Dave was great to work! Everyone loved the food, we started with tacos and they were even more incredible than I thought they would be highly recommended you get these, and the pig roast and the sides were all delicious. Everyone was asking if we had extra to give out after the wedding. Just overall an amazing caterer, thank you Dave and team!

He crushed it at our wedding with his incredible pig roast. We were thrilled that he roasted on site, and the aroma of the lechon wafting through the air was amazing. We are also very happy that he accommodated our request for vegan bihon.

And let's talk about that lechon skin... CRISPY. PERFECTION. I can't stress enough how great it was.

What truly sets Dave apart, though, is his passion for sharing Filipino culture through food. He helped us incorporate a piece of my heritage into our special day, and it meant the world to us. After all, it's not a Filipino celebration without a pig roast!

Dave and his team were amazing. We hired Dave for our Mid-Coast wedding. My husband and I are foodies but didn't want to spend an incredible huge amount of money on our caterer. We were blown away by Dave's food and staff. His services are an unbelievable value. He was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and was honest about amount of food needed (he correctly advised me that I requested too many apps!). My husband has celiac, so does Chef Dave so we were able to have delicious, safe, gluten free food which was imperative. Every app, side, and of course the pig were delightful! We will hire Dave and co for future events!!!

Dave and his crew at the Pig Kahuna were amazing from start to finish - they were fun to work with and have around as we were setting up for our housewarming turned surprise wedding! They were right on time with everything - set up, appetizers, and dinner. The servers were amazing and kept everyone fed and all the tables cleared. The whole crew left our place so clean it was like they were never even there - which can be nerve wracking when you have a wedding at your own home! And the food!! The food is so good, everyone raved about it.

We love the Pig Kahuna! I already knew these guys were amazing as my husband's family hires them frequently for work-related events, but I was blown away when hiring them to help cater our wedding! The quality of their meat is perfection, and was a very popular dish at our wedding - we surprisingly didn't have many leftovers (selfishly bummed about that!). Not to mention everyone loves a good pig roast, and is always a good time to watch the roast - it was another form of entertainment, our guests loved it! Two thumbs up for these guys, I'd recommend them to anyone looking to provide a solid cook-out for a large group of guests!

We used the Pig Kahuna for a pig roast for our wedding reception. The food was amazing!! We received many, many compliments on the food and the pig roast contributed to the fun and relaxed atmosphere of our reception. Dave was fantastic and very responsive to any questions or ideas we had. I would highly recommend the Pig Kahuna for catering.

These guys are amazing!
Before the wedding they were very helpful and friendly, even though my main contact's wife just had a baby! They were quick to respond to questions, and very accommodating with our schedule and venue.
They came in, and as long as they had a hose hook up and electricity, they took it from there! The pig cooked for HOURS and so did they! I saw them back there during my busy day chopping onions, etc. And when the pig was done! Amazing! It was so tender and perfectly seasoned and cooked, everyone loved it! The guys who came were also super nice and friendly, chatting with my guests as they worked. And the unexpected traditions that came with it were amazing as well. I won't spoil the surprise for any future brides and grooms, but I will say I definitely had a one of a kind day!

Also, the amount of food per person was amazing. We had a ton of leftovers, and even the coleslaw stayed good for days! The fresh vegis were crisp and perfect, and the garlic rice was out of this world (we had NO left overs of that!)

If I ever have a big event like this again, these guys will be the ones I call to do all the cooking!
