We had a wonderful experience here for our wedding shower and wedding reception. The people here are incredible to work with and the food was delicious. I have a lot of food restrictions and they went out of their way to make me a separate meal to ensure that I had enough to eat. The space was beautiful and it was low stress working with IACS. Definitely recommend!

Appetizers & Food Quality The appetizer table was marvelous: a cornucopia of delicious choices, including shrimp and scallops, an abundance of cheeses, and a grand charcuterie display. The array looked immaculate and tasted even better. The fruit and sweet table was to die for, and the centerpiece ice sculpture with our initials delivered exactly what was promised—an unforgettable, photo-worthy moment. Service & People Albert was a standout. He was genuine, professional, and incredibly trustworthy—no pressure, no deposits requested, and no hidden fees. He delivered on every promise. On our first visit, Albert even brought us samples to try, which made us feel confident in choosing Premier Events Center. Rebecca and the team’s consistency and commitment to high standards were evident in every interaction. Value & Experience There was no room rental fee and no banquet-style buffet—everything felt elegant and first-class, as promised. The service was genuinely old-school in the best sense: attentive, proactive, and with a personal touch that’s hard to find nowadays. Our guests were delighted and even asked to take food home—clearly, the quality and abundance left a lasting impression. Versatility We recommended Premier for everything from bridal showers to baby showers, and even a fundraiser. The food quality remained excellent across events, never feeling like generic banquet hall fare.
