Grace is the best!!!

Would absolutely recommend Grace as a day of coordinator. She's absolutely wonderful and made it possible for us to focus on celebrating and enjoying our day. She helped with every aspect of our wedding day, from set up to vendor management, and there were things during our wedding that went a bit awry, but we didn't even find out until after the wedding because Grace had handled it quickly and efficiently. Grace is also super kind and attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of, checking in with us throughout the day. We (and our guests!!) had so much fun at our wedding, and it was in large part due to Grace! We are so, so glad we decided to work with Grace as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough.

Fantastic Coordinator

We are so glad we booked with Bair Coordination. Grace was professional, handled all our weird wedding requests and details, and was adaptive with sudden changes to our schedule or format. She did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend her!

Grace is an asset on your big day!

highly recommend Grace as a wedding coordinator. I booked her for 2 month coordination. She made sure everything went smoothly and handled anything that came up without a problem. She came more than prepared with an emergency kit and a fanny pack that had just about anything you could need in it. She kept us on time and even ahead of schedule. At one point, she realized that the best man might not have had the wedding rings (he did, false alarm) but she RAN on a 90 degree day to get them. I'm so happy we had Grace at the wedding! She's an asset!

Best Choice!

Grace Bair was the perfect choice for a wedding coordinator. She made everything flow so well. I would see her handling things that I didn't think about until she was already taking care of it. She was also anticipating our needs and making sure we were taken care of. We loved having her as our coordinator!

Wonderful experience
