Alex and I used Be Seen! Event Planning for day-of wedding ceremony and reception coordination. Leila was professional, detail-oriented, and on top of everything on our wedding day! Because of Leila, we got to enjoy each other and our wedding guests without worrying if everything was "getting done." I'm also still in awe of how she transformed our unconventional reception space into a warm spring-inspired "indoor garden" space. She helped make our wedding the laidback, casual party we envisioned!

Leila at Be Seen! Event Planning is fabulous. She is so kind, hard-working, responsive, and detail-oriented--all things you want and need in a wedding planner. However, Leila goes above and beyond even those traits. She attended several vendor meetings with me, and she asked questions I wouldn't have ever thought to ask. She is so experienced and knows how to make your day run smoothly! Leila put in so much work behind the scenes that week to make our wedding day everything we imagined. On my wedding day, I didn't have anyone asking me questions, because Leila took care of it all. She set up tables/chairs, decorated tables, coordinated multiple vendors, and much more. I can't thank her enough! Our day was perfect! She is very reasonably priced for all that she does. I would recommend her to my closest friends!

I cannot recommend Leila and Be Seen Events highly enough. From day one she was insightful, thoughtful and very detail oriented. We started our journey by chatting dates and venues. Leila attended our prospective venue visits with us, and I am so glad she did. I was blown away with all the details Leila thought through on the spot when considering different venues and how they would work for our vision and personalities.

Leila is such a great listener. She helped in areas where I wanted more guidance (i.e. day of timeline, reception details for our guest experience) and helped me execute the areas for which I had firm visions (i.e. bar set-up, table place settings). The few days before the wedding, once all the details were finalized, Leila typed all the notes and instructions up for my review. This was so comforting to me because I could see she had everything handled per all our many discussions. Her organization is impeccable! She is the only reason I was able to let everything go to focus on myself, my husband, and the experience. She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed throughout the event without being overbearing. My wedding day would not have been as special as it was without Leila. She is worth every penny!
