The day went without a hitch thanks to Renee’s flawless coordination. She allowed us to be fully present and focus on our big day, never once making it feel like she took over or intervened too much. Her balance of professionalism and discretion was exactly what we needed.
From the planning phase through the last dance, she kept everything organized and stress-free. Vendors were managed seamlessly, the schedule ran perfectly on time, and any small hiccups were handled quietly before we even noticed. Guests kept commenting on how smooth everything felt, which is all thanks to her.Weddings By Renee's reply:

Having Renee as our wedding planner was the best decision! I admittedly was resistant to having a wedding planner initially; I was worried I would hire a wedding planner that just stood in the corner. That is anything BUT Renee. Going with Renee was our wisest wedding investment. We signed with Renee to support our wedding 2 months prior, and then act as our day-of-coordinator. Renee is proactive, approachable, organized, communicative, & experienced. It’s cliche, but my only regret is that we didn’t hire Renee sooner!!
Renee is a great communicator. Some wedding planners told us we had X number of convos and anything extra was additional. That was not the case with Renee. I appreciated that. We had unlimited access to Renee. She encouraged us to include her on all emails and check in frequently. This helped us feel at ease. It validated that our wedding was important; she took it very seriously. She reached out the perfect amount - not too much, not too little. As the wedding got closer, we of course talked more frequently. Those phone calls were grounding! Renee always had pertinent updates and would give us reminders for upcoming tasks. This kept us on pace. Additionally, Renee was a great communicator with all of our vendors, and she kept us in the loop. Towards the end of wedding planning, I cannot tell you how it was SO worth it to have Renee to wrap up the last minute details. My husband and I were brain fried. If we did not have Renee, the end stages of wedding planning would have suffered. Renee kept us afloat AND helped us excel. Renee gently reminded us, “This is my job, I will do that.” When I tried to take on too much.
Renee has so much experience to share and contribute. For example, at the start of our time with Renee, she made the most detailed timeline that became our holy grail. For all those parts of the schedule I had questions about, Renee had an answer. While I had made something similar, it was nowhere near as detailed. Renee kept it updated as we progressed with wedding planning. This made our wedding day so seamless. For the rehearsal and wedding, Renee was so incredible. Everything was perfect. We had so many compliments because it was that smooth! IF an issue came up - I didn't know about it, because Renee handled it. My husband and I joked that Renee would go to war for us. But seriously, Renee had our back for us 110% of the way. We trusted her, and she did everything so well - regardless if it was expected or unexpected. I am a very naturally worry wart. But my wedding was a day I fully enjoyed - I didn't have to worry about what was next on the schedule. Being able to stay present during my wedding was a lifted weight! Renee and her wonderful assistant were so efficient with their time. They oversaw set up, tear down, making sure our families, friends, and bridal party were in the right place, we knew what to do and what was upcoming, AND that my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. They always stayed one step ahead. For example, when cleaning up, Renee took special care of the important family momentos and our gifts. She even made a box of late night snacks from our wedding that we didn’t get a chance to try during the reception.
To say our wedding day was magical because of Renee is an understatement. That does NOT do Renee justice! She is phenomenal. I cannot recommend her enough. No matter what part of the wedding planning process you're in, Renee is a must have vendor.Weddings By Renee's reply:

Renee was beyond amazing in making sure the day ran smoothly! I don't think our wedding would turn out as amazing as it did without the help of Renne! Renee was so wonderful to work with! Her professionalism was exceptional. She was extremely detail oriented and very quick with all communications. As an out of town, mother of the bride, her assistance to my daughter was absolutely invaluable. We decided to use Renee for the Day of Service simply because a few months before the wedding ,we decided we needed someone. I’m so thankful we discovered Renee and thankfully she had availability. With Renee& her assistant, Kelsey, on the day of my daughter’s wedding ,I was able to enjoy the day & have everything go smoothly & perfectly. I would suggest to any other new brides (MOBs)to consider contacting Renee and her team early on. Her many years of experience , contacts in St.Louis , will certainly make your ENTIRE wedding planning much easier.

