To say that Karen and her team are experts in their field is an understatement. They don’t do everyone’s makeup the same, they really look at your face and skin tone to apply what’s best for each individual. Karen did makeup for me, my mom, my mother-in-law, and 3 bridesmaids. I had a trial about a month before the wedding - she talked me through everything she was thinking and we tried different things. She was very open to my comfort level with makeup and willing to make any adjustments. After the trial I felt beautiful - and the day of the wedding even more so. We had a wide array of skin tones in my group - from me being very pale, to my mother-in-law being quite dark. Everyone felt great with their final results. Karen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and on time both with arrivals and makeup completion the day of the wedding.

Keaira was the makeup artist for my sister's wedding. I do NOT wear makeup & was not excited about having to have it done...until I met Keaira. She made me feel at ease & was accommodating, using a different chair that required her to bend over when I couldn't sit in the regular makeup chair. She even did my brows after I ran out of time & couldn't do them before my session. And the makeup job itself? Flawless. It looked so natural (which is what I wanted - again, I don't like/wear makeup) & I finally understood the Jill Scott comparisons I always get. Lol. I got so many compliments; we all did. I would recommend Keaira hands down.

The day I met Yinka, it felt like I had known her for ages. She was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Because I made my appointment last minute, she had only 12noon appointment slot left and I was concerned about how long the make up would stay on my face since my party was at 6pm. Well I’m glad to say that the make up remained matte and FLAWLESS up until 3am the next day. I almost did not want to take it off. I will always recommend Laomiz beauty for any event and will continue booking her for mine😊

Listen! April did a great job doing makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and family members. Starting from the beginning April was on it with communication. She answer my emails promptly and efficiently which is something that several MUAs fall short of. The day of the wedding April arrived promptly on time at 8am to do makeup for what was originally was supposed to be 8 people. Other member of my family decided that they needed their makeup done that day too. Instead of doing 8 faces April turned out 12! She deserves a million stars for flexibility alone!!!! I cannot get over how well she handled that curve ball. The only thing that did not turn out as expected was the tattoo cover ups but in hindsight it is something that I regret requesting in the beginning. For future brides, I would make sure that you ask April to pick up the lipstick you are using so you can reapply it later in the evening. This is something that April actually suggested for me but I totally forgot to get back to her. NOW, let me tell you that my makeup did not budge AT ALL the entire night. The first person got their makeup done at 8am and the wedding ended at 12 am and that makeup was still POPPIN! I would recommend April to anyone for so many reasons. If you are looking for a professional and skilled MAU that will go above and beyond she should be the obvious choice.

I used Samia back in 2021 for my engagement session because she did a phenomenal job - needless to say, she out did herself AGAIN! She also showed her amazing skills with working with my bridal party - I had a diverse group of ladies in my bridal party and she knew exactly what to do and how to work with different skin tones - something that is truly admired in a makeup artist! Plus her amazing energy and vibes for my wedding day was amazing, she truly made me feel so beautiful - something EVERY bride should feel on their special day! I will be using her for any other professional makeup I need! So please, look no further!! See my pics for proof 👏🏼
