Wyeth Patisserie is owned and operated by Caitlin Wyeth Boudreaux, a French trained Pastry Chef and native of Austin, TX. She has built her life around her business and her family and loves to have a job where she gets to constantly help people make the best day of their lives even more special. We specialize in custom cakes, wedding cakes and French macarons of any flavor. Caitlin's culinary background consists of a few prime fine dining spots in Austin such as Jeffrey's and Congress Austin, which gave her a high standard for ingredients and a standard of perfection. NO shortening based goods are made at Wyeth Patisserie and all wedding cakes are made with real butter and Italian buttercream frosting to insure that they are truly as delicious as they are beautiful. That being said, Wyeth Patisserie also specializes in making your wedding cake dreams come true with minimal use of fondant to enhance the taste of the cake overall.
