The hotel has a total of six event spaces that can be broken down into a maximum of 12 rooms. The largest room at the hotel is the Diamond Ballroom. The 15,350 square-foot event space is perfect for the most luxurious and largest of celebrations. The Ballroom can be arranged in a variety of ways to best suit each couple’s style and theme. The maximum capacity for the Diamond Ballroom is 1725 guests. For medium-sized ceremonies and receptions, the Diamond Ballroom can be split in an array of different ways and comfortably seat up between 70-90 special friends and family. For small and intimate gatherings, the hotel’s Emerald Meeting Room can accommodate up to 39 of each couple’s closest friends and families. Additional facilities available include a 24:7 fitness center, an indoor pool, parking, wheelchair accessibility, valet dry-cleaning, and more.

My husband and I got married at the JW Marriott MOA over the labor day weekend. We had an extremely a large (~400-425 people), traditional south asian wedding . From the beginning, Jenna was amazing throughout the sales process. She was flexible and willing to talk through all of our requests and needs, arrange multiple tastings. She was super responsiveness and stayed in constant communication, which is great since we live out of state. After we were handed off to Kristen, our experience stayed seamless. Kristen was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and experienced with Indian weddings, and we were super comfortable the entire time. She gave us great ideas and suggestions, while also accommodating everything we asked for. As with any large wedding, logistics can get out of hand, but Kristen handled everything (and all our guests) flawlessly. Fantastic experience! The JW Marriott does not allow outside catering, and with any Indian wedding, we had really specific needs for authentic food. Jenna, Kristen, and the Chef all worked with us to make sure we could put together a unique menu, and they delivered. Our guests raved about the food all weekend, as well as the service. The hotel and the staff were incredible, and truly made our weekend special. We didn't have to worry about anything the whole weekend. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!Sent on 10/21/2017
