Hiring Veil Events was the single best decision I made for my wedding.

Kezia and Caitlynn were the leads for my planning, with Amanda and Emily supporting along the way, and from the very beginning they completely changed how I felt about the entire process. Planning a wedding isn’t something most people do every day, and honestly, I had no idea where to start—or even what mattered. The thought of it was so overwhelming that I put off planning for nearly a year. The only thing I knew was that I wanted to work with Veil Events… and that I was excited to try some cake.

Once I connected with the Veil team in 2024, everything clicked. They helped me find a clear starting point and provided a manageable, thoughtful number of vendor options in each category. That alone made the process feel approachable instead of intimidating for someone with no prior experience. Once we broke everything down, I selected a few vendors from each category, and they did the footwork—communicating, coordinating, and helping me choose options that met my expectations and stayed within my budget.

If you’re considering hiring Veil Events, be prepared to make immediate best friends. These women truly have your back from beginning to end. They will always act in your best interest and advocate for you. They are very much a “yes, and” group—if you have a dream, they will find a way to make it happen, even when it doesn’t seem possible. You never have to settle your inspiration; it may evolve slightly, but your vision will be seen, understood, and executed beautifully because they care deeply about the details—and it shows.

When I dreamed of having a private dance, private vows, intentional breaks throughout the day, and even a late-night Taco Bell snack, they didn’t hesitate—they made it happen. They reminded me to breathe, laughed with me when things felt overwhelming, and somehow made the entire day flow perfectly. And when it felt impossible? They figured it out.

The Wedding Planner Book and spreadsheet were an absolute saving grace. I used the spreadsheet to keep my mom in the loop, imported and printed timeline sheets to keep my wedding party on track, and organized everything from photo priorities to who I wanted featured in specific pictures. It helped turn all my scattered thoughts into a clear, executable plan.

What truly set Veil Events apart, though, was how they showed up when things got hard. We experienced ongoing communication issues with a specific employee at our venue, including moments where intimidation tactics were used. During that time, the team—including Lindsey, who stepped in and provided additional support when we needed it most—stood firmly beside us, advocated for us, and ensured we were not taken advantage of during an already emotional and vulnerable time. These are strong, fierce, and professional women who will absolutely protect their clients.

I cannot recommend Veil Events enough. They don’t just plan weddings—they take care of you.

Working with Kaylie at Veil Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We hired Veil Events for their Full Service Planning. Planning a wedding from Sweden could have been incredibly stressful, but Kaylie made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. As a program director with years of project management experience, I know I can be persistent, but she managed every interaction with patience and grace, which made the process that much smoother.

On the wedding day, Kaylie and her team were absolute lifesavers. They managed every setup, transition, and timeline cue effortlessly, allowing us and our families to fully enjoy the day without stress. From making sure we were taken care of to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, they truly thought of everything.

If you’re looking for a planner who is organized, supportive, and an absolute joy to work with, I cannot recommend Kaylie and Veil Events enough. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to their hard work and dedication. And when it’s all over, you’ll even find yourself missing your regular calls with her!

Veil Events has a smooth, streamline process that is perfect for any couple needing help on their big day! We had an excellent experience and we recommend them without any hesitation. We chose the “month of” coordinator option and it was so worth it. They met with us a few times throughout the planning process and had great suggestions to guide us. Most importantly, our big day went with no issues and it was so convenient having someone present who knew the plan and could direct people without my assistance. Elisabeth did an excellent job with decor and vendors - We are so grateful for her! We were able to just have fun and enjoy the day without the stress of worrying about anything related to the event. We also highly recommend paying for the tear-down package. It was SO worth it in the end! Veil Events is a great service and they know what they are doing!

Hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. I didn't really know what I was doing planning my wedding, and Lindsay and her team were there every step of the way! Nicole was our lead coordinator, and we got SO many compliments on how smoothly the day went because of her. Seriously, if you are debating hiring a planner HIRE VEIL EVENTS!! The wedding was exactly what we wanted thanks to them. I cannot recommend them enough.

I worked with Christie and she provided me great responsiveness and was helpful in all aspects including researching vendors, making decisions, confirming vendors, meeting vendors, and planning for photography and ceremony. Christie really came through on the rehearsal day and wedding day. She had all the extras I needed like a toothbrush and Shout wipes. She helped in any aspect I asked her too. I felt I could fully rely on her to support me in all my decisions and tasks. The wedding was wonderful. I loved that she remembered to get out the bubble cameras for the kids while I was busy talking to family and lost track of time. This was the best money I spent on the wedding!

I cannot say enough good words about Paige and Veil Events. From the day we hired her, she was a resource for any questions we had all the way through wedding day. She made an incredible timeline for us, gave us great advice on wedding day decisions, and made wedding day a BREEZE. I was able to fully enjoy and take in every little moment of our wedding day because I knew Paige was taking care of everything. Caden even mentioned how grateful he was that we had hired Paige because he knew how much of a burden that took off of me. We are so extremely grateful that we had Paige on our side for wedding day, it truly was the best day ever.
