Kaylie was very accommodating and made this experience easy. She was very helpful with providing information and making sure nothing was missed. And the day of the event, staff was wonderful, food was great. I will definitely recommend. Rachel was also very professional and helpful as well.

If you want to blow your guests away and have the night of your life, this is the place to do it. My husband and I wanted to make sure that our wedding felt like a big party, and this venue was definitely the right choice for that. The food was amazing, the drinks were good, and the setup allowed us to easily have a live band which put everything over the top in the best way. Lori and Elise were great to work with, and helped make our night perfect. We have had so many guests contact us in the 3 weeks since our big day saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It was incredible, I cannot say enough good things about this venue!

We held our wedding reception at FIVE on 10/12/19. We booked the venue in August of 2018 after seeing a number of venues in the Twin Cities. Nothing compared to the modern/upscale industrial feel that FIVE has. Their price is unbeatable and they are so easy to work with. They have a lot of fantastic vendor partners and are willing to help you with any crazy or unique ideas that you may have (please see more details below). We originally did our planning with Shauna but after she moved we began working with Renee who was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel so calm and secure that our day would go just as we had hoped for. Cannot recommend FIVE enough! We had 175 guests, 20 guest tables, a pizza buffet, a photo booth, a dessert table and a popcorn bar table. FIVE did a fantastic job helping us coordinate all of our special requests (we had a mobile wood fire pizza oven for dinner and individualized MN craft beer flights).

It wasn’t long after we walked through the front doors when my wife and I knew that we found our venue. From the ballroom, to the view from the gigantic deck above, and all the way down to the altar on the river; everything was perfect! When we first toured Nicollet Island Pavillion we met Morgan. She was incredibly helpful starting from the initial planning stages, selecting a date, and arranging a special tasting to accommodate the bride's dairy and gluten allergies. Mintahoe was so on top of it that they even had multiple gluten and dairy free wedding cakes for the bride to taste. This was especially impressive to us because other gluten and dairy free bakeries wouldn't even accommodate cake tastings. (The cakes were all delicious. We went with chocolate raspberry/ lemon poppyseed with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.) Morgan went above and beyond through every step of the planning process, and she and the Mintahoe staff thought of everything. At our final planning meeting we met Nikita. She had the venue set up and then we went through every step of the day according to the timeline. On the big day, Nikita coordinated with our DJ, Pastor, and Photographers and things could not have gone better! A few things that really stood out to us were: - After the ceremony, the venue had our favorite drinks and small appetizer plates ready for us in the back room. - The late night snack (nacho bar and wings) were also allergen free. - They put up all of our signage and place cards (which saves a lot of stress). Overall, the day was so perfect because of Morgan, Nikita, and Mintahoe's professionalism and planning. As the bride and groom, we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day!

My wife and I got married in AZ where we live and were planning our wedding reception in MN to be able to celebrate our new chapter with all of our family and friends. We initially thought this was going to be an impossible task until we met Leslie at the Banquets of Minnesota. She was really good about communicating with us about everything we wanted and made our wedding dreams come true! They offer catering services and have other vendors they routinely work with that really made this a one stop shop for our reception. The food was incredible, as well as the DJ company she recommended. Leslie truly made planning this event easy for us and took care of everything the day of allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend!

It’s been nearly a month since our wedding and my husband and I are still receiving compliments and positive feedback from family and friends. From the moment we first stepped foot into The Florian Gardens we were impressed by the staff’s knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. They truly want you to have the best day of your life and will go above an beyond to accommodate your wedding day vision! Our wedding was their largest post-Covid event and they handled everything flawlessly! From start to finish our day could not have gone better. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how efficient the staff members were! Lastly, Lisa is an absolute rockstar, you will not regret having her and your wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to answer each of our questions in a timely manner and offered so much great advice! She truly thinks of everything and has a backup plan for it all. Even though we held our ceremony offsite she even gave us advice and tips for that portion of the day. She is so incredibly kind and thoughtful. We were so grateful to have her in our corner handling any issues and helping guests as needed. There’s truly nothing negative to say about this venue. We could not recommend it enough and would have our wedding at Florian Gardens a million times over if we could!

Our wedding day was a dream! Lauren and her team did great helping us make it perfect! Lauren was always willing to listen to our many questions and very responsive to our emails. From the first meeting to the last it was great to work with her! The venue itself was perfect and had everything we needed for our pictures, ceremony and reception! The guests seemed so happy and impressed and we had such a great day! The grounds on the property were beautiful and made our pictures amazing! Thank you Masonic for everything!

Working with Busola was a really great experience . I am quite selective with certain things and I like to get value for my money as well when it comes to certain items .She worked well with my vision( even gave ideas to build on it ) and budget which were very important aspects for me . She also ensured I was getting the best services/ products within the budget . She was very patient with me through the process as well even though I had a couple of updates along the way . Her communication was on point which is also big for me . I like to get updates and see what the progress . She was also enthusiastic about the event which was great for me too as it helped me remain excited even though event planning can be hectic 😁. The ‘day of’ coordination was as per plan . She ensured everything was where it was supposed to be and that all suppliers were present and set up . She was there through to the end of the event !!! Overall great experience . I would highly recommend !!! Definitely using her for my next event !
