Judith was an exceptional travel agent! She truly is a gem. Judith made the journey "before" my actual honeymoon trip a whole experience! She helped me navigate resorts in the Maldives by doing her research and presented the material in top-notch fashion. Judith was ALWAYS was available to me, no matter how small or big my questions were. Even to the point before lift-off. What a memorable experience. I look forward to planning another dream destination in the future.

Laura sent me and my husband on a 5 day adventure to Nicaragua that including surfing at the beach, volcano boarding down and active volcano and exploring a new city all for under $2500. It was a great deal!

Jessica was absolutely wonderful and made our experience truly memorable. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and positive attitude made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better advisor and would highly recommend Jessica to anyone planning a trip. Thank you, Jessica, for an amazing experience!

We hired Justine from D DAY Wedding Planner to organize our wedding in the French Alps, and as an international couple planning everything from abroad, it was the best decision we made in the entire process. Justine is friendly, easy to talk to, and structured. She has an excellent network of high-quality vendors and matched us with ones that truly reflected our vision and our budget. The whole planning phase was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. Simply put, our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without her! On the day itself, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. There's something so special about handing over control to someone you trust completely, especially on a day that's supposed to be the best of your life. Thanks to Justine and her team, we were able to fully let go and enjoy every moment, just as much as our guests did. Justine also officiated our ceremony, and it was so moving that there wasn't a dry eye in the audience, with both laughter and tears. From the day before our wedding to the day after, she handled everything like a true magician. We are endlessly grateful for her work, making our wedding a forever beautiful memory for life. When my husband and I decided we wanted a destination wedding, we were so excited—but we had no idea how much work went into planning one. Looking back, hiring Shonte and the Just Book It team was one of the best decisions we made. As a mom of two little ones, planning a wedding in another country while coordinating travel for more than 85 guests felt overwhelming. From the very beginning, Shonte took the time to understand our vision, helped us find the perfect resort, and made the entire process feel effortless. Once we chose our resort, her team handled everything—from securing our room block and managing guest reservations to tracking RSVPs, coordinating travel, sending reminders, and answering what felt like hundreds of questions from our family and friends. Shonte also worked directly with the resort to negotiate the best possible rates for our guests and was always advocating for us behind the scenes. One of my favorite parts of working with Just Book It was the incredible resources they created for our guests. They helped us build a beautiful wedding website with all of the important travel and wedding information in one place, making it easy for everyone to stay informed. They also created an incredibly detailed travel guide that became one of the most valuable resources throughout the planning process. It included airport transportation, resort information, emergency contact numbers, dress codes for each wedding event, travel tips, and so much more. Every guest received it before our wedding, and it answered nearly every question they could have had before traveling to Mexico. It made the trip so much less overwhelming for everyone and saved us from answering the same questions over and over. Throughout the entire planning process, Shonte and her team were organized, responsive, and always just a phone call or message away. They kept us and our guests informed every step of the way, allowing us to enjoy our engagement instead of stressing over the logistics. By the time our wedding week arrived, I felt completely at ease because I knew everything had been taken care of. We were able to be fully present with our family and friends and truly enjoy every moment. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, and Just Book It played such a huge role in making that possible. Another thing that surprised us was how affordable it was to have Shonte and her team by our side. Considering everything they handled—from guest communication and travel coordination to resort negotiations and all the behind-the-scenes details—the value they provide is incredible. It was super easy, only 2 phone calls and 2 emails. Susan got us an extra $300 credit, and very clearly explained and arranged the COVID stuff for us. Will definitely use them again.

We would recommend for sure! Never hassled us. Always nice and polite. Gave us great options and we loved the honeymoon. I don’t see going wrong with this company. (Lillian was our special person)
