Great venue, good parking, beautiful brick for pictures, doesn't need much decorating, plenty of space (small dance floor), quick responses, quick returned security deposit (within a week), overall good experience. No complaints.

We are so glad we chose the University Club at NC State ballroom for our wedding venue. It was a lovely setting for our Christmas winter wedding. The ballroom was gorgeous and the food was very good. The event planner, Cassie Parks, was very responsive and helpful in delivering a perfect venue experience.

Got married here and I’m so grateful for the team at Jiddi Space. My wedding was a dream come true. It felt like a lil oasis within the city of Raleigh. it’s quite a nicely sized space. Our guest count was 70people and it was the perfect venue for a small to mid-sized wedding. The food was delicious; all of our guests couldn’t stop commenting on the food we served from Sitti. Kaitlyn and Devan were amazing to work with! The wedding planning process was so organized and smooth thanks to them; they know exactly what they’re doing. I felt comfortable putting my wedding dreams in their hands. Would recommend getting married at Jiddi Space.

Our overall experience was stellar! Our NYE wedding was at Bay 7. It started with obtaining Faith Baeza as our event coordinator. Faith handled everything with professionalism, strong communication, and managed every detail from start to finish. As someone with an event-planning background, I could not have asked for a more skilled partner who took everything off my plate and put it on hers. I had nothing to worry about. The venue was beautiful, and the food was outstanding! Our guests are still raving about both. All the employees working were extremely friendly, and the service was stellar.

Millbrook Manor was absolutely incredible for our special day. The staff was amazing and handled everything beautifully, even through a massive storm during cocktail hour. We couldn't be happier with our experience and how they went above and beyond on our day to make it everything we wanted.

From the beginning of the planning process months in advance, all the way up until the day of my wedding reception, Mr. Kraig was phenomenal to work with. When researching venues, price was a major point, as we paid for everything out of pocket. To say the prices at the Raleigh Elks Lodge are reasonable is an understatement. They were more than fair. Another huge selling point for us was the already-installed HUGE dance floor! We wanted our guests to dance and have a good time, and we didn't want to worry about paying for/installing a dance floor. Also, the value was great! Our price included the annex rental for 14 hours, plus they set up all of our tables and linens (we paid to rent the linens, but even they were cheaper than other vendors!), and then at the end of the night, they cleaned up everything! I am beyond satisfied with how my reception went. Mr. Kraig, who is usually off on the day of my wedding reception, even came in on his day off and checked on us repeatedly to make sure we didn't need anything. He was very sweet and congratulatory towards my husband and I, and truly a pleasure to work with. He was also very accommodating when it came to vendors wanting to come by and see the space, even a few days before the event was set to happen! All in all, we are happily married, and everyone enjoyed our reception. We received many comments about the space and the dance floor, and the way we decorated the hall. I just couldn't be happier, and I recommend this place to any bride on a budget, or even a bride who isn't!

When searching for our venue Cypress Manor was my second tour and I knew it was the one! From the moment I met with Taanya I felt assured with moving forward. The communication was top notch, and she went above and beyond with answering any questions and happy to help with giving suggestions to create a wonderful layout and event in the space. I could not be happier with my venue choice and our wedding day was a complete dream come true! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CYPRESS MANOR!!!

Bridge Club was the perfect venue for our 80-person wedding. After touring other options, our experience here felt refreshingly different. Michelle was an absolute joy to work with. She was helpful, kind, and never pushy. She genuinely wanted us to make the best choices for our day. What we loved most about Bridge Club is that it isn’t a traditional “wedding venue” but an event space that happens to host weddings. It gave our celebration the feel of an intimate dinner party with friends, which is exactly what we wanted. The fact that the venue already comes equipped with so much (tables, chairs, décor, even printed menus if you’d like) made the planning easier and more enjoyable. We opted to rent napkins for a pop of color and print our own menus, but it was great to have those choices without the burden of renting everything from scratch. As many reviews mention, the food really is great. It exceeded our expectations, especially for wedding food. We started with the caesar salad, followed by roasted short ribs au poivre and shrimp and grits, served family style with sides of roasted fingerling potatoes, carrots with whipped tahini, and mac and cheese. Everything was outstanding, and we'd pick the exact same menu all over again. They are good with dietary restrictions and will make sure each guest has a full meal they can eat regardless of your menu selections. For dessert, we chose a reception dessert table with chocolate pudding topped with cookie crumble and red velvet cake. Bridge Club is 10/10 all around! (photos by Mady Noel Photo)

Whitaker and Atlantic was the perfect venue for our wedding! We were looking for something modern and industrial and they delivered. Everything was spectacular - the concrete floors, the mid century lighting fixtures, the gorgeous ambrosia maple bar and staircase, and the eclectic upstairs suite. In addition to the space itself, the staff was flexible, responsive, and friendly! I can't recommend this venue enough!
