  I would recommend Wyeth Patisserie to all of my friends and family for their events! I had 2 Wyeth Patisserie cakes at my wedding. The cakes were so special and beautiful looking. They tasted amazing and they were just exactly what we wanted. You will not be disappointed if you use Wyeth Patisserie!

  Caitlin's cake was delicious! We (and all of our guest) were blown away with how moist and tasty it was. I would highly recommend Caitlin and Wyeth Patisserie.

  I have ordered pies from Caitlyn in the past for holidays and couldn't think of anyone better to bake the cake for our wedding. First and foremost everything she puts her magic to comes out DELICIOUS! Not only is she professional, extremely accommodating, very reasonably priced, patient, and a true artist, she is very kind, welcoming, and sweeter than her desserts! We changed our minds multiple times on design and our order right up into the week before the wedding and she didn't skip a beat! Your search is over, you found the best!!!!!

  Oh my gosh. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing Chef! We chose a three tier cake that was made of 3 different flavors with her signature buttercream icing and a fun assortment of French macaroons. She told us the cookies were her specialty. She did not disappoint!
  On the day of the wedding, she delivered the cake and artfully arranged the fresh flowers we provided on it. It was so beautiful!
  Sadly the only piece that I got to eat at the reception was what my new husband fed to me. But I definitely enjoyed the macaroons that evening and you better believe I ate that cake for breakfast. It was amazing.
  From start to finish, Caitlyn was a perfect part of our wedding story.

  If you want something unique for your wedding, Wyeth Patisserie is the place to go! Our guests loved the French Macarons (and so did we)!
  We loved the amazing service we received when using Wyeth Patisserie. Caitlin is a joy to work with and worked so hard on our wedding favors! I would use them again, 10/10 times!

  Caitlin did an amazing job on our wedding cake! Her skill and talent went beyond expectation. In the beginning of the process I didn't have a sure vision of what I wanted but I was able to show her pictures of cakes that really inspired us. She was well prepared of cake designs beforehand from just me telling her the theme and our main colors and that helped a lot. Our wedding was in Memphis, TN and she was able to transport and design the cake at the venue. That alone showed her professionalism and great flexibility with her environment. The cake looked absolutely amazing (wish weddingwire.com had a way off attaching pictures) and was so well designed! The second most important part was the taste! She nailed it! It was a three tiered cake of lemon raspberry, chocolate, and my husband's favorite, pumpkin spice beautifully covered with an Italian buttercream. Our guest absolutely loved it and we had plenty to take home. I recommend Wyeth Patisserie to every Bride, they will not be disappointed!

  Set up a cake tasting and check something off your to-do list! WP's cakes are beautiful AND delicious!! Don't forget the French macarons! They make an excellent parting gift for your wedding guests.

  Caitlin is a true cake master. Honestly, there's not enough I can say about the deliciousness of our wedding cake. Caitlin was responsive and inventive, and very easy to work with. Even when we couldn't get a cake tasting on the books (we live across the country), she listened to everything we wanted, and somehow delivered us the cake of our dreams. The fresh buttercream with lemon zest was so light and tasty, and the cake itself was incredibly moist. Unbelievably moist -
  particularly for a "naked" cake. Nearly everyone at our wedding came up to us to let us know how incredible the cake was. Do yourself a favor: hire Caitlin. Your tummy, your guests and your wallet will thank you!
