I had a wonderful experience with Updos for I Dos on my wedding day! I truly could not have been happier with my hair and makeup, and I felt confident all day. All 9 of my bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law, and my grandma who also got their hair and makeup done only had positive things to say! Everyone felt beautiful and like themselves. Jody was an absolute lifesaver for my wedding. My regular hairstylist who was going to do my hair dropped at the last minutes because my wedding was Mother's Day and I was left needing someone two months before the event. Jody had done my best friend's hair at her wedding and I was able to get in touch, and she fit me after another client with her coworker. She was able to schedule me for a hair trial almost immediately where we really hit it off (she's very outgoing and easy to talk to). I later realized I needed someone to do my makeup too, and she very nicely agreed to do that as well. By some miracle she and her partner fit everything in within my timeline on the wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. I think my mom and sister were really suspicious that I was getting makeup done thinking it would be over the top, but when they saw it they were so impressed with how natural but "enhanced" it was. I felt really beautiful and I'm so happy with all the pictures and how I look. I am VERY glad I got a professional to help me out and so grateful Jody was available and so cooperative with my last minute schedule.

Carla is awesome! This is a true talent; she not only did my make up, but all of my 9 bridesmaids as well. My friends are still talking about what a wonderful job she did. Carla has a gift of taking women and knowing how much to apply to their face too not only smooth out their complexion, but also enhance their natural beauty and accentuate their natural beauty and make that come to the forefront as well. –And do all this without making you feel like you have tons of makeup on, it’s so light, you have to remind yourself that you have make up on!! Carla is a true professional and an unstoppable talent. Some of my bridesmaids who were not used to wearing make-up were a bit nervous about having their makeup done, but Carla had such a calm spirit and gentle hand that once they were done getting their makeup applied, they couldn’t stop looking at themselves in the mirror. They were in love with her work. Some of the other friends, who have had their makeup done before, were also a bit weary of a makeup artist that they didn’t know, but again, Carla did her thang and they are now telling me how they are going to book her again for other events they having coming up. She is just awesome, nothing else to say! Carla is so good and talented, you will want her to be your personal makeup artist and travel with you everywhere… she is just that dag on GOOD!!

Mason & Friends did a fabulous job on hairstyles for me, my Mom and all my bridesmaids. There were 7 of us total and they were able to do everyone's hair at one time! Joyce did my hair and it looked beautiful and didn't budge all night long! All the stylists are highly skilled and very easy to work with. Everyone did a different style and they all looked amazing.

Nadia is exceptionally talented and highly skillful. I don't know of another makeup artist who has such a great command on the makeup palette. She would pick up colors, shades and tones that suit you and you will feel extremely happy leaving it to Nadia to make you look beautiful for your special day. I think Nadia is a person who is more concerned for you to be happy with your look than you are - I'm serious! She uses the best quality products out there and the makeup lasts through out the event, even after :)

I’ve been going to vivid since they were rainbow hair in the 2000s. Yes, I love them so much that mother and I followed them as they changed names and location. When I was in college, I decided to save $ by box coloring or going to cheaper salon, BOY didI learn that lesson! I ruined my hair. Jen fixed my hair but too many years of using better color products to fix it. Jen my wedding hair and make up. I felt like a goddess on my special day. Karen does my mother hair regularly and she did my hair for my sis in law wedding since I was a bride maid. Perfect as always. Love them and won’t trust no one else. We will continue to stay life customers

Fawziyah was so nice and helpful for my wedding and reception, 9/1-2/2017. She has a ton of experience and really knows what she's doing. She took my suggestions and really made them work for me :) She spent a really long time during the trial making sure everything was perfect - but was much faster on the day of, and very accommodating with our schedule issues. She also helped with sari draping on the day of and was really helpful with that! Plus, she was willing to learn the forehead designs we use during our wedding ceremonies (picture attached) and even ended up having her sister help out with those.

Desi at Tresses Unlimited had my hair looking fabulous for my wedding. I am so happy with how it turned out . I received so many compliments on my hair.

I don’t know much about makeup but in selecting an artist I knew I wanted someone who could create very natural looks. Autumn and her team did a fantastic job. She designs each look to the persons features and skin type. All of our gals were absolutely glowing and felt so confident. We also really loved that we didn’t feel cakey. Autumns style leaves your face feeling light and airy. Her and her team also have shining personalities that are so easy to get along with. We had a blast with them!! My mom and grandma also felt so confident with their looks too!
