One month after our wedding and all our guests keep raving about is the incredible music of "The Guest List" - part of the On The Beat music family. A true highlight of wedding planning was talking through our special evening with Robert, who served as our MC throughout the night and kept the energy high and going strong! Robert was the ultimate music lover (like this bride) and used his vast event experience to make sure we avoided any pitfalls (e.g., too long of an intro for our cake cutting song) and maximized our vision for our wedding day. Alongside Robert, the band kept the energy HIGH throughout the night, which is what we wanted with our animated crowd of guests who were playing alongside the band with tambourines. From the first dance song -- an unpopular, unknown song that the band learned specifically for us! -- to the last na-na-nas of "Hey Jude" to close out a magical night, every note, beat, and riff was perfectly curated and matched the energy of our wedding. Thank you for everything - including bringing this bride & groom up on stage to have a true rockstar moment!

There aren't enough good things I could say about the Ben Mallare Band. If you want to have the best party and wedding dance floor of your life, book them. They were without question the best decision we made for our wedding and the most talked about part of the entire night. From the very beginning, the team was responsive and professional. Ben and Andy made every step of the planning process easy and seamless, from helping us think through band size and musician selection to making sure every detail was taken care of. We ended up with a nine piece band featuring three vocalists, piano, guitar, bass, drums, saxophone, and trumpet and couldn't have been happier with that decision. I’ve played music my whole life so my husband and I were really picky. After watching countless live performance videos on YouTube there was no question, the Ben Mallare Band was unmatched. No notes off pitch, every single harmony in sync, concert level quality from the first song to the last. The vocals were SO good! They were able to flex between everything from rock and roll to disco to pop to rap to classic jazz and soul dinner service music that made the reception feel luxurious and classy. What truly set them apart was their ability to read the room. Ben as frontman and emcee kept the entire evening flowing from entrance to dinner to speeches to dancing without a single lull. Every song choice felt intentional and perfect. The energy never once dipped. And once we got to the dancing portion it genuinely felt like a concert, I had the time of my life! From Earth, Wind & Fire to Stevie Wonder to Whitney Houston to Dua Lipa to Crazy in Love, closing out the night with Queen's Don't Stop Me Now — every single person young and old was on that dance floor all night. Their song choices and presence transcended age. My 90-year-old grandpa got up and danced multiple times and told me it was the best night he’s had had in a long time. The versatility across the entire evening was outstanding. We had a live guitarist for our ceremony, a jazz quartet including a string bass for cocktail hour that set the perfect mood, the full nine-piece band for dinner and dancing, and then DJ Bruno for our after party. DJ Bruno was absolutely fire, too. He played all our must-plays, took requests, and kept everyone on the dance floor for round two — it was so much fun. The moment that will stay with me forever was when one of our vocalists came down onto the dance floor during Fireball and the entire crowd circled around. The energy was indescribable! All night long guests were coming up to my husband and me asking where we found this band, including serious musicians and music lovers who were just completely blown away. The Ben Mallare Band was worth every single penny and more. Book them, you will not regret it! My husband and I are already trying to figure out what our next event could be just so we can book them again!

We loved working with The Class! They were very flexible and accomodating (we had to move inside last minute due to wind) and they played an incredible variety of music. Would definitely book them again!

The Luckey Devils Band was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations. Their energy, talent and professionalism created an amazing atmosphere for our company event. I would gladly work with them for future events.

Our wedding on February 14, 2026 was such an amazing day, and this band played a huge role in making it feel that way. They were so much more than just a band. They helped with the ceremony, kept things flowing during cocktail hour, and then absolutely brought the energy once the dance floor opened up. Everything felt smooth and natural, and we never had to worry about a thing. They were lively, fun, and really knew how to read the room. The dance floor stayed full all night, and so many of our guests have told us how great the music was. You could tell they genuinely cared about making the night special. We’re really grateful we chose them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a band that can keep the whole day feeling fun and memorable.

The Moon Units are AMAZING! They played at our wedding about a week ago and all night our guests kept coming up to us and saying how awesome the band was and asking me how I found them. And I found them on WeddingWire thanks to other people's glowing reviews! I only have the most positive things to say about them. From day 1 of reaching out to them, Dylan (he is in the band and handles the bookings) was wonderful at communicating and answering all of our questions. Pricing was very reasonable and well worth the money!!! They have over 900 songs they can play. As a bride I was torn all night between going to chat with guests and staying on the dance floor!!! I cannot recommend The Moon Units enough. Our day of coordinator and venue coordinator, who have seen many many weddings, were so impressed with the band they got Dylan's contact info so they can refer other clients to The Moon Units.

The absolute highlight of our wedding was Black Crystal Wolf Kids. To this day, everyone mentions how fun our wedding was because of the live band. They were so easy to work with and truly cared about our special day. They worked with us on an ideal set list and shared their suggestions. We even had them play our first dance song live, which was incredibly special for us. If you've seen this band live you know that they crush the whole indie rock setlist aspect. In planning their setlist for our wedding, they also added in a handful of 70s, 80s, or 90s songs to make sure that everyone was dancing and having fun. And they did. The band had so much fun onstage and that energy resonated to all of our guests. Massive thank you to these guys for such an amazing experience!

Vinyl Jam was unbelievable. I truly cannot say that enough. From the start, we knew music was a huge priority for our wedding, and they absolutely nailed it. Our first dance was to “Birds of a Feather,” and they took the time to learn it just for us. It was beautiful and emotional, and I had chills the entire time. The vocalists were insane. Every single one of them brought something special. The energy during the dance sets was amazing and fun. I don’t think anyone sat down once the party started. They opened with timeless classics that got everyone moving and later in the night threw in some early 2000s hits that had all our friends screaming the lyrics. If you’re thinking about hiring them. do it. You will never forget the way they make your night feel. We definitely won’t.

This is the band you are looking for to play at your wedding-- no further searching required. The Weekend Society were the highlight of our reception. These band members are experts in their craft & their prowess shines through in their passion & energy & the perfection of their performances. We loved their willingness to take custom song requests to help make our first dance songs so special and memorable. Having a live band at our wedding was one of our top priorities, and The Weekend Society did not disappoint. Truly the best night of our lives. We strongly recommend that you hire The Weekend Society to play your wedding. You will not be disappointed - these folks are phenomenal! Thank you so so much!! - A+C
