Katie is incredible at what she does! She is incredibly experienced and knows all the the inside knowledge that comes with planning a wedding. She makes great recommendations! She thought of all the details and elements of the wedding that I didn’t think of and really served as I guide as we planned our wedding. She made the day go so smoothly. She is kind and just the type of person you want with you on such a happy day. At the same time, she can be assertive and take charge when needed so that you don’t have to worry about things that come up! Katie is truly made to be a wedding planner. She is the best of the best!

Katie was an absolute dream to work with! We started planning my daughters wedding about a year out and Katie was helpful from start to finish! She had great ideas at the beginning and helped us with vendors if we were undecided. She is a great resource for vendors, has a lot of experience from other weddings and wedding planners and is so resourceful! We met a couple times before the wedding and she was helpful with our timeline, details of the day and following up with vendors. She also introduced us to a great website where we were able to upload our contracts and contact information to keep everything in one spot. She helped me before the wedding know what I needed to bring day of... tips for vendors, dietary restrictions, etc so that I had all of that done before the actual wedding day. She came to rehearsal and helped with the order of events and communicated with the venue and the people in the wedding party to make sure everyone knew their responsibilities. Then came the wedding day! KATIE WAS AWESOME! She was prompt, stayed until the end, loaded my car with everything we needed to take home, took care of the gifts, cards, etc, calmed everyones nerves, helped with direction, helped with set up, kept in touch but didn't bother me with tiny unimportant details, and made sure everything in the bridal area was cleaned up before we left. She has a sense of calm and has enough experience to know exactly what needs done. She also helped with flowers and where those were going at the end of the evening. There was NEVER a time I couldn't count on Katie during the whole year long process, She returned every email and phone call promptly and answered every question I had. She also had an assistant the day of the wedding which was super helpful! I was beyond pleased, Katie made the day flow without any frustration. She is professional, kind and has a heart of gold. She knows how special the day is for the bride and will do anything she can to make it "your perfect wedding day!".

I don't know what I would have done without Katie's help! I planned my wedding in a relatively short amount of time (just over 6 months). Katie was there from the start with recommendations on vendors and helpful tips and tricks. She was quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. She always seemed to have a plan B for me whenever my plan A fell through. Her years of experience were such an asset! It was really important to me that my family, friends, and I be able to relax and enjoy the big day - and that's exactly what we did. Katie took care of everything: picking up my favors and stuffing them in bags, setting up decorations and my guest book, picking up my flowers, staying in contact with all my vendors, and much more. It was a stress free day because of her!

Katie is FABULOUS. I was not going to get a wedding coordinator because I am pretty organized, but I cannot imagine my wedding without a coordinator and without Katie for that matter. There were lots of moving parts throughout the day and Katie handled them all with grace. I felt like she was my friend that just happened to keep the day flowing perfectly. I’m genuinely happy she was there to celebrate with us. She is so professional and nice and you can tell she loves her job. She also coordinator my sister-in-laws wedding last year! Other than deciding to marry my husband, hiring Katie was the second best decision of my life.

Katie was a LIFESAVER for my wedding! My wedding was pretty classic. I got married in a Catholic Church and my reception was all included at a nearby ballroom. I didn't think a wedding planner was necessary, but I tell every bride a day-of-coordinator is. As the first to get married in the family, Katie was on top of all the little details I had never even considered in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, I was able to sit back and enjoy while Katie worked behind the scenes to make sure everything went according to our plan. No vendors or people called me - they all called Katie, which allowed me to enjoy the day. Another thing many brides don't think about - this benefits everyone in my wedding party. My mom, bridesmaids, and family did not have any added responsibilities or little tasks. We all got to enjoy. Katie was punctual, detailed, and a pleasant person to be around during my wedding day. I would highly recommend Katie and her services!

I cannot recommend Katie enough! When we first started planning our wedding she was going to help with the reception only but then we realized how much help we needed. Katie ran our ceremony, reception and cleaned up after the reception. She is amazing and so organized! I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the wedding or the weeks leading up to the wedding. Katie truly went above and beyond to make our wedding the best day ever! Katie was very professional, organized and made you feel at ease. We had multiple meetings and Katie helped us plan the entire day. Katie helped put out extra decor that we bought ourselves for the wedding. We asked her to do a lot and she had the best attitude about it and acted like it was a breeze. I would 100% recommend her to family and friends. We did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, which is the best feeling!

Katie M. was amazing! I couldn’t imagine trying to coordinate everything and keep everyone/everything on track day of by myself or leaving it up to a family member. The day ran really smooth and I was able to enjoy the day stress free. I hired Katie as a day of coordinator but was in communication with her months prior to help plan and we had a few meetings before and she was always a txt or email away. She contacted vendors weeks prior to ensure everything was going to plan. She also helped run the rehearsal! 10/10 would recommend.

Katie made our wedding - from her responsiveness, quick action, knowledge of the market, easy going personality, attention to detail, she really made our day stress-less. I loved how she handled everything we needed and did so with the most positive, “I’ve got this, don’t worry” attitude. Many out of town friends want Katie to travel in for their weddings because she was noticeably that good!
