Hiring Veil Events was the single best decision I made for my wedding.
Kezia and Caitlynn were the leads for my planning, with Amanda and Emily supporting along the way, and from the very beginning they completely changed how I felt about the entire process. Planning a wedding isn’t something most people do every day, and honestly, I had no idea where to start—or even what mattered. The thought of it was so overwhelming that I put off planning for nearly a year. The only thing I knew was that I wanted to work with Veil Events… and that I was excited to try some cake.

That alone made the process feel approachable instead of intimidating for someone with no prior experience. Once we broke everything down, I selected a few vendors from each category, and they did the footwork—communicating, coordinating, and helping me choose options that met my expectations and stayed within my budget.
If you’re considering hiring Veil Events, be prepared to make immediate best friends. These women truly have your back from beginning to end. They will always act in your best interest and advocate for you. They are very much a “yes, and” group—if you have a dream, they will find a way to make it happen, even when it doesn’t seem possible. You never have to settle your inspiration; it may evolve slightly, but your vision will be seen, understood, and executed beautifully because they care deeply about the details—and it shows.
When I dreamed of having a private dance, private vows, intentional breaks throughout the day, and even a late-night Taco Bell snack, they didn’t hesitate—they made it happen. They reminded me to breathe, laughed with me when things felt overwhelming, and somehow made the entire day flow perfectly. And when it felt impossible? They figured it out.
The Wedding Planner Book and spreadsheet were an absolute saving grace. I used the spreadsheet to keep my mom in the loop, imported and printed timeline sheets to keep my wedding party on track, and organized everything from photo priorities to who I wanted featured in specific pictures. It helped turn all my scattered thoughts into a clear, executable plan.
What truly set Veil Events apart, though, was how they showed up when things got hard. We experienced ongoing communication issues with a specific employee at our venue, including moments where intimidation tactics were used. During that time, the team—including Lindsey, who stepped in and provided additional support when we needed it most—stood firmly beside us, advocated for us, and ensured we were not taken advantage of during an already emotional and vulnerable time. These are strong, fierce, and professional women who will absolutely protect their clients.
