Facilities and Capacity

Featuring a range of indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, the happy couple can select the event rooms that fit in with their requirements.

After you and your significant other have been joined together in matrimony, you can make your way towards one of the two ballrooms available onsite.

The Ballroom and Dining Room is the largest space available to use. Two separate rooms can be easily joined together by removing a divider to create one single space which can accommodate approximately 300 people. Complete with stylish furniture, comfortable seating, white linens, and floral centrepieces; it truly looks like the part for your memorable reception. Elegant artificial lighting, natural light, and dark carpeting complete the decor. A dance floor is available where the wedding party can bust out some moves - and the happy couple can have their newlywed dance. For hors d’oeuvres, 300 people can be accommodated, while for a sit-down meal, 250 may be welcomed.

The Lutz Ballroom can accommodate 200 people to mix and mingle for hors d’oeuvres, 150 can sit and dine in comfort, while 130 people can enjoy buffet-style cuisine. Charming and appealing, it also comes with access to a rose garden patio.

The Murphy University Room (maximum capacity of 70 people), State Room (allowing up to 40 guests), and Conference Room (ideal for intimate gatherings) are the other indoor spaces available here.

For al fresco dining or for a rustic cocktail hour, the Picnic Pavilion is available. Up to 200 people can use this space (72 people can be seated under the roof), availing of the charcoal grill, if necessary.

Services Offered

NC State University Club also offers get-ready rooms so that the couple of honor can make attire changes, get makeup-ready, and prepare for the occasion. Setup and cleanup services are also available so that the venue looks as wonderful after the festivities have come to a close as it did beforehand.
