, the owner was incredibly helpful including the day of the wedding, and it really is a beautiful space. We had 100 guests and they fit comfortably. If you’re getting married at Barnegat Lighthouse like we did, your guests can literally walk to the venue…it was perfect!

My husband and I had agreed on having a Porta wedding well before we were even engaged! We are from North Jersey, but absolutely love spending time down the Shore - especially in Asbury Park. We ended up booking Porta- Asbury Park less than a month since we had gotten engaged - to us, it was a no brainer. Our experience working with Chandler was awesome. She was super responsive, attentive and made the planning experience smooth. We ended up using their recommended DJ/Media Company as well as their florist (Desiree Designs) - which was AMAZING! Overall, it was a great experience - everything ended up working out and looking absolutely amazing! So thankful for the Porta team for making sure our special day went as best as it could have!

My wife and I had our wedding at Battello earlier this month and we cannot say enough good things. From the staff: Megan, Tammy, Bobby, all of the bartenders and servers, the effortlessness they allowed us to feel on the day of due to how organized they are, the level of communication and support throughout, it was all really a dream. Guests still have not stopped raving about how incredible all of the food was. Of course the venue itself is absolutely stunning and the perfect setting if you're wanting a chic but rustic vibe with breathtaking city views, but the staff there really makes it that much better. As the couple and as a guest you will truly feel catered to every step of the way. We could not recommend it more for couples looking in the NJ/NYC area!

GRATEFUL FOR AURORA! We truly enjoyed our time with Aurora. From the moment we met her during the tour we knew she would be amazing. Her bed side manner, personality, and honest advice were truly what stood out the most. Her consistency throughout the planning process made us at ease and confident. Even when away on vacation she would take the time to answer if we had any questions and make sure we had no worries. So grateful to have met Aurora, she is passionate about her craft and helping people bring their dream wedding to life- which makes for an amazing coordinator.

Choosing Waterside in North Bergen as our wedding venue was truly one of the best decisions we made for our big day. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was something extraordinary — but the actual wedding day exceeded every possible expectation. The venue was absolutely breathtaking, providing a picture-perfect backdrop for our first look and private vows, as well as our photos throughout the wedding. Every single guest commented on how stunning the venue was. The attention to detail in every corner made the entire space feel warm, elegant, and magical. The staff went above and beyond. We were blown away by their kindness, professionalism, and genuine excitement in making our day unforgettable. They were incredibly organized, attentive, flexible, and always one step ahead — we never had to worry about a single thing. Lesley and our Maître d’ Shantal were absolutely phenomenal, and we truly cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make the day perfect from start to finish! The reception was flawless. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was intimate yet lively, and the flow of the entire evening was seamless. We felt incredibly cared for, and everything came together even more beautifully than we imagined. If you're searching for a venue that is not only gorgeous but also run by an amazing team who truly cares, look no further. Waterside gave us the wedding of our dreams, and we will forever be grateful.

Working with Ally and Victoria was a pleasure. They really pay attention to your vision and help you make it come true! The food was delicious, the bar being in the room was perfect for our families. At the last minute the sun came out and we had a beautiful day. They were so organized with helping everyone go to where they were suppose to. When we arrived early to give a check the room was set up just as I had hoped and looked beautiful. We had the best time and really enjoyed our day!

McLoone’s is not a typical ballroom style wedding venue but if you want your wedding to feel like you are at the ocean it is absolutely the best place. The views are stunning and the boardwalk ceremony is the perfect beach vibe. Everyone we worked with was wonderful and made all of our unique requests come true for the reception of our dreams! The food was great and the service was impeccable. We had about 200 people and thing that was just about the perfect number for the size of the venue. We would definitely recommend McLoone’s, Lisa and her team to anyone looking in the Jersey shore area.

We had our wedding at the Avenue and can’t thank Nancy, Chris, and Briana enough for all of the work that they did to help us have the wedding of our dreams! We ended up going with the brunch ceremony and reception on the rooftop lounge. The lounge seating was such a wonderful layout that allowed us to have a more intimate gathering with our guests as opposed to more traditional assigned seating at large dinner tables. As a result, we could more freely move around to talk to our guests, and our guests were able wander around and socialize rather than feeling restricted to remain in assigned seats, which ended up working out very well. Nancy and Chris were both wonderful to work with! They were very responsive and more than helpful with answering any questions that we had throughout the entire process. The morning of the wedding, there was a huge downpour and Nancy did everything she could to try to allow us to keep the ceremony out on the rooftop. Unfortunately, it started raining again right as the ceremony was about to start, and Nancy did a wonderful job making sure that everyone and everything was quickly moved inside and underneath the balcony so that the ceremony could begin. Also, Briana did an amazing job making sure that husband and I had everything that we needed throughout the day and that we were well fed. Since we had selected the brunch ceremony and reception, we ended up not having a tasting, but all of the food turned out amazing, and all of the guests were pleased as well! My husband and I are very happy with our decision to host our wedding at Avenue, and highly recommend it to anyone else!
