Ya boy here HAND DELIVERED our WEDDING RINGS because of the COVID19 shutdown. Easily the greatest customer service I've ever had. Went above and beyond!

When I took my then boyfriend (now husband!) to the Fink's in Durham to show him my dream ring, we spoke with the staff and really got to know more about the type of company Fink's is and the level of service they provide to their customers. We really felt comfortable in our decision to go to them for such an expensive purchase. Ultimately my husband went through the Fink's in Charlottesville, VA to purchase the engagement ring (and eventually our wedding bands as well) but it was in Durham that we made the decision to go with this company after all! We really have been so pleased with the high level of service and the ease in which the staff walked us through these purchases. Resizing and cleaning have been so easy and effortless. 5 stars all the way!

We had a wonderful experience at Hamilton Hill! As two brides, they helped us with two engagement rings and two wedding bands, plus a special custom necklace. We went in just to look around, with no knowledge about fine jewelry, and Sarah and Kai patiently helped us with zero sales pressure. They are both incredibly talented and offered helpful suggestions to suit our individual styles, including a matte gold ring option, which turned out beautifully. We had many visits to the store as we narrowed down our decisions. We love our rings and are thrilled with our overall experience. We can't recommend Hamilton Hill highly enough!

Mary at Jewelsmith did a fantastic job crafting my (now wife’s) engagement ring. My grandmother’s engagement ring had been passed down to me, and Mary created a custom, modern setting so I could propose with this family heirloom! I had a rough idea of the style of ring my wife liked, and Mary mocked up multiple versions of settings that were timeless and beautiful. The ring came out amazing - my wife said it’s even more beautiful than anything she looked at in stores like Tiffany’s, etc. The process of working with Mary and Jewelsmith was easy, efficient, and professional. They walked me through the entire process, showed me how to identify that it was truly my grandmother’s diamond at pickup, and they completed the ring in a timely manner. Since then, we’ve returned multiple times to have it cleaned, and they even resized my wedding band on the spot for me. Jewelsmith is a great business to work with, I highly recommend them for custom jewelry.

Our rings are beautiful. The jeweler found us the perfect diamond in our price range. He engraved our wedding bands for free.

Great selection and they were able to find me a wedding band to go with my engagement ring from Diamond Center, which has been a struggle! I'm very happy with the purchase and even got my necklace from there too, which is just gorgeous. They also have super good sales, very affordable for real quality. I got both my ring and necklace for $98 on sale!

Due to being tiny for a guy I requested a thinner band and a smaller size and were more than happy to accommodate. I literally couldn’t be happier with it (unless it could give me the power to summon both beasts...), fits perfectly and so friendly in all the communications, made me feel like a genuine valued person. Got the email it cleared customs and felt like it was Christmas. Now have to wait until my wedding in December boo!!!!!
