Hiring Veil Events was the single best decision I made for my wedding. Kezia and Caitlynn were the leads for my planning, with Amanda and Emily supporting along the way, and from the very beginning they completely changed how I felt about the entire process. Planning a wedding isn’t something most people do every day, and honestly, I had no idea where to start—or even what mattered. The thought of it was so overwhelming that I put off planning for nearly a year. The only thing I knew was that I wanted to work with Veil Events… and that I was excited to try some cake. Once I connected with the Veil team in 2024, everything clicked. They helped me find a clear starting point and provided a manageable, thoughtful number of vendor options in each category. That alone made the process feel approachable instead of intimidating for someone with no prior experience. Once we broke everything down, I selected a few vendors from each category, and they did the footwork—communicating, coordinating, and helping me choose options that met my expectations and stayed within my budget. If you’re considering hiring Veil Events, be prepared to make immediate best friends. These women truly have your back from beginning to end. They will always act in your best interest and advocate for you. They are very much a “yes, and” group—if you have a dream, they will find a way to make it happen, even when it doesn’t seem possible. You never have to settle your inspiration; it may evolve slightly, but your vision will be seen, understood, and executed beautifully because they care deeply about the details—and it shows. When I dreamed of having a private dance, private vows, intentional breaks throughout the day, and even a late-night Taco Bell snack, they didn’t hesitate—they made it happen. They reminded me to breathe, laughed with me when things felt overwhelming, and somehow made the entire day flow perfectly. And when it felt impossible? They figured it out. The Wedding Planner Book and spreadsheet were an absolute saving grace. I used the spreadsheet to keep my mom in the loop, imported and printed timeline sheets to keep my wedding party on track, and organized everything from photo priorities to who I wanted featured in specific pictures. It helped turn all my scattered thoughts into a clear, executable plan. What truly set Veil Events apart, though, was how they showed up when things got hard. We experienced ongoing communication issues with a specific employee at our venue, including moments where intimidation tactics were used. During that time, the team—including Lindsey, who stepped in and provided additional support when we needed it most—stood firmly beside us, advocated for us, and ensured we were not taken advantage of during an already emotional and vulnerable time. These are strong, fierce, and professional women who will absolutely protect their clients. I cannot recommend Veil Events enough. They don’t just plan weddings—they take care of you.

I fell in love with Monica's Bundt Cake the first time I tried it. I decided to go with a traditional Wedding Cake and Bundt Runts. We received so many compliments about it. They have so many flavors to choose from and it is a very unique twist on the traditional cupcakes. I would recommend Vanilla, Strawberry, and Chocolate-Chocolate Chip. AMAZING!

I am SO happy to have been introduced to Nicole. She is personable, and when looking for a wedding planner that is HUGE. We are still 9 months from our big day and I know for sure she is going to rock this planning. I am so excited to see the finished product from her and her team. I would absolutely choose her if you're needing a special event planned and designed.

We were on the fence about using an event planner for our Wedding. We ended up going with Wichita Event Planner, and I am very glad that we did! We were paired with Amber, who was a wonderful fit from the very beginning. Amber helped get us in contact with any remaining vendors that we had not solidified 60 days out. We had several meetings with her prior to our wedding where she asked great, detailed questions to make sure we were all on the same page. She helped us write out our wedding timeline and shared it will all of the vendors making sure they knew when and where. The day of I got to focus on getting ready and enjoying the hair and makeup process while she handled all of the decoration set up and vendor arrivals. I credit how great our decor looked to her. Our wedding went very smoothly. Any bumps or hiccups that happened I didn't even know about until AFTER the wedding, as she and her assistant handled them. At the end of the evening, they packed up all of our decor and had the venue cleaned out for us. We very much appreciate all of their hard work. If you're on the fence, I would highly recommend booking with Wichita Event Planner and using Amber. It allows you to enjoy your big day without the stress. I didn't fight with family, I didn't worry about decor, and I didn't wonder if my vendors had arrived. She handled all of the stress and let us enjoy. It was worth every penny.

Kellen was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She brought professionalism, insight, and enthusiasm into every ounce of her work. Our special day would not have gone so wonderfully without her. She worked incredibly hard to make sure we didn't have to worry and we will forever be grateful. I highly recommend Kellen's services to any bride who is looking for a fun and hard working wedding planner.

Wilkens made my life SO much easier. The only thing I would go back and change...is to have them do the entire wedding! They did as little or as much as we wanted them to do. They did our flowers, ceremony decor, and reception decor. When I walked into the reception I was blown away. They really captured the theme I was going for and nailed it. They set up and take down which was so nice to not have to worry about anything and actually enjoy our wedding weekend. I would hire them a thousand times over again. We had our dream wedding with their amazing help!

Alex and I used Be Seen! Event Planning for day-of wedding ceremony and reception coordination. Leila was professional, detail-oriented, and on top of everything on our wedding day! Because of Leila, we got to enjoy each other and our wedding guests without worrying if everything was "getting done." I'm also still in awe of how she transformed our unconventional reception space into a warm spring-inspired "indoor garden" space. She helped make our wedding the laidback, casual party we envisioned!

We are so glad we booked with Bair Coordination. Grace was professional, handled all our weird wedding requests and details, and was adaptive with sudden changes to our schedule or format. She did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend her!

Working with Abby from day one to walking down the aisle was amazing. She truly cared about each step of the way and provided her advice to what she thought would fit the wedding we were wanting. I cannot say enough good things about Abby and her team. With their service on the wedding day, it also allowed us to step more time with our family and friends rather than stressing about if the vendors showed up, moving items to where, and making the reception a well-planned event. I highly recommend reaching out to Abby if you have an upcoming wedding. If you don't think you need a planner or they're too expensive, the closer you get to W day, the more appreciate you are to have their service.
