I recommend the Artisan Events team without any reservation. My spouse and I worked with Joey and Shannon for our wedding celebration, which included a welcome reception, dress rehearsal dinner, and brunch for over 170 guests. Their attention to detail (impeccable floral arrangements and selection), deep expertise (spanning from input into our wedding party attire to the run of show), and overall experience surpassed all imagination and left our guests raving about the entire weekend. From the very beginning, their expertise was invaluable. Joey and Shannon knew all the ins and outs of our venue (Omni Las Palmas) and were clearly well-regarded by the hotel staff. They did an impeccable job of balancing our wish list with our budget, and they were constantly ten steps ahead, anticipating logistics that still needed planning. They were always available and willing to hop on a video conference. Furthermore, if your families and wedding party are large like ours, you will deeply benefit from Joey and Shannon’s strong interpersonal skills when navigating the delicate family dynamics common in wedding celebrations. Above all, what we treasure and remain most grateful for is Joey and Shannon's leadership in finding us a quiet couple's moment (that we didn’t know we needed) on the day of the wedding. It gave us the space to have one last practice of our first dance before our reception, and it’s a memory we still look back on with smiles. If you are looking for a team that is deeply experienced, meticulous, thoughtful, and executes every logistical detail flawlessly so you can just be present, we can't recommend Artisan Events enough. Partnering with them was hands-down the best investment we made for our wedding.

I'm not one of those girls who've been dreaming of every detail of the wedding her whole life, so I had no idea of what to ask for with the floral arrangement. Luckily, I gave Dan the details of our wedding colors and nerdiness and he helped us solidify our wedding theme! Also, we found the two main employees from our venue to be on the less-helpful side, but he used to work there and answered most of our questions for us! Dan's a great guy and he created gorgeous, unforgettable bouquets and centerpieces. Dan's amazing!

Tom and I connected instantly the first time we talked - being from LA planning a wedding in Palm Desert - Tom was remarkable! He called, texted, emailed, and kept everything organized, always. (Even when I was confused AND confusing! ha!) Tom took a few Pinterest ideas I sent him, and turned it into a magical and more than perfect theme throughout our entire wedding. Our bridal party, and guests, could not stop talking about how gorgeous our flowers were. We had a rustic theme with succulents, sunflowers, ranunculus, and more! It was absolutely beautiful! Ronn went above and beyond for this orchid-obsessed girlie and absolutely surpassed what I had envisioned for my wedding day. Words can not capture how amazing my wedding florals were; from my gorgeous bouquet of mokara and cymbidiums (I was delighted with the surprise of added lady slippers) to the dramatic cascading phalaenopsis on our round wedding altar to the large stunning arrangement of dendrobiums that greeted my guests on arrival. Can you tell I love orchids? The process of deciding on my wedding florals was so easy with Ronn's guidance and I loved meeting with him and his team at the Vaso Bello salon. Ronn totally understood my (orchid) vision and we made adjustments together until I was happy, and the results did not disappoint! On my wedding day, Ronn's presence meant so much to me. This showed me that he really cared and personally checked in with me to make sure that I was happy (I was thrilled!). Selecting Vaso Bello Celebrations was one of the best decisions for my wedding and I am so grateful to Ronn and his team for making our day so special and beautiful!

Viva Voce Designs (kelly) is an absolute doll! She did florals for our wedding in Palm Springs and boutineers for the men in our wedding party. First off- she made these amazing flower garlands for the tree we got married beneath. They were colorful, beautiful, and draped in the most special way from the tree. Everyone who attended the wedding wanted to take pictures below them. The boutineirs were also super special and drew a lot of attention. They were perfectly masculine and desert inspired. They had a small feather and dried thing I can't explain -but my husband commented "wow this is so cool and special and unique." Lastly she made potted flowering succulents for our tables the were beautiful and more eco friendly than having to throw away a bunch of flowers after a few hours use. We actually used the pots on the first night bbq- then transitioned them to the wedding the next evening. I can't say enough about Kelly- from start to finish she is so professional- a visionary- and great sweet person. Love!

Prism Floral Design absolutely blew us away! We came to them with a very limited budget but they worked complete magic. They created a stunning bridal bouquet and table settings that beautifully highlighted local flowers and plants. The incorporation of air plants and succulents perfectly captured the desert vibe we were going for and added such unique texture and character to the arrangements. The moment we walked into our reception space for the first time, we were genuinely stunned. We had worried our place settings might look bare given our budget constraints, but the tables were absolutely full of flowers and candles—it was breathtaking! Karin somehow transformed our vision into something even more beautiful than we had imagined. Prism Floral Design proved that you don't need an unlimited budget to have gorgeous, thoughtful floral design. Their creativity, understanding of desert botanicals, and ability to maximize every dollar made them an absolute joy to work with. If you're planning a Palm Springs wedding and want florals that are both beautiful and budget-friendly, we cannot recommend Prism Floral Design highly enough!
