Edward and his staff are true professionals. From the first phone call, it’s clear Edward knows food. He was professional, always early, and so easy to work with. And the food: incredible. I dream about the lion’s mane mushrooms he prepared for us. The steak, chicken, apps, and service were all impeccable. His flavors are balanced and original. His professional team made our perfect day even more so.

My husband and I were married at the Maine Classic Car Museum on 8/23/2025. We knew from the getgo that Lady Shuckers would be perfect addition to our cocktail style reception, and we were right! The booking and contract process with Lubby was seamless! Birdie, who served our guests, was fantastic! We even had some first timers! Thank you so much for sharing our special day with us!

We loved our whole experience with Black Tie. The food, from cocktail hour through ice cream sundae bar was incredible. They were responsive, easy to work with and helped us create the dream wedding food from start to finish. Many comments from guests that the food was "the best wedding dinner".

At the wedding, everything ran like clockwork. Our guests from out of state were so impressed with the spread - traditional Maine lobster bake, a chicken option and the homemade to die for veggie burgers. We looked at other caterers and Courtney is beyond above the rest for being reasonably priced and delivering perfect execution. The day of Leah and the crew was super-efficient, kind and welcoming. Everyone got their dinner so quickly, we were able to spend more time all dancing and mingling. Thank you and we would highly recommend The Maine Lobsterbake Co.

Dave was great to work! Everyone loved the food, we started with tacos and they were even more incredible than I thought they would be highly recommended you get these, and the pig roast and the sides were all delicious. Everyone was asking if we had extra to give out after the wedding. Just overall an amazing caterer, thank you Dave and team!

We worked with El Corazon for our rehearsal dinner and are so happy we did! The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone at our rehearsal loved everything they ate. I would highly recommend them for any event, they have a wide range of food and all of it is outstanding.

We hired Mami food truck to drive to Fryeburg, ME from Portland, ME to provide food for our guests on our wedding day and it was such a good choice!! We had our guests stay at our summer camp venue the whole weekend, and were looking for a food truck that would help alleviate some of the DIY stress of feeding over 100 people for every meal. Mami was a perfect fit - they were communicative over email, charged a reasonable travel fee, and were flexible when negotiating a minimum we had to meet. The food was DELICIOUS and I'm so happy we found them!!!!

We had 130 people at our wedding and Ottos delivered 60 pizzas and various sides. The service leading up to the event was awesome, they were quick to respond and very organized. The pizza itself was great, I got so many compliments on how much every one enjoyed it. The pizza arrived hot and with all the different varieties they offer there was something for everyone. Highly recommended!

We recently worked on the vendor team with Lake and Co for a September wedding. After 5 seasons of weddings, we were super impressed with the high level of professionalism, and tight-knit working environment shaped by their incredible and creative team, and also by the team's enthusiasm to use our fresh, edible flowers in their catering! We have worked with dozens of catering companies in the last couple of seasons alone, and were struck by the positive energy and exceptional quality this team provides! Do not wait! Hire Lake and Co before your date is booked!

We loved Pizza By Fire for our wedding reception. The food was great and fast! We appreciated that they were able to do the cocktail hour appetizers as well as the dinner. Definitely had a great experience with them and would recommend.
