Wedding Rentals in Chicago Suburbs

We used Affordable part tent rental for our wedding, and they did an amazing job! Skylar and Brendan responded to questions promptly and made the process very easy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tent. I will definitely be calling them for my next event.

Sydnie was so accommodating and so easy to work with! The best part was it was obvious that my dog loved her! My friends were calling her "the dog whisperer". Her prices were fair, and knowing my dog was well cared for and happy made it all worth it! I also use her as my regular furbaby sitter (photo below). I highly recommend her!

We used Dave, and his amazing crew, from Blue Peak this past weekend for my daughter’s wedding. Dave is exceptional; consultative, reasonable and patient. His crew did a stellar job with set-up, and equally important, take down of the tents and bathrooms. Blue Peak is your answer if you’re looking for a tent for your event. Run don’t walk….you’ll be so happy.

Super easy to work with and everything looked great. They delivered everything as scheduled, had a whole crew for set up, and were very communicative throughout the process. We really loved working with them and found them to be WAY more reasonably priced than other rental companies in the area. They didn’t have a “wedding tax”, which allowed us to actually get the look we wanted at a price we could afford.

Odyssey Group was the perfect choice and would highly recommend them to anyone having an outdoor wedding. We had our ceremony and reception at my dad's home and didn't want all of our guests going in and out of his house all day and night, so Odyssey was recommended to us by a friend and I'm glad I made that phone call. Their customer service was excellent from first contact to delivery and pickup. We received so many compliments from our guests on how luxurious the facilities were. Thank you for helping make our day easier.

Mary Jo did an amazing job! She truly went above and beyond to make our reception room look spectacular. The sweetheart table, head table, cake table...etc. It all looked better then I could have imagined. Thanks Mary Jo!!

When we started planning our wedding in the spring of 2019, we had no idea what the world would look like in 2020. What was originally an order to rent some chairs ended up changing numerous times, requiring different quotes and invoices, before landing on our final order, which ended up involving much more than we originally had in mind. Step It Up was always accommodating with these requests, never making it feel as though we were being too demanding or tiresome in our needs. Not only was the quality of the rental equipment amazing, but their flexibility allowed for us to create an event that was safe and practical. When I called the week of our wedding wondering if early delivery was possible, they made it happen, at no extra cost to us. The folks who delivered and set up everything were kind and professional. With everything involved in our constantly changing 2020 wedding, the Step It Up team was always understanding and reliable. We were so lucky to work with them.

Service Sanitation was great to work with for our extra restroom needs for our wedding. They were responsive and professional. The only part that wasn't perfect was that our rental was missing toilet paper upon delivery, but thankfully our venue had some extra and it wasn't a problem. Everyone we worked with provided great customer service.

I found Dimitri and his team only a month or so before my wedding. I had no idea what I wanted specifically, but I did know I wanted the ambiance to feel very romantic and candlelit. After brainstorming with Dimitri, he was able to put together the most beautiful layout! It's been a week since my wedding, and I am still getting compliments about the beautiful decor, stage, and ambiance that was put together by Dimitri and his team. Aside from his work, he is so attentive, cares about individual budgets, and helps break down what are the important areas to spend money on and what is not totally necessary. I felt so comfortable communicating with Dimitri and am forever grateful to him and his team for making my wedding day that much more special. Wonderful job for our wedding, it ended up being much colder than I expected it to be and they were able to set up my tent with heaters and walls but it was still beautiful.
