Renee and her team are an absolute dream! She was there every step of the way through the wedding planning process. Her experience and knowledge made all the difference! Renee was able to recommend all the vendors we used and they were all amazing. She made sure we were completing tasks on time and was there whenever I needed guidance on making a decision. A week before our wedding, we realized our day would be record breaking heat. She coordinated all the changes to moving the wedding entirely inside. Which had a lot of components that needed tweaking. She handled so many emails and phone calls with vendors it helped so much with alleviating how busy we were leading to the wedding. The day of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Her team made the whole day flow so smoothly and allowed us to just enjoy it. I will forever recommend Renee as a wedding planner! You simply can’t do better!

Great to work with. Attentive and had excellent knowledge about all of the local vendors and venues in the area. Our wedding was beautiful and went off without a hitch!

The day went without a hitch thanks to Renee’s flawless coordination. She allowed us to be fully present and focus on our big day, never once making it feel like she took over or intervened too much. Her balance of professionalism and discretion was exactly what we needed.

From the planning phase through the last dance, she kept everything organized and stress-free. Vendors were managed seamlessly, the schedule ran perfectly on time, and any small hiccups were handled quietly before we even noticed. Guests kept commenting on how smooth everything felt, which is all thanks to her.

Having Renee as our wedding planner was the best decision! I admittedly was resistant to having a wedding planner initially; I was worried I would hire a wedding planner that just stood in the corner. That is anything BUT Renee. Going with Renee was our wisest wedding investment. We signed with Renee to support our wedding 2 months prior, and then act as our day-of-coordinator. Renee is proactive, approachable, organized, communicative, & experienced. It’s cliche, but my only regret is that we didn’t hire Renee sooner!! 

Renee is a great communicator. Some wedding planners told us we had X number of convos and anything extra was additional. That was not the case with Renee. I appreciated that. We had unlimited access to Renee. She encouraged us to include her on all emails and check in frequently. This helped us feel at ease. It validated that our wedding was important; she took it very seriously. She reached out the perfect amount - not too much, not too little. As the wedding got closer, we of course talked more frequently. Those phone calls were grounding! Renee always had pertinent updates and would give us reminders for upcoming tasks. This kept us on pace. Additionally, Renee was a great communicator with all of our vendors, and she kept us in the loop. Towards the end of wedding planning, I cannot tell you how it was SO worth it to have Renee to wrap up the last minute details. My husband and I were brain fried. If we did not have Renee, the end stages of wedding planning would have suffered. Renee kept us afloat AND helped us excel. Renee gently reminded us, “This is my job, I will do that.” When I tried to take on too much. 

Renee has so much experience to share and contribute. For example, at the start of our time with Renee, she made the most detailed timeline that became our holy grail. For all those parts of the schedule I had questions about, Renee had an answer. While I had made something similar, it was nowhere near as detailed. Renee kept it updated as we progressed with wedding planning. This made our wedding day so seamless. For the rehearsal and wedding, Renee was so incredible. Everything was perfect. We had so many compliments because it was that smooth! IF an issue came up - I didn't know about it, because Renee handled it. My husband and I joked that Renee would go to war for us. But seriously, Renee had our back for us 110% of the way. We trusted her, and she did everything so well - regardless if it was expected or unexpected. I am a very naturally worry wart. But my wedding was a day I fully enjoyed - I didn't have to worry about what was next on the schedule. Being able to stay present during my wedding was a lifted weight! Renee and her wonderful assistant were so efficient with their time. They oversaw set up, tear down, making sure our families, friends, and bridal party were in the right place, we knew what to do and what was upcoming, AND that my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. They always stayed one step ahead. For example, when cleaning up, Renee took special care of the important family momentos and our gifts. She even made a box of late night snacks from our wedding that we didn’t get a chance to try during the reception. 

To say our wedding day was magical because of Renee is an understatement. That does NOT do Renee justice! She is phenomenal. I cannot recommend her enough. No matter what part of the wedding planning process you're in, Renee is a must have vendor. 

Renee was beyond amazing in making sure the day ran smoothly! I don't think our wedding would turn out as amazing as it did without the help of Renne! She made sure everything was setup the way we discussed, and things arrived as they should. It allowed me to relax and actually enjoy the wedding day!

We cannot recommend Renee enough! From the moment we started working together, she brought a level of professionalism, organization, and calm that truly made our wedding day run seamlessly. The attention to detail and ability to anticipate and resolve any issues allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the day.

Renee was always available for last-minute questions and made sure every aspect of our schedule was perfectly executed. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to stay present and focus on what mattered most, while she and her team handled the logistics with grace and efficiency.

Renee was so wonderful to work with! Her professionalism was exceptional. She was extremely detail oriented and very quick with all communications. As an out of town, mother of the bride, her assistance to my daughter was absolutely invaluable. Renee was definitely one of our favorite wedding vendors. I was hesitant about hiring a wedding coordinator/planner because I thought "how hard can planning a wedding be?" But after my first conversation with Renee, I knew that this expense (and an affordable one at that) would be well worth it. After every phone call, I felt so much more at ease and reassured by Renee, knowing that we had ironed out every detail. At the end of each phone call, she always asked, "okay, what else are you worried about?" And she addressed every concern and talked through potential solutions with only her professional opinion and no personal judgement (which was much appreciated when you have many opinions coming in from both sides of the family). She helped us coordinate 2 ceremonies at 2 different venues in one day! She helped us navigate difficult/uncomfortable family situations while also being respectful of our family members, which was very appreciated. Just having another set of eyes to look over all of our contracts and contact vendors to make sure everyone knew the plan was a huge weight off of our shoulders. She also was my backbone by reinforcing our wishes to our vendors and made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. I knew that things were going to be taken care of because they were in Renee's hands. She also provided very timely communication and helped us stay in touch with our other vendors when we had a hard time getting responses from them. Her assistant was also fantastic in setting up all of the elements for our reception while we were gone at the church. Everything looked just how I imagined and it was limited stress for me and my bridesmaids/family members to not have to worry about the set up or tear down of the event. We had some things go not according to plan (my makeup, family going to the wrong church, etc.), but Renee was calm and able to still keep up with our schedule and modify as the day went so that we could stay on time. I'm going to miss having our phone check ins! I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.