I found out about Renee through our engagement and wedding photographer Lisa Meyer. I was in the midst of working full-time, building a house (taking multiple phone calls a day), and trying to plan a wedding. I literally had a headache. I reached out to Lisa and she told me Renee was the "OG" and can "make magic happen." So I reached out. After our initial consultation at which I rambled on for 3 hours, I felt relieved. The headache was gone. Renee not only was a wedding planner, she became family. My mom was sick, unable to help me, my dad passed weeks before the wedding, and she made everything magical. She followed up with me regularly, was always reachable, and assured me everything would go beautifully, as it did. I have now heard from 40+ ppl that our wedding was "the best wedding they have ever been to," "the most fun," "never laughed and cried so much" at a wedding. It was the most fantastic weekend of my life and without Renee, it probably would have been 1/2 that and the most stressful!Weddings By Renee's reply:

I wasn’t originally going to use a wedding planner for our wedding, but after meeting Renee, with Weddings by Renee at a Wedding Open House, we decided that for the price it would be worth it. Let me tell you, BEST DECISION EVER! There are so moving pieces to a wedding that I wouldn’t have thought about, and I’m glad we had Renee there every step of the way. She made our entire wedding planning process pleasant and seamless, and this was all during the thick of the COVID pandemic.
I don’t know how I would have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without all of Renee’s guidance and expertise. We utilized Renee before the wedding and also on the day of the wedding. I’ll be forever thankful for all of her hard work and support. As a bride it can be very overwhelming planning a wedding, especially during COVID. Renee was just an absolute sweetheart and so wonderful to work with. She was beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable, and so organized. Even my dad and mom, who were very skeptical of having a wedding planner at first, had their socks blown off by Weddings by Renee. It become very clear that a wedding planner was key, and my mom and dad were so happy that we had Renee. I think there’s a misconception that wedding planner means you have tons of money and only the rich & shameless use them. That is not the case, at all. If anything, a wedding planner is able to help you get the most bang for your buck! I had a budget that I needed to stay in, and with Renee’s help and wedding expertise she was able to help us stay within budget to have the wedding of our dreams.
Weddings by Renee offers extremely reasonable pricing, and I can guarantee you that you’ll be extremely happy if you decide to use Weddings by Renee. Our wedding was perfect, seamless, and absolutely beautiful. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Weddings by Renee!Weddings By Renee's reply:

If you are even considering hiring a coordinator (which you should), do yourself a favor and call Renee. From the moment I sat down with Renee I knew our wedding was in good hands. She is extremely detail oriented and is in constant communication with her brides. Leading up to the wedding I felt as if I spoke with her every day just going over last minute details I would have never thought of.
Something I really wanted to say about Renee is how amazing she is in crisis mode. With NINE days until our wedding (during covid), we made the decision to postpone. Our venue didn't have the best reputation of handling covid weddings, so we were extremely nervous as to what our options would be. I called Renee absolutely hysterical and she took care of EVERYTHING. She made all the phone calls to our vendors, pulled many strings, made our options crystal clear and often checked in to see how I was doing.
After Renee provided us with any and all information we needed, we decided on a small, intimate ceremony and postponed our reception. Her girls (Katie and Kaitlyn I believe) still came out to make sure things ran smoothly and WOW. We could have not asked for a better day. Her team was kind, fun, easy going and still made sure things went according to plan.
As stressful as planning a last minute wedding was, Renee made it so easy on us. I am so beyond thankful to have had her during our wedding planning process, especially at the end. If I could give this team a million stars I would. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!Weddings By Renee's reply:

No matter what was taking place, she was always able to offer professional advice, organization, communication, collaboration, direction, efficiency, and accommodated all my needs. Renee was very cognizant of our budget throughout the planning process, which I very much appreciated. Since I did not have the time to do much of my own research, I depended upon Renee’s expertise. She provided an excellent recommendation for a florist as well as a hair and make-up artist. She arrived at each meeting prepared, with an agenda, and moved with a purpose. Being that time was always of the essence, I appreciated this. I was very grateful of her direct, but VERY kind and graceful approach.
On the day of the wedding, Renee was always in eyeshot and was busy communicating with all the vendors. She played a very strong role behind the scenes and frequently checked in on us to be sure we were ready for what was to come. I felt very at ease with Renee overseeing all events. My mind was at peace and my heart was full during all the wedding festivities. I am so pleased that our wedding day flowed seamlessly and that our guests had a great time! Katie Sent on 10/14/2016Renee and Kaytlyn were our wedding planners for our wedding on 10-1-16 at Kuhs Estate and Farm. We used them for the day of, but Renee helped me even before the day of with vendors and plans, etc. I never had to worry once I talked things through with Renee. On the day of I knew that things were taken care of and I didn't have to worry about any last minute details. Kaytlyn helped the bridal party on the day of, she was absolutely amazing. So positive and accommodating. At the end of the night she helped us gather everything and had it all organized. Renee and Kaytlyn took care of all the gifts and packing things in cars. They were a great team and they made our wedding worry free!! I highly recommend them for your wedding planning needs!Weddings By Renee's reply:
